Never had a bad order from here, everything tastes the way the way it should. Came here years ago and its definitely more cheesy than other styles. With fresh cut tomatoes... no complaints.

Stopped by on 6/23/2021 to try the place out since it had pretty good reviews. I ordered a large calzone and WOW, this thing was huge! Big enough for 2 people to split. It was delectable! Freshly made, the ingredients on point. The prices are fair and customer service didnt disappoint. I will definitely stop by at least once a week for lunch and i highly recommend this place. YUM :)

Hands down one of the best, most delicious Calzone I’ve ever indulged in. Every bite was so enjoyable. It felt like all of the ingredients were taken from a garden when the calzone was made. It was very fresh and very very very much worth it. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered from them today for the first time through Door Dash. The food was improperly packaged. The containers were not closed tightly so the bag tipped over and the sauce spilled out. Once I cleaned up the spill and got the bag open sauce was everywhere and the containers tops were ajar. This is ridiculous! Even the salad was placed sideways in the bag.I will say the driver should have said something. I know they saw how unstable the bag was.

The delivery was slow and the food was subpar and the second time around there was a hair in my food. I called them the first because my pasta had no sauce all cheese and stuff. The only thing about the experience is the lady I spoke to never Fought me I guess. But honestly I was so disappointed and annoyed I had to make a review.

Best pizza in the area. Gluten free options! Delivery is usually fast (unless they’re really busy from lots of orders, which is understandable), and the drivers are always friendly. Once my pizza was totally wrong and they had a new one to my door within half an hour. My friends who are the queen and king of spicy food LOVE their suicide wings.

Ever have that delicious Eggplant Parmesan dish with nicely breaded Eggplant golden brown and obviously made with fresh Eggplant and nicely covered with Mozzarella with a knock out tomato sauce. A nice layer of melted Mozzarella that floats on top of that luscious tomato sauce.WELL FORGET IT.How about what tasted like Jared tomato sauce and a few table spoons layered with a huge glob of Mozzarella cheese covering up what tasted like sliced hockey pucks of frozen and then defrosted Eggplant Yuke.Oh yes.The thin pizza crust LOL was medium thick with a few oven marks on the bottom. The same Jared tomatoe sauce.Some tasteless pepperoni. Hard to do that and it was tasteless.And went there last year got a chopped up bad meatball hero.Bad idea.The 1990 story isnt todays 2021. Something is terribly wrong.Not trying to be mean just my opinion, my review.

This location is very unprofessional. I placed an online order in which I was directed to wait an hour to pick my food up. I make my way to the location and for one, there’s no staff in the main area, but they are all located in the back kitchen area. I’ve yelled 4x to get someone’s attention until someone eventually came out. I then proceed to tell the woman I’m here for an online order, giving her my name and showing my emailed receipt. She then tells me that they just gave that order away 2 minutes prior. For them to not verify orders and payment methods at least to ensure customers time isn’t wasted, is beyond me. Then she offers I could either wait an additional 20min or cancel my order. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone. My first time experience was terrible and won’t be wasting my time here again.

To be honest, I’ve never even had their actual pizza because their pizza rolls are SO GOOD. They’d actually be great, but they can’t seem to consistently cook them all the way through. I order pizza rolls at least 1x per week & about half the time I have to take them back or throw them away because they are undercooked & doughey. If they could get the cooking consistent I would easily say they’re the best I’ve ever had.I’ve also tried their fettuccini which is not good.The service is wonderful & I will keep ordering my pizza rolls & checking them before leaving to ensure they’re properly cooked.

Love this place. Old school pizza parlor type pie. They even accomodated me asking for an eggplant parm pizza. Dont laugh it was awesome. Just make sure to get the eggplant on top of the sauce and under the pizza.

Ordered for delivery. Receipt didnt look right. Called and held more than 10 minutes, got hung up on. Drove over after 1 hr. Told my food not ready for 12 minutes.Lots of people waiting around.Last time here. Service is not good.

I just ordered in a Spinach and Garlic pizza through Grubhub. Everything on top of the pizza tasted really good. The spinach, cheese, garlic, and tomatoes were good. The main issue I have with the pizza is the crust. The first couple slices I had, the bottom of the pizza tasted borderline like the cardboard box that it came in. By the time I got around to the last piece, the crust was soggy. Probably my frustration with pizzas is if the crust is either of those two things. Please work on your crust, so that it is stable, without being cardboard. Sicily has a lot of potential, and I would hate to see that go to waste.

Fantastic! Tried Turkey Sub and a Meatball Sub. Turkey on point great price. About $17 bucks comes with .50 cent bag of chips and a 12 oz can of soda. Sandwich a legit 12

I have ordered food from here on delivery and it was fantastic. Some of the best pizza on this part of town for sure. Now some issues (not to take away from the flavor from the pizza) Ordered from a food app on more than one location and never got it and it was not sent through. Then It was offline and I thought it wasnt coming and ordered food from someone else and then it came. Guess partially my fault but I didnt look since I had not gotten it before and I just figured it wasnt coming. When I went to the location to pick up (once) it was a disaster, lights not working, soda machine down, was in terrible condition. But like I said before the food was really good. Never had any issues with the food. The place needs a face lift physically, other than that coming from a previous chef/owner of a full service Italian restaurant it was really good, but to each their own.

The food was prompt and exactly what I ordered. I would have no problem coming here again but I dont think its going to be my new go to pizza spot. Liked the food wouldnt say I loved it though. I also wouldve really liked the option to order a Brooklyn or NY style pizza. To end on a high note the pizza came with 4 toppings no extra charge and they were very generous with the quantity! In fact...its a stretch but because of that Im changing this review from 4 stars to 5 and rewording a few things to present a more positive critique. 👍

Im so full I cant breathe. I legitimately cant imagine how I enjoyed other popular brands. No kidding this is really damn good. I placed an order online and the order was never received. I contacted Sicily and was told they had no order. I had an order number with confirmation and the money withdrawn from my account. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done for me. Staff then pointed me back to their website where they said I could ask for a refund which is false, there is no place on the website to request a refund. Ill dispute it with my bank so that wont be an issue. Its frustrating how little the cared that they have an order down the rabbit hole. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.These people are thieves that Ill never do business with again.

This is the first time I ordered from this establishment. I order the shrimp fettuccini and calzone. The fettuccini sauce was watery and spilled all in the bag and there were 5 cocktail size shrimp. The calzone was dry with very little stuffed in it. Would not recommend this establishment and will not order from them again.

I love their chicken pesto pizza. The only problem is the last two times I have ordered they made something else. The are quick to correct it and usually give me the extra pie.

I was raised in New Jersey and I know a good pizza when I taste it. I moved to Houston TX about 40 years ago. To this day, I still search for a place that can make a pizza reasonably, close to what you would expect from almost any ‘real Italian pizzeria’ in NE US.In 40 years, I’ve only found two, (thats right, two!) and the one I bought from regularly, (and located nearest to me of the two), closed about 10 months ago! The family owned Italian restaurant “Napoli’s Italian restaurant” closed after a very successful 45 years and the owner retired.I don’t cook and I live alone. I pretty much eat one thing for supper every night; pizza. You can believe that or think I’m exaggerating, but it’s a fact nonetheless. Until recently, (and after Napoli’s closed), I ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut. It wasn’t even close to a ‘real pizza’ but I considered it a separate food style and taste.Then last week, I tried Sicily Pizza & Pasta. I was extremely impressed with the crust, which truly is like the NE Pizza. The sauce is definitely a bright Italian sauce and the cheese was great.I always have pepperoni and Italian sausage and as far as the quantities, always the standard amount. The crust style was “Hand tossed” and they cooked it perfectly!The delivery was estimated 45 to 60 minutes but the driver was here in less than 30. I knew it was possible that I ordered on one of their ‘better than usual’ days.However, when I ordered another pizza just like the first, 4 days later, I actually got exactly the same thing, Excellent! I’m located at the outer edge of their delivery area so I had no problem with a 60 minute delivery but the driver once again got here in less than 30.BTW, I ordered a large pizza, (Sicily Pizza & Pasta has an Extra-Large size as well). As I said earlier, it was a 2-topping pizza and I didn’t ask for any ‘extra’ amount of any ingredients, but they do offer that option. Including tax, it came to $16.23 total. I always tip the driver $5.00 so I asked them to add that to the charges.Sicily Pizza & Pasta only charges a much more reasonable $2.00 for the delivery. The delivery charge is for the extra labor, box, and condiments, which I can understand. However, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Marcos all charge no less than $3.Therefore the breakdown is as follows: 2-topping, large pizza: $12.99 / Delivery charge: $2.00 / Tax: 8.25% ($1.24) = $16.23. Plus my $5.00 tip comes to $21.23.That’s about $1.50 more than I paid Pizza Hut, but I got a far better, pizza from Sicily P&P. However, that’s over $5 less than Dominoes and almost $2 less than Marcos, (neither of which could even come close to the Sicily Quality)Sicily P&P didn’t over-cook the crust so the pizza reheated perfectly, (preheated oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, then 6 minutes placed on a stone platter) and as is the case with most Italian food, the reheated version actually tastes even better than the first.One thing, They cut their pizza into 12 slices as opposed to 8 and I forgot to ask them to just cut it into 8 slices if that option was available. At least they cut in in the traditional triangle shape. I asked Marcos to do that and they seemed to be stuck on cutting their pizza into squares, (which I really don’t like and fail to understand why they would do that as their ‘default cut’ in the first place).I called them after I tried their pizza for the first time and let them know how happy I was with it. I also told the manager that I would be ordering from them exclusively, between 6 and 8 times every month from now on.I strongly recommend Sicily Pizza & Pasta to anyone who wants to try a much better pizza than most restaurants down here could make. I should note that even though the Sicily Pizza & Pasta on Jones road delivers to my area, the on-line website informs me that they don’t.Therefore I have to call them when I order. The manager said that they’ve been having some trouble with that on their web page and I guess they’re going to fix it at some point.

Had half pepperoni with pizza sauce and half Alfredo pizza with chicken and bacon. I actually ordered and paid for double pepperoni and I got fewer pepperonis than if I ordered single pepperoni. I also ordered and paid for extra cheese on both sides and did not get extra cheese.First issue with the pepperoni pizza was not enough peps, second issue was the pizza sauce was gross... taste like Ragu or canned cheap sauce, third issue was the crust was flavorless and the texture was more like bread and not pizza crust.The Alfredo pizza was bland and the seasoning used on the chicken was weird and cheap tasting.I think the good reviewers for the pizza haven’t ever had good pizza before... hmmm not sure.A frozen Red Baron pizza is better than this $26 pizza.The cheesy breadsticks are okay IF you add garlic salt or marinara sauce.

This is by far the best place for New York style pizza in town! Been bringing my family here for years. Its a drive for us, and we drive by a lot of pizza joints on the way, but Sicilys on Jones satisfies a craving that we cant find anywhere else. Friendly staff and awesome pizza made with the best and freshest ingredients always makes this a special destination for a night out with my family or a quick lunch. Love this place.

So I do love the Pizza here, its always amazing...... but for some reason I can never ever get the wings I want from yall.... I order Hot/ Parmesan garlic and I get Garlic with chunks of minced garlic ontop of wings.... they resend it as I asked for just garlic parmesan wings to redo my order.... I get wings of Parmesan/ Parsley.... I speak perfectly good english and so does the person taking the order....... so the cook or someone is doing something wrong.... because this happens everytime!! Ive had them redo my wings 5 times now, Ill order pizza from yall.... but wings.... never again

Ordered for the first time at this location tonight and the pizza was great but I was extremely impressed with the salad. You know at most places they go really heavy on the lettuce and hardly any toppings well not this salad it was perfect.

Order pizza at 842 pm and food was not delivered until 1015. The food was cold. My pizza was partly sliced!!!! Also order chicken parmesan pasta. That was by far the worst pasta I have ever ate. Everything here comes from a jar. From alfredo sauce to marinara sauce nothing here is made from scratch. Even there mozzarella sticks came from a box. If you like your food coming from a box or a jar this is your place. I gave you guys a second chance and you guys blew it.

Good food! About the only place that carries anchovies that I have found locally. Things can be a bit heavy on the garlic. Pizza is delicious, and the large calzone is enough for 2 people.

The pizza was very good but we ordered a large pie and was told it had 10 slice. There was 10 but the slices were not even. We had large slices and very small slices. Nevertheless the pizza was very good and fresh and the price was right.

First time trying there pizza. Put in an online order at 2:58 to pick up at 3:45. When I arrived I was greeted and handed my pizza. Took one look at it and could tell it had been sitting there for a while. It was cold, not fresh and definitely not made to be ready at 3:45 like it clearly even said on the online order slip that was printed out. Will not return here . Very disappointed. Pizza tasted good, would have been so much better hot and fresh instead of sitting in the back for a while.

Ordered the Chicken Putenesca (pictured on their online menu). Big disappointment!! The pasta was mushy and completely devoid of flavor. Also missing was the chicken! Rather than the usual 6 strips of chicken, this was received with 3 tiny (as in single bite sized) pieces. The garlic bread was so tough I couldnt bite into it...ripped it into small pieces and fed that to my dogs. The salad was the bright spot of the meal...a bit heavy on the grated carrots and a bit shy on the dressing. I called and complained because Im too old to put up with bad food. The Putenesca was replaced with their Chicken Alfredo with vegetables. Much better although the pasta was still miserably soft. Garlic bread was still stale/stiff/not worth the effort to feed to the dogs! Maybe their food is better on site...had to rely on delivery. Overall, a VERY disappointing meal.

It was great pizza. Crust was crispy even with it topped with soo many toppings. The medium wings tasted less than mild. A medium and small pizza with wings fed a family of 4 adults and 1 child perfect. Bathrooms was ok and the soda machine was broken tho. We improvised by ordering a 2L and getting cups instead. Got food poisoning from the Greek salad. Threw up, nausea, diahrea, sensitive to light, cramping stomach, headaches, very dehydrated, muscle ache & very weak low energy. Loss a good workday today. 🤢 The salad dressing smelled funny & chicken was hard.
