Ive been working on a classic car restoration for over 2 years. I finally got to needing paint and body work and I needed to find the best in the business. After talking with several people I know, this Maaco location kept coming up. I went in and talked with the owner Javed. He walked me through their process, gave me options for what services they could provide to meet my needs, and quoted me an extremely good price for the job.If you have a little patience, this is the place to get your vehicles paint and body work done. Javed kept me up to date as progress came along. He even added in a little extra cause he saw how much this car meant to me. The team at this Maaco location take true pride in their work. Maaco repainted my 1998 F 150 at a reasonable price. They completed the job on schedule and the end product looked great. The truck had several dings and scratches in addition the paint was almost completely gone on some surfaces. Once completed it looked like a new truck. Note: They are located behind a tire business and usually have a lot of vehicles waiting attention. Don’t be deterred by the clutter. It’s worth it.

My representative Jerry was nice and professional. Kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle finish date. The prices are reasonable. I am definitely bringing my other car her for dent repair and paint job.

The work speaks for itself, not to mention the hospitality. I saved 5x the amount of money I would have been charged at the dealer…only a fool wouldn’t come here.

The customer service is horrible. I called to get some info on the services offered. The person who answered the phone was very short with me. He did not want to explain the services. When I asked an additional question, he told me that I can take the car to any location and that he had to go because he is with a customer. I politely advised that I would not be visiting that location. If the customer service is terrible, Im sure the work performed would be the same. I only asked two questions.

I took my car to repair some damage done to my 2005 Lincoln Aviator. Tom helped me. He was very professional and courteous. The price he quoted was very reasonable. He did an excellent job on my Aviator. I do recommend this place for all your body and body work.

The end result was great. Painted my black truck hood and roof. The only issue was they took way too long. Estimate was 4 days and it took 11. It seemed as though they didn’t want to tell me the truth

My shop uses this place for body work on our vehicle fleet. Im not crazy about the place, sometimes the work is reasonable, other times it sucks. The entry layout is lousy, you have to drive down a narrow drive as the body shop is behind the tire store directly in front of it. I personally would not take my vehicle there to be worked on ymmv

I spoke with Tommy on the phone before arriving and he seemed friendly and helpful. But when I got there he was EXTREMELY RUDE, had a TERRIBLE attitude and was rushing me to make a decision saying well Ive already told you thats what we offer so you can take it or leave it. It doesnt matter who you call after I mentioned calling my brother to see which paint job was the best one since he works for Maaco in another state. I would NEVER give my business here!

Tommy was absolutely amazing!! He had our car in and out in such a quick time! I really appreciate the service and hospitality they showed us! We will definitely be using again!

I LOVE the way my car came out, the paint is beautiful, the price was reasonable, and Tommy was helpful. I had a complete color change and theres no sign of my old color. They really did a great job! I would recommend them and will be a repeat customer for this location in the future. For these reasons, Im giving a 5 star rating.However, I have mixed feelings about this experience.The process took around 20 days when I was told it would take 5-7. Take pictures of your car before you go. I was lucky I had taken pictures to get quotes from shops before I chose Maaco, because I had a windshield issue when I picked it up and if I hadnt taken photos it may have been a problem for me. Javed took care of my windshield problem and I was able to get my car the next day.

Maaco was wonderful. Getting some touch up paint on my car. Very reasonable and friendly. I recompmend this place. Javeed was my go to person. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you go there for your paint job. My car looks brand new. Shiny and pretty. Great service. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dont let Tommy tell you theyll have your car ready in two to three days.... my two to three days turned from 10 to 16! Tommy was NOT professional. His customer service went straight down hill when we tried to explain how he dropped the ball with the insurance company for payment. I wouldnt go back there for body work because of the customer service from Tommy,and thats a shame because the owner was nice and Jasmine the office worker. Good luck if you take your car to this Maaco!!

This was the worst experience Ive had with a paint shop. Do not leave your vehicle with these people. They told me 2 days but it was 10 days. When I picked my truck up my middle console had been went through and half of my gas was gone. My seats and mirrors had been adjusted. Everything was adjusted as if it had been driven. My front end was half way put together. I had to tell them about that. I dont understand why they are still open.

I was told one price (less expensive)then when I arrived it was completely different I didnt mind a couple of hundreds, but it was more expensive(thousands)0andthats without doing the door handles nor buff

I brought my vehicle here after to be repaired. The paint job was stellar and the customer service was great. Tommy was extremely helpful in getting my car repaired quickly and accurately. I recommend these guys for your next paint job. The shop is small but the service and quality of work is big and on par with a much larger facility. Had my 2015 Nissan Altima trunk repaired here after being rear-ended after just being purchased (still have the paper tags), they did not reconnect my lights/brake lights. Left trash and their paint supplies in my car and muddy foot prints on my carpet. Did not reattach trunk clip, and the sensor on the dash alerting that the trunk is open is still on, seems like they were more interested in what was in my ash tray (after finding it flipped) more than what was wrong with my car after paying a deductible the least they could have done was cared enough to even make sure everything was back working and in order the way it was when I bought it... smh very poor service. And had I known this place was a junk yard stuck up in a cut, I could barely find the place, I would have never allowed my insurance to offer this as an option. #DoBetter not even if youre desperate...

They recently painted my 1997 Jeep Wrangler, and it looks amazing. I was awestruck when I saw it. Like it was back in the showroom. Highly recommend them!!!

So, I got my bike farings painted at Maaco. Beautiful paint job. The color looks fabulous. Now, as Im having my mechanic put them on, hes asking who painted them because there are pieces that are broken that have been taped up and painted over. Thats a bit frustrating. I wish I was informed during the pickup since I paid a pretty penny for job. Again, the paint job looks great, I love it. (Pictures will follow when its done.)Now, I normally do not submit bad posts and did not consider my previous post a bad post. But I did receive a call from the wonderful gentleman the helped me at Maaco. I am disappointed after that call. Sometimes things happen that shop owners dont know about nor do customers see during initial inspection. My mechanic is a Soldier that I trust with my life. He is also a mechanic that other Soldiers and bikers trust. After, this I will not post pictures and am saddened by this as I was planning to bring in another set to be painted. We had a very deep scratch in our new car. Maaco was $500 dollars cheaper then everyone else that looked at it. I even tried to get one to at least come closer to Maaco estimate but all they wanted to do is talk them down. Well Im glad they did because Maaco did a great job. Cant tell anything ever happened and I was able to save that money. Tommy made sure our service went smoothly and they delivered everything he said he would. I will use them again any day.

The customer service and quality of work is great. I wanted to give my car a makeover. Javed was amazing with helping me decide on the color and recommendations to achieve exactly what I wanted. I am more than pleased!

The work was excellent on my minor fender bender repair. The right rear quarter panel had to be replaced, some suspension work on the right rear tire and fixing the rear bumper. They were able to match the paint perfectly. The only issue I had was the repair took about two weeks longer than the original estimate.

Javed was very professional and gave us a great deal. Much cheaper than the other shops. He was genuine and I felt he was very straightforward. You can tell they know what they are doing by the years of history and the work they did. I definitely will go back for my other cars.

Re-Born..... Its graduation time and I wanted to give my older Mercedes SUV to my son for a gift. My SUV is in great condition but in need of some cosmetic touching up. I saw an advertisement for $349 Maaco Paint Job! Great! Good paint job, wont have to break the bank and have a warranty, high five up top, I said to myself. I took my first born-(the SUV) in for the paint job for my other first born-(my son), explained I needed a paint job, didnt want to break the bank-saw the TV advertisement. The owner, Mr. Hashim quoted me $2000. I felt myself become instantly dizzy! $2000!!!! I did not want to do it but I was pressed for time because graduation was the following week. Reluctantly, I agreed. A few days later, I picked up my SUV and have to admit, my first born looked as if it had been re-born. Mr. Hashim made good on his promise to do a good job. He even threw in some extras. So, I am rating them with 5 stars for the work but it was still rather pricey however, I appreciate them for assisting with making my sons graduation memorable.

Took my totaled 2500 Hd to this location hoping they could do something with it. Not only did they do something with it they made it look better than new! They did what I paid for and went the extra mile on everything. Absolutely hands down would choose this Maaco above any high end body shop. They want you happy.

This was the first time I have ever had a car painted and Im so glad that I chose this place. I believe you get what you pay for so I didnt choose the cheapest paint job or the most expensive one. I got something in between and it turned out much nicer than I expected. They are a little hard to find but it was definitely worth it. Thank you so much Maaco Humble!

Javed was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and helpful! From the time I arrived for a quote until I picked up my freshly painted car, I felt that they really cared about me as their customer! They offered several different options and discussed my desired outcome and we crafted a plan that suited my wishes! They allowed me to remove some of the parts prior to dropping my car which saved me on some labor, to me this was a welcome bonus! I will definitely use them in the future. Needed the roof of my 2003 Tundra painted due to rusting. Took it to Maaco, they did an excellent job in blending the paint. Cant tell where they painted and the previous paint. Great job

I had a small dent on my car that basically ripped open. I went into the Woodlands body shop for an estimate. The guy comes out and first thing he says is “well this is tricky, we’re gonna have to replace the whole side of the bed and bla bla bla bla” it seemed unlikely to me since it was just a small dent but okay. We go inside and he quotes me almost 2000!!!! He goes on to tell me it might be more after they take a closer look at it. 2000 For a dent!? I ran out of there. I googled another body shop and Maaco collision repair in Humble comes up. I go in there at least hoping it’s no more than 1000. As soon as I get there the guy is very nice and I tell him the problem. He goes and looks at my car and says “oh this is easy. Just some welding and sanding and paint and it should be good to go” it was such a relief that he didn’t make a big deal out of it. The best part is that he quoted me 650! 2 times less than what the woodlands body shop was quoting me. At the end of the day, my car looks like nothing ever happened. I can’t believe how affordable, fast, and quality service I was provided. I will be referring my friends to Maaco in Humble! Highly recommend!

Had a 1972 MGB painted here as part of a restoration, and I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the results. They were extremely thorough, and cared for the quality of their work as if it were their own car. Would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again.

I consider my truck to be one of my greatest prize possessions. Its an older truck but Ive done all of the work on it myself. It really needed a paint job so I decided to take it to Maaco I am so happy with the work they did! It has a dent on the side and he didnt give me trouble about trying to fix it or adding any extra charges what he told me in the beginning is what I paid when I walked out the door and I was more pleased than I could have even imagined thank you so much!!!!! Do not take you car to this body shop. They are will hold your car hostage if you dont want them to do the work. They try to add on extra fees for you or your insurance company to pay. This has been one of the worst experience of my life. I dont know about any other locations but do not use this one very unprofessional. I would have given them a zero but of course to podt you have to give some type of star, do not us these people they are crooks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!A year ago, I had my front bumper fixed here and I was pleased with the work done and services I received. That’s why I brought my car again there last November for another dent on my passenger front door. My USAA insurance paid it immediately and dealing with this one person named Bryan.... the car repair was not satisfactory because it didn’t get done as promised date but instead it got delayed 3 more days. The door looks like it’s finished but it still has a big difference, like a void when u open it. It’s so frustrating and I didn’t do much drama about it.Now, because it’s been delayed few days as I was promised by Bryan their (Representative) he promised me that he will get me a rental car thru HERTZ. Couple of months passed, the rental car actually submitted to collection agency because MAACO this people didn’t paid for the rental car that I was assured that they will responsible of.Now, I’m calling these people. They are totally not accepting the responsibility and instead told me that “BRYAN” is no longer working for them!

They seem nice at first however the customer service is horrible the young lady at the front desk never knows anything they did a half job on my car I returned it back to them and they still haven’t fixed it my car has been there over a week they do a half job on your car and charge you full price. I had my Ram 2500 painted there I was given a great price, work was done in a timely manner and paint job was great.

The receptionist is very sweet and helpful but the owner is mean and nasty refuses to help you after you paid. The so called warranty is non existent and you will be refused service, too bad I cant give this place No stars. Bad bad very bad service

Took my car in for minor dent and paint. Looks like it used to. Very accommodating. Even provided pick up service.

Rig up jobs. Expect zipties. Sanding and buffing is extra which they dont tell you untill everything is done. Simple fact, skilled labor aint cheap and cheap labor aint skilled. My paint has dimples, it has bumps. Bugs in my paint.Sales guy gets rude when you show them that they messed up. Even if you paid more than 2 grand for the paint job .If you have extra parts to add they charge you to install them which is expected but they dont install right and break your stuff.Didnt install bump absorber. Wrote some half attempt disclaimer on receipt saying something about imperfections. Do not sign. Just pay and take it straight to lawyer.I pulled up and dipwad was sitting in my car motor running.They paint it, poorly. And thats it. $300 paintjob for $2000.70mph paintjob.No paintbooth. Just a garage door. Wide open to the elements.The personal protection equipment in the photo, nope.. Nowhere on site. Stock photo. Not even a dust mask when sanding.If I had to give any positive review, the techs try to do best they can with what is available.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! Took my car in to have new seatbelts and airbags installed payed the owner 3k before he even installed them (per his request to have it done quicker) he later called me because the steering wheel locked which wasnt a problem I even had before but he stated it just happened and that it was common for my type of vehicle because according to Google my type of car was on recall complete BS! He had planned for me to pay for the repair of his mistake which I called corporate to file a complaint because I wasnt about to pay for something he caused. He was notified about the complaint I filed and called me very aggressive to harass me and told me I should watch what I say because hes trying to help as far as Im concerned I paid 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS to have seatbelts and airbags installed and got an undrivable car i immediately called corporate to notify them about this guy calling to harass me. he later called me to say my vehicle would be fixed by that same day, which is fishy since the part that he messed up had to be ordered. I went the next day to pick up my car now about 2 weeks later my steering wheel is locked again. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It is a complete rip off and the guy will NOT take any responsibility for any mistakes from his part. And items were also stolen from my vehicle. Insignificant items because I made sure to not leave anything of value but I knew exactly what I had in there and those things were gone when I picked up my vehicle. If I could Id give this place 0 stars.

The man refused to paint my car! Refused to honor the deal. He said that my my car was to old so he wasnt going to put his name on it. Etc.... Wow really thats their job!! If I had an option I would give no stars! They suck!!!!!!!

This place is horrible their paint job sucks. They dont care about the customers. They just want money and do a sorry job on your vehicle. They go through your belongings in your vehicle and leave a mess. I wouldnt tell anybody to go here!!!

Wayyy over priced. Took it in to get a collision estimate and they totalled my car. Had another adjuster take a look and it was not totaled at all.
