These guys do great work. They did a super job on my windshield. Not only did they re-prime the sheet metal to prevent rust, but they moved all my stickers and the rear-view mirror for me so that it was just as it was before, except the stickers are a little straighter than they were.Very nice job at a very reasonable price. I wont use anyone else for my auto glass needs.

Second time to use these guys for a chip repair. This time on my Mercedes. Quick, honest and fair prices, great quality work. I live on the other side of town and probably drive by at least 100 places doing chip repair under a tent in some gas station or a parking lot to go to Discount Glass Auto... That is HOW GOOD they are. I recommend them and will use them on the next chip (its Houston, there WILL BE another chip)..

Started bad. Hours say they open at 0830, waited until 9 in parking lot. Then come back, first thing I noticed was big paint chips missing. I ask the receptionist about it, she went out and asked the guys. Not even looking at it, they were so defensive and stating, I didnt do that. Then went to look. Already, I could tell Im just going to have to fix it myself. Then I tried to leave, the owner follows me out, basically talking to me like I was his child and raising his voice. All I wanted to do was leave because everyone in the parking lot was watching this spectacle. He wouldnt allow me to leave until I was convinced he didnt do it. I just finally agreed so I could leave.Im sorry, but if the rest of my paint is immaculate and first thing I notice is paint missing, then it wasnt there before the work. Maybe they should do a walk around and prechecklist before working on someones vehicle. Oh, thats right, the mechanic had to check me in because no one was at the office for my appointment.I would probably use them again but I would make sure I take pictures before any work was done.

I had a small chip from a truck passing by on the right corner on the passenger side. I came right away to get it “fixed” to prevent it from worsening. This company apparently “fixed” It and I assumed everything was okay since I could not see the chip anymore on the windshield. Little did I know, yesterday while working and leaving my car outside. Within 8 hours, that small chip turned into a big crack that takes up the passenger side. How could this happen if I apparently got it fixed. It was originally a small chip from a flying rock. Was an “easy” fix.I called today to see if they were able to fix this and spoke to a lady about a warranty. She said she would use the original money I spent toward fixing my windshield and use that on the replacement. The cost would be around $900 now. $30 deduction.Are you kidding me? If you properly did the job correctly, I would not be in this situation.Will never come back to this place.

The family own business of discount glass was the best experience I have had in a long time. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner with a wonderful hello and a good hard hand shake. I was immediately treated like family and the work was amazingly fast. I will be referring them to everyone that I know. Every thing was explained before anything started and upon completion cleaned the inside of my truck. If I could give 50 stars I would.

Great quality service at a great price. Called late morning and had new glass installed by mid afternoon at my home. Nice and friendly serviceman made the job look easy and cleaned up the leftover broken glass. They replaced a broken front door power window. Looks and works great now. Highly recommended!! Front windshield replaced and was $100 less expensive than competitors but when I left I noticed chunks of glass all over my interior and exterior. I just had my car detailed and now glass is peppered all over the inside and all over the hood. Save $100 but measure if it’s worth the cons.

Had a rock chip turn into a 3 foot long crack overnight. I called the big names I see on tv and it seemed crazy. I called Discount Glass in the morning and they quoted me a price $200 less than Safelite and well below the others and said I could come in that afternoon. Sometimes I’m wary of places with “discount” in the name but I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did!I was there for about an hour. Everyone was great. Glass was just as good as the more expensive shops I’ve used before. I got caught in a thunderstorm on the way home and everything was sealed perfectly. It’s been a couple of weeks now and no problems. Can’t ask for more!

I spent two months waiting for my windshield to be replaced by two other companies. Between Safelite telling me I had too much rust and were therefore unable to help me to a mobile repair shop that had to reschedule my appointment twice and then never showed up, I was about ready to pull my hair out. My boyfriend made an appt with DGA for later in the week with an estimate that was HALF of what Safelite was going to charge me (without doing anything about the rust, mind you).While at DGA, they showed me how much rust was on my windshield trim and body frame. I was anxious for them to say the rust was too extensive to replace my windshield. It wasnt. I waited for them to quote me an extra $200 in taxes, disposal fees, and to grind down the rust damage. They didnt. The final cost to replace my entire windshield was exactly what was quoted over the phone and, the best part, the entire experience was painless.I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has chips or cracks or whatever. Between the honest, knowledgeable, helpful customer service to the low wait time and low price. They were my last choice but they shouldve been my first. Hopefully I never have glass problems again but, if I do, Im staying with Discount Glass Auto.

Called Monday and was able to set up a 9:15AM appt the next day to have my daughters windshield replaced on her truck. I was incredibly happy with the service and they did a fantastic job on her windshield! I would definitely recommend this place. We called Safelite for an estimate and Discount Glass was over $100 cheaper than Safelite and it looks so good! I will be coming back any time I have a need for windshield repair or replacement!

Had a side glass installed in my BMW-- great price, great service, but glass was defective; owner came back out, re-examined the glass, ordered a new one, came BACK out and replaced it not only in a timely manner but with a great attitude and sincere apopogies for the trouble.Also the total price was more than $100 less the Safelite for the same Mobile Service.I recommend Discount to everyone as their service seams hard to beat in my opinion.
