Really great prices and they offer a mobile service so you can get your glass replaced at home. Which was perfect cause leaving the house with kids is hard sometimes

These guys are awesome!!! I was struggling to find anybody to come out in a timely manner to replace my back glass of my SUV, I kept getting told at least a weeks wait. Not only did these guys come out quickly but they dealt with the major headache of having to go to the dealership to get the glass as no other distributor in town carried it. I was taken aback at how quickly and pleasantly Jacob handled my initial call. You don’t get sterling service like that very often anymore. My claim was easily handled and Waseem was ready for my arrival and fixed my windshield in about ten minutes, as I remained in my car in air-conditioned comfort. I called Safe-Tech within 30 minutes of a rock hitting my windshield, and I had the repair done within the next hour. I highly recommend this company and if I need another chip repair, I will be calling them again.

Waseem is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Not only he did a great job on repair a 14 inches long crack on my windshield, he did a thorough inspection on the entire windshield, found and fixed a spot I did not even know was there. I also had an old spot which was done horribly elsewhere few years ago, he tried to fix it at no extra cost. It looks so much better after his magic touch. Will definitely recommend him !!

After safelite told me my windshield chip was unrepairable i stopped into texan dodge to have my oil changed and was surprised by the technician (Kaylon) who assured me it could be done! Night and day difference after i had all but given up on such a nasty chip. The professionalism and efficiency was great. 10/10 would bring my windshield repair needs here.

The approval process was easy and absolutely no charge to me! Jonathan was professional and extremely patient with my late arrival. He explained the repair process, finished the job and was gone in about 10 mins.

I went to flagship car wash February 8th for a car detail/wash and a guy named Waseem seen my windshield crack that was done by a truck in the freeway and offered his service and let me know he could fix it. I didn’t even know they did this here but he was so helpful and now has my windshield looking brand new and it was all done together and fast! I truly appreciate him letting me know about this service and will be spreading the word to family and friends. Thank you again Wassem, you were fast and professional! I no longer have to worry about scheduling with my dealership or the crack getting bigger.

I am beyond impressed. Waseem is the epitome of friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had originally met Waseem a few months ago at the flagship carwash in king wood. He saw I had a recent repair from another company and I was not happy overall with the results. He looked at the repair and confirmed the best option would be a replacement windshield for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. I told Waseem that I had actually priced a new windshield and had made an appointment with a competitor. Waseem had his office contact me and beat the competitors price. In addition, they would come to my house and do the replacement, rather than driving to the business,as I had to with the competitor . This was convenient for me. I also took my second vehicle to the,carwash and Waseem repaired 2 rock chips. He did a great job and there is no trace of the chips. Waseem is a great guy. He answered all of my questions and was easy to talk to. I wish there were more people like him yo do business with. I highly recommend this company.
