I see a lot of terrific reviews but my experience was different. The appointment time was changed so I had to wait a few hours longer than anticipated. Also when I initially asked if the tint would be the same, I was assured it would be. However, it was not. The new window has a green tint and a very visible “tint line”; this was the name of it according to the man that came to install it. The price was good, however, I now have a window that looks NOTHING like the others. I wish I had not been in such a time crunch but due to already waiting 5 hours into my appointment time I said whatever and kept the mismatched window. Extremely disappointed as I had more work I would have liked to get done.

Omar was the only person that called me back when I was calling around trying to find a quote. It was a Saturday and I needed the back window fixed on my truck asap! Someone had broke it. I called omar and he said to give him a few minutes and hed call me back. He got back to me quickly and said he could be at my house that same day and replace the window. Was pretty happy with the windshield replacement and the window tint on the eyebrow…….until today.I put my sunshade on my windshield since it’s getting hot and barely bumped my rear view mirror, it popped right off. My rear view mirror has a rain sensor in the middle and it was mounted with hot glue.Cmon, you did an awesome job and you’re going to halfa$$ that easy part of the job?I guess this also explains why my rain sense feature for my wipers was going crazy when I tried to use it. My wipers would go faster than full speed the whole time. I guess that happens when the sensor is covered with clear glue.

Fantastic experience all around! Was quick to get a quote back to me, and really good price at that. These guys are awesome. I called 3 different windshield repair shops for quotes. I called The Boss last..not on purpose. They called me back with quote, which was very reasonable, and were on the way to my house(Kingwood) before the others even called me back. 5-4-18 i had two windows busted out of my Range Rover. I called around 12 and he was at my home in West Houston replacing them by 3pm. Not only did he have the best price i could but he cleaned up all the glass from inside my car. To top it off it started raining. He still took his time to do it right and made sure my it wasn’t wet inside my car. I’d call here first.

They were responsive on a Saturday and came out to repair my glass. They stayed in constant communication. The work was top notch. I didnt originally say I wanted tint and came back out first thing on Monday morning and added tint. The prices were absolutely the best I found anywhere. I highly recommend them.

Never thought of replacing a windshield would be this easy!!!! They (2 people) drove over 30 miles to my home at 9 am in the morning to replace my windshield and completed a great job in 1.5 hours! It was only 36 °F outside, and I tried to make the garage as warm as possible. The day before they came to my place, I had few professional phone calls with these folks. They asked me to send them some photos to show how bad the damage on my windshield was and the type of windshield I had. They were able to provide me some professional advices about what to do and were able to set up a flexible appointment with me! They even helped me to remove my dash cam from the previous windshield and reapplied to the new one. My overall experience with them was excellent, and this was my first time having this company replaced the windshield. Ill give them a 5 star review. Great services!!! Im very happy!!!

Highly recommended! My car was like a fish bowl and its so hot inside after its been sittin in the sun and I just couldnt take it anymore . I called around and they were the 2nd most expensive but i didnt realize how much tent actually cost, and they charged me a great price and even threw in a free brow tint which my cousins love lol . These brothers are great! I had a big crack in my old windshield and needed it replaced. we went to a couple of other places, but they were charging too much for the work. My dad recommended these guys to me and everything went great. They removed the old glass without any trouble and replaced it within 30 mins. plus they came out to my house which was great!!

Having spent a good part of the day listening to recordings or being told it could be done in a couple of days. Finally called Boss auto at 2:00 p.m.. Not only did I get a very fair price they arrived at 6pm same day and did a great job! Would rate higher if I could!

Man these technicians were unbelievable! First and foremost my initial contact with their receptionist/assistant I believe was already great giving me all the information I needed for a quote and setting me up with an appt the following day. Though my appt was from 10-11am she called me after 11 to let me know that there was a bit of a delay and if it was still okay. Having no plans anyways I said that it was fine and probably bout 15-20 min later they showed up and started immediately on the job. No more then I have to say 10-15 min max they were done and very respectfully polite on giving me information on other work I might consider for my windshield... Will definitely come back to them and recommend to friends and family for any future work! Thanks guys!!

In the four years I have had my car I have never needed to replace any of the glass. This week, due to a series of unfortunate events, I not only needed my windshield replaced, but also my passenger side window. The cost of replacing both windows combined was less than replacing only my windshield through another company! The customer service was great, and he is an old-fashioned business man -- when there was a problem with the installation due to a manufacturing issue with the piece of glass, he was up front about it and fixed the problem. He will also come to your house/business to fix your windows, as long as you live within a certain area. Most other companies charge for that, but he does it for free. I cannot recommend this business highly enough! I met with him three times, and each time we came after the time window he gave me (normally about 30 minutes after the time window), but he came over in the afternoons when I didnt have any place else to go. Hopefully I wont need any more glass in the near future, but I do recommend his services!
