If you miss your install your in deep doo doo. Your changes of someone answering at the shop in Humble, TX is close to none and their main office will pick up. They will give you options to punch for a service tech. After four attempts (each with a minimum of one hour) I finally talked to a person. Consequently Im out about $ 300 so far with rental because I cant get an access code to drive the damned thing to the shop to have them take it out. ITS STILL IN MY CAR! I am again on hold. I wouldnt in my right mind would EVER use that company again.
