If you want to go to Pep Boys I would advise that you go to the one in Atascocita. This one overcharges you. I came in for a tire repair, unfortunately I had to get a new one. Two guys quoted me 2 different prices for the same tire with installation, warranty, etc. The price seemed to high because I had warranty on the tire that was damaged. Something seemed a bit off so I went down to the Atascocita location where I got the SAME tire with installation, warranty, etc for $30 bucks cheaper. On top of that, the location only had 1 mechanic that 3 customers were waiting on. Atascocita had 3 mechanics and got me out less that 15 mins! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They were able to get my taillights working and didnt charge me because it was just not screwed in correctly

Positives: I have been to this location multiple times for service and the staff, starting with the manager, has always been friendly and prices are competitive with other shops in the area. Work is done quickly and professionally. Negatives: There is almost no signage to indicate the shop is there. I found it by accident the first time I stopped in. The location is small with a limited number of bays and almost no parking for customers. Ive seen people leave because of this and also because the shop couldnt service larger vehicles. Despite these drawbacks, a better experience than Ive had at other businesses

When I comes to the value of the customer at this place really shows it the most! I came here at the last minute right before closing and was able to get four brand new tires for my Cadillac Escalade. I needed a tire replaced under my road hazard contract, and for a week they said they didnt have a tech to mount it. Finally went to the Champions store and didnt notice till I got home that they mounted the tire white letters in when the other 3 are white letters out. Not impressed .

Robert was professional, honest and treated me like a human being instead of just a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars. Due to a mistake by another Pep Boys, he not only fixed the situation but also returned my confindence in this company being able to fix cars. I hope we don’t break don’t again at the airport, our track record isn’t so great, but if we do, we will definitely return to this Peoboys.

They tried to tell me the part for my car was really hard to find and it would be 1176 just for the part. It was a compressor for my ac in a 2013 Chevy Malibu. I took it to my mechanic and he charged me 800 total for the labor and part.

Pretty average. Didnt really stand out from any other automotive join in the area. Only thing keeping this from 3 stars is that they did not have my brake job done in the time frame they agreed to after 3 different affirmations they could. Ended up late to my class.
