Just call the ask about the 19.99 coupon for oil change if apply to my car and the guy who responded was very rough and rude, how you allow someone like that answer phones I will not make my appointment for any service, he told me that the coupon online its fake that was not true, that they will add a lot of taxes and service fees in a really bad way, I was just asking about my car if they have the oil filter or not.... But this guy make really make you try to avoid you and all your service that may you offer... You should try make some training regarding costumer service ( I call the number in Humble, TX by the way)
I had a great experience. The manager Steve was extremely helpful. Best customer service at this store yet and he WILL be the only reason i continue to use their services in the future. I am glad they finally got a manager that genuinely cares about the customer!!
So i went to get a diagnosis on a noise on my suspension. After they checked it and came back with a full list of problems that totaled to 1500 i was iffy about it so i decided to get a second opinion and to discover that the only problem i have is bushing problem that is 400 bucks worth please!!!! i advise anyone to get a second opinion before settling here. They only go by the books instead of diagnosing the actual problem.
Went in this morning to try and get an oil change and brake service done. The Hispanic lady at the counter was being polite and helpful but the older African American guy was being rude and not wanting to work on my vehicle or so it seemed. Even though he was being rude the Hispanic Lady was still trying to help me but the rudeness of the guy over shadowed the ladies kindness. I will never come back to this place again, as long as hes there. And whats sad is that I think hes the manager there!!!! Two thumbs down for customer service due to this guy....
I went to Sears yesterday for a tire alignment. I really like the warranty that they give with the alignment. When I checked in for my appointmen the clerk quoted me $114 for the 1 year warranty tire alignment. She said that would be the price as long as they didnt find anything else wrong or needed parts. I thought this was odd because I didnt mention any handling problems. About 45 minutes later they called with a list of things that needed to be replaced totaling $1500. My vehicle has less than 100,000 miles. I then went to the Slaters which is a family owned auto shop I use for my vehicles. I didnt mention anything about the list Sears provided that needed to be replaced. Guess what they only needed to replace bolts which cost an addition $40. Needless to say I feel like Sears was trying to take advantage. I will no longer be using Sears auto center, and will attempt to forego doing business with them in general in the future. I would also agree with previous reviews stating that the service team is slow. I would compare the mechanics just speed of waking with a leisurely stroll. As I was waiting for the clerk to gather my mileage a mechanic walked out of the office, saw me, and as he strolled to the shop area said Someone will be with you.
I wish I could leave 0 stars! I purchased 4 tires from the Sears in Lufkin, Texas when I was traveling in 2017, great experience! I took my car for its rotation amd balance interval at the Humble, Texas location and was told the balancing was for only 90 days. I checked my paperwork and she was right as the Lufkin location was going out of business and the rep probably thought I lived there and wouldnt need the lifetime balance.I asked how long for the service and was told 30 minutes. I was there a total of 1 hour and 52 minutes even after telling the rep I had to be somewhere an hour into being there. She stated she didnt give me a time frame in which Isaid I would just speak to management. They did absolutely nothing so unfortunately after all my years shopping at Sears comes to an end today. Used to be such a great experience shopping at Sears!
My experience here was completely awful! I made an appointment online for 1:00, a gentleman then called me and told me they were booked during that time and asked me to come in early. I arrived a little after 11:00, an hour later I asked the same gentleman if my car was ready. He then informed me that they haven’t started on it yet. They finished with my car around 2:00. I will NEVER go back there again.
Went for a routine oil change. No other concerns. They called me later to tell me They couldnt do a oil change because my oil was too low. They wouldnt put any oil in due to liability. They also told me my engine light was on and I needed to take it to a mechanic. First arent you a mechanic? And second my engine light wasnt on. I have a prius and the display screen tells me when its time for a oil change. That was the light. I tried to tell that to the guy at the desk. He held his hands up and said that is what he was told. I arrived with no warning lights on but left with my brake light on. They didnt offer brakes either. Went and got a diagonostic test and nothing was wrong. Went to another oil and line and they took care of all my needs with no problems.
I called sear to ask a question. It was 2 minutes til time to close. Don answer the phone. He answered my questions. I just want Sear to know that they have a great employee. Thanks again Don.
I believe the same guy is STILL working here, not sure but this african american guy is RUDE as they come I will NEVER come here again. God bless your business.
Frankly, this is the best department in the entire store.They have always been honest and reasonable with me.
Convenient and my car was serviced in a timely fashion for an oil, wiper, and air filter change. Prices were also reasonable.
I went there to repair a tire,they fill the work order and told me in 30 min itll be ready. I went to the store and after 1 hour and 30 min. I went to see why they havent call me and the guy in the front desk told me that the guy who received my car went to eat something because he cant be more than 5 hours without food 😐but when he comes back they will take care of my car.And as a plus the same guy at the front desk told me if you would leave me the car to me, itll be ready now. Really????Usually I take my 2 cars with them, but from now on they will never see my cars again 😡
The staff are slow and incompetent. They take a long time to do the simplest tasks which really wastes your time. I have never had a problems with the mechanics, but because of the attendants at the desk I will never use Sears again.
Excellent service, I came in for a fuel cleaning system an alignment, because my steering wheel was shaking around 50 MPH. And when I accelerate in my car there was a lag I notice overtime. After they service my car I drove my car around 90 MPH and I must say, the performance felt as new as the first day I got it from the dealership. Thank you And I dont recommend you to drive 90 Mph. Just for testing purposes lol
This was the most stressful and just stupid experience of my life. The lady working was incompetent, which was alright,but, she was rude. And made fun of me in Spanish (oops I understood you). Also, ignored the Black gentleman behind me and completly skipped him after an HOUR wait to serve the white lady and gentlemen behind him. Overcharged and MISCHARGED ME BEFORE THEY EVEN WORKED. Thankfully got my money back and went to competent service. Please dont waste your time. Stressful, rude lady the Manger in training told me the pic of my tires unique size was not real. imaginary tires. Do not go here.
Worst customer service ever!! I scheduled an appointment foran oil change and they couldnt find my information on their computer . I had to wait hour and a half just for an oil change ! Thank goodness for Donald Trump as our new president because hes going to bring some change serious change in customer service!
Went in for an oil change and left with broken windshield wipers. How you manage to break windshield wipers during an oil change is beyond me. Im going to stick with Walmart for oil changes from now on.
Eric and Sylvia lied multiple times. Corporate had to intervene to make things right. How many people got taken advantage of without realizing it? They both are unapologetic and made no effort to make things right. The positive post seem fake except for one and thats for Sears ...no other reviews.

This place has an awful wait time!!!! If you have that many customers, then why not have the employees to handle the demand.
