Its a very good place to go get your vehicle repaired... Theyre honest and dependable... I brought my red Dodge Ram there a few months back and they did the best alignment...

Heard this was a good shop to take your care too. Had the car towed there, told me the engine needed to be replaced, wanted to charge me $10,000 for NEW USED engine, the engine only cost $6,000! Took it to another place $7,200 plus a 12 month warranty!! I will never recommend or use them again!!

Great service and a fair price!I recently took a minivan for AC repair. It was purchased in November 2020 and the AC in the back never worked quite right. With a long trip coming in a few days, the air in front wasn’t blowing as cold either.I got in touch with Mark at Christian Brothers and he was able to work me in quickly. Unfortunately, the mixer in back was messed up and the evaporator coil was leaking. Guess that’s why the vehicle was sold? Anyway, Mark was able to get everything fixed up for the trip in just a few days. Happy wife, happy life!Nobody wants to have car repairs East into your budget but Mark and Christian Brothers Atascocita made it as painless as possible. They got it done right and for a good price. I wanted to give Mark a hug and couldn’t be happier!

Took my moms van in for an oil change. Nice place, quaint environment and a little KSBJ in the background. Eric took care of things along with their crew. Polite, caring and informative. Overall I really enjoyed the visit and would go again!

Went in for a power steering issue, and was thankful to have it remedied, until… my car did not start the next day! They towed my car back to the shop to perform a diagnostic but then told me they would have to charge me to look over their own work! They also told me they would tow my car back to me after I declined their unethical service response! In addition, they left my car outside with doors UNLOCKED—again, this means they would’ve been unlocked overnight as they never brought me my car back. I had someone drive me up there just to check on my truck. I’m definitely appalled at this treatment.

Had my state inspection performed there. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Their staff was courteous and went out of their way to make sure everyone waiting for service was taken care of (including offering drinks). I witnessed them going out of their way to confirm another customer didnt end up paying twice for their inspection. Would definitely return again in the future for additional services.

This place was just absolutely amazing!! Went in for a complimentary oil change for my birthday, that Facebook offered. Got there about 5 mins to my appt time and the man at the front was so very nice and honest and let me know it would be about an hour, which was a little long but hey, cant be complimentary! So I had a seat with my 2kids and sister. They had very nice couches to sit on and sanitizer everywhere, plus toys for the kids and books as well. Great environment! Listening to the employees talk to each other, made me want to work here. Lol. They were all so nice to one another and respectful. It was nice to see. 26 mins later, my oil change was done!!! Talk about fast service!!! Then as I was leaving, I wanted to buy one of their childrens bibles for my 5yo, unfortunately it wasnt for sale, but the manager offered to find me a copy and send me the info, instead, he called me about an hour later and told me he found a copy, bought it and it would be a gift for my little girl. This... Was the most beautiful and kind gesture Ive seen in so very long. It was so nice to see the love from this business. I will DEFINITELY be going back, and recommend! Thanks guys, you just earned you a lifetime customer. God bless.

Super friendly and polite staff. Facilities are nice and clean, but definitely not the place to get your state inspection, they will failed your inspection even with legal window tint and able to see inside the vehicle. I try to explain that the window tint was installed in the dealership where we but the vehicle and they only install legal tint for safety and legal reasons. Tint installed is 35% and Texas law requieres no lower than 25%. When to another shop and pass the inspection with no problem. Please check your equipment and learn the law if you can see inside the vehicle is legal.

I just want to say that I did like this place....but now I LOVE this place. They have excellent customer service and their service on my automobiles have always been great. However on this past week (6/7/2020), I was a little disappointed because I felt as though the service wasn’t as great with my last repair. Although it was nothing they did to cause the problem, I was left with an unusual noise coming from my alternator. My only complaint was I wanted the noise to stop. I did not want anything else. However, not only did Christian Brothers take my complaint serious, but they booked me an urgent appointment for me to bring my truck in for service the next week. CB fixed the issue immediately. If that isn’t excellent customer service for you, I don’t know what it is. Hats off to Ken and the Christian Brothers of Atascocita. But I want to send a special Thank you to Denisha for making this all happen; I really appreciate you. Thanks again CB!

Christian Brothers did a very good job on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 . Took my truck in for a tune up and had it out the door that same day . I recommend any one to them 5-*******

Took my truck in to get the alignment done. They pulled the truck in the bay. After about 10 minutes I was told that my lower ball joints needed to be replaced. And that it would be over $800 dollars. Well after further investigation come to find out the lower ball joints did not need to be replace. It was infact the camber alignment that it went in for to begin with. They are just out to get your money.

I have been using this Christian Brothers since the day they opened. I dont take my vehicles, including my childrens, to them since the day they opened. They may not have the cheapest prices in town, but they are honest, dependable, do great work and have an AWESOME staff!! All things that make a little extra cost, well worth it!

Visiting family during the holiday and tried to get a brake job while in town and experienced Incredible service and hospitality even when my schedule didn’t allow enough time for them to do the repair, and thus I never spent a dime. They called and referred me to a CB close to home where I can get the repair done. Were very thorough and patient to explain the repair I would have done if they could have done it within my limited availability window. I even saw an associate bring out hot coffee with cream on a tray for a lady waiting on her repair.

The people at Christian Brothers Automotive are very nice people. This is the second time that I’ve been here and I’m always very pleased with the service. I brought my car in for an inspection and they even checked out my brakes. To ensure that they were working properly. I’ve never received that service any where else before.

The service here is exceptional! Customer service is excellent, the facility is clean, they also have snacks and water available. My sons love playing with the train set and they provide a shuttle service plus prices are fair. Would highly recommend!

Quick and efficient

I was there for scheduled maintenance but I also asked them to check a squeak that sounds whenever driving around 20 mph. They said they couldn’t replicate the sound which tells me they didn’t take it for test drive and try. (Come for a test drive tonight and I will prove it. It sounds incessantly!) If they were not diligent with this matter, it makes me wonder if they’re diligent with the rest.

I brought my car here for an alignment recommended by a dealership. Although I’m not super knowledgeable about foreign cars, the price was better here so I was willing to let them fix the issue. The gentleman (I forgot his name, but he was the absolute kindest) called and told us my car met all standards and didn’t need an alignment at the time. I appreciated this business and their honesty. They could have easily performed an alignment that wasn’t needed and took my money, but they didn’t charge me a thing for even checking it out. Thank you so much. They also gave me information on how to tell when it may be time for alignment on my car and the signs to look out for, and thanked me for bringing it in. I will def do business here in the future.

I cannot say enough about the great service at Christian Brothers. Johnny, Christie and the rest of the team are awesome! Car repairs are stressful. Not having the knowledge to ask the right questions and to just trust youre getting a fair price is frustrating. Johnny answered all of my questions and always kept me informed as to progress. Even though I know I was likely frustrating they made me feel like I wasnt. Always kind and respectful. In the end, I was happy with the pricing and more importantly content in knowing that it was fair and reasonably done by folks I trust.

Here is my story and my experience.. I first took my truck in because my breaks were going all the way to the floor and had them do an inspection to figure out the issue. At first they said it was the ABS so I had gotten a second opinion and the other shop said it’s the master cylinder after installing an ABS. Well great now I just spent 400 on a part I property didn’t need. Called Christian Brothers back to complain about the the ABS not being the issue and Ken the manager reached out to me. Very apologetic about it and offered master cylinder to fix it at his expense. Well now after that was installed turns out it’s the break calipers. We finally got it all fixed in the end but throughout this process Ken was so kind. You can really hear it in his voice and shows that he really cares about his customers. I can honestly say that with this experience I will only use this shop. It’s hard to find someone that cares about their business enough to go to the end of the earth to make it right. Ken, thank you once again and to everyone at the shop. God Bless.

Great garage they have there, polite, and an comfortable waiting area stocked with a quaint supply of coffee and snacks. Needed a state inspection, so having booked an 8:30am time slot the day prior I arrived just about on time, gave them the required, mentioned that I believed the inspection would fail and that I still wanted the results so I could drive the miles necessary and come back in for a passing slip. Low and behold, the inspection did pass!

I took my truck in for major oil and power steering fluid leak. They were from the beginning to the end Professional and have mach Integrity.I took it back just to have something check out and they not only took care of small issue, but also replaced my front blinker and all with no charge.

If it wasnt for them my husband would have made a big mistake. They told us not to do something, instead of doing it just to get paid. I call three places to get a price check and they were the only ones that said not to do it. I took my vehicle here for a few repairs and diagnostics and I have to say Mark and the entire locations staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Christian Brothers. I will continue to bring my services to them in the future. After being quoted almost $900 from my dealership for front and rear brakes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I read Christian Brothers reviews and decided to go with them. As it turns out, I didnt need new brakes after all and according to them depending on how much I drive I could go another year and a half to 2 years!! Being able to take your vehicle to someone and know they are completely honest about what you do and dont need deserves my business. Im a single mom and that news was a true blessing. I will be returning to them in a year for another brake check and any future automotive services. Thank you Christian Brothers!

My father drove in from Dallas and his AC went out on the way. They were able to repair the issue while he was there (got the car back on the 3rd day). The cost was reasonable and they were (seamed to be) honest and he has not had issues with the AC since (18 months). Wife has receive oil changes and other services from here with no complaints.

Denisha and Johnny were very helpful and attentive! I own a Subaru WRX, took into discount tire for a tire replacement and 45 min later my car came out with brand new tires & a broken shifter...smhBUT Christian brothers did a excellent job working with me to get that situation handled and now my shifter is working perfectly replaced the whole piece, aligned it correctly working like brand new! I highly recommend them they are versatile, helpful, great at time management, just solid all around. Denisha and Johnny were very polite and very helpful. Ask for them :)

My truck was not starting intermittently and being a shade tree mechanic I diagnosed it on my own and spend a day trying too fix it. After wasting a day I went too see the guys for help. In five minutes they diagnosed the problem (a completely different from what I had come up with) and fixed it. Now my truck starts every time no problem. It was refreshing too be able to sit back and not have to worry about the repair. They were very knowledgeable and professional at every point of the experience.

They are extremely professional and friendly, they are very honest and upfront about everything including: cost, length of time for service, and how they will be performing the repairs. They also called me frequently to update me on everything going on. I also LOVED that when I walked in they were playing KSBJ on the radio and they offered me snacks, a beverage and reading material during my visits when I had a shorter wait. They are wonderful! Took my srt4 there and had a great experience, everybody was polite and helpful. Didnt get the mechanics name but I dealt with a gentleman named Johnny in the office and he was awesome throughout the whole process. Very informative and finished ahead of estimated date. Would definitely recommend!

They are extremely honest, clean, friendly, fair and reliable. It would be nice to add budget friendly to this list, but they arent. My basic brake job was $300 and they did great work. I will find someone cheaper or do it myself next time though.
