This place was busy, yet they managed to pick up every call politely! These guys are totally respectful, trustworthy mechanics, fast and efficient, they do know their stuff! most important, I wasnt ripped off!

Great experience had a oil leak they fixed it no problem had 3 other mechanics prior that charged me but didnt fix the problem these guys know what they are doing hard to find good mechanics that are honest and dont over charge. And do the work right they will be getting all my business from now on!!!

Jose and his wife and kids that work there are fantastic Jose goes above and beyond his duties to help people I would recommend them to anybody I bought a car from them and it wasnt a brand new car but Ill never buy another car from anywhere else.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with my car . They said they kept “fixing “ the problem but my car was still messed up. I took it there three times and still messed up. Whenever they did fix it the other times . Mind you I got my car fixed by them about four times and it was because every time I got something fixed, it would be problem after problem with my car. I’ve never had any issues with my car until I took it to this shop . All of my money wasted and the problems never got fixed . I got my axle fixed by them about two months ago and paid 800 something dollars and now I’m having the same problem again !!! So that’s more money down the drain . I have spent over 3000 dollars with these crooks . Don’t bring your car here if you don’t want your pockets drained !!

Ive found a new shop....so far these guys have been the best option for me. Foreign and Domestic. Described my problem with my BMW they knew exactly what the issue was and also what other shops were trying to charge me to fix it. Best part is that their prices were significantly cheaper.

Very concern about the trustworthiness of this auto repair shop. Ive been going to this shop for some time now! I had some repair work done on my car that was covered under a lifetime warranty. I went back to the shop for the same repairs that they fixed and they did not honor their warranty. This shop tells lies, their word is not trustworthy, so beware of Ramos auto repair because they will trick you. They are not in the business of honoring their word. This shop should be a shame of themselves for taking advantage of people. I will not go to this Ramos auto repair again because they practice with dishonesty and I dont have time for that. Shame on you Ramos auto repair for giving Shady service.

Found this place about a month ago and every since then my wife and daughter go here now we love this place prices are very reasonably and they get the job done .Thanks Ramos Auto Sales and Parts Service its nice to have a business like this in our neighborhood .

Very good mechanic

This place is horrible. They took my money and didnt do my car alignment.So I went to do complimentary check up at my dealership and found out that my car was out of alignment and since Ramos Auto sales & service was closer to my home I took it the car there for alignment service.They told me it would take up to 2 hours wait. So instead of waiting I went home. later, they called me that my car was ready. Few days later I stopped at the dealership to check the alignment again and it was same as before. That was when I realized that this shop is scam. They made me pay for service that they didnt do. They never worked on my car.Ramos mechanics workshop cant be trusted I regret leaving my car behind I should have waited. They are scam. They collected money for a job that they didnt do. If you go to this shop you are going at your own risk. They are not trustworthy.

Ill bring my car here all of the time and they are good mechanics but at the same time they disappoint me when I bought my car there at the beginning of the year I pacifically told the man that I wanted him to fix every issue that was wrong with my car but it was like he fixed a little bit and then my car work for a little bit and then it start tripping so I had to bring it back so its like I have to keep bringing my car back if I tell you I need my car fixed then thats Im saying I want you to fix everything thats wrong with it all are at least you know ask me if I want certain things fixed so I dont have to keep coming back but other than that they are good mechanics and I will continue to bring my car there

Ive never had a problem with Ramos so far, I always do business with them buy and trade in vehicles. Never gave me the run around. They do great work as mechanic. Im very satisfied with the business.

They’ve been my mechanic for five years. I took all of my cars belonging to me my wife and daughter during that time. They did all of our mechanic work even oil changes during those years. His crooked sister messed that up. She came along and destroyed our relationship. She was mean and sold my wife a car with a defective air bag. I should have sued them. CROOKS!!!!

Working on my Chevrolet Impala

I’ve had a bad experience with this business. They said they replaced the mass air sensor to fix the car’s problem. After a few days the check engine light is back, so they replaced all of the spark plugs. After a few days the check engine light is back again. Then they have the nerve to say that the mass air flow sensor hasn’t been changed at all since what is there is still the original. What then did they do the first time, replaced an imaginary part? Then they said, “oh by the way, did you know that your engine is leaking oil?”I brought the car to another shop and it was confirmed there that they did not replace the mass air flow sensor. They also changed only 3 of the 6 spark plugs. I have all of the receipts to prove this claim.I tried to support this business because it’s local, but if they are dishonest and rip off customers they will go down.

You get what you pay for...in this case you get poor quality service. If i could put zero stars then i would. Stay far away from this place. They were going to fix issue we had and they were gonna charge me $220...got vehicle back in worse condition then we left it, we refused to pay. Took it to a shop we found via BBB and new shop had to fix additional items that Ramos somehow messed up when they were supposedly fixing issue we took it in for. Ended up costing $1200 to fix everything Ramos had mesed with plus fixing the original issue. Cheap isnt always better. I suggest you find another place who knows what they are doing and wont mess up perfectly running parts because in the long run it will cost you more money and more time. This place is a joke.

Know exactly what you want and theyll do a great job. Ive had them do work on my truck twice now and both times they did exactly what was asked, no upselling.
