They are simply amazing. Im new to the area. My car was giving me issues so I originally too my 2015 navigator Lincoln to Planet Ford Lincoln. They charged me $2700, then broke my ac and my car was still having problems. They insisted on trying to fix it. One month later stilll not fixed and they didnt kniw how to fix it and wouldnt give my money back for not fixing it .I referred my attorney to them... anyway I found Integrity Automotive and in less than a day they found the small issue that was a maintenance issue that only cost $200 to do. I am sooooo grateful that they found the problem and my car is driving great again. Thank you Mr. John and Mr. Shawn for the great service. They were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Very honest people here and they do work in a very timely manner. They fix what you ask them to fix, not like some of the places here in the area. As their names says, they have integrity here.

Air conditioner went out on my car,, took up there and they had to put a new compressor and new seals in and now I have a nice cool air conditioned car,,two day wait but what to expect in a big city like this, lots of people needing their car kixed

I want to first make sure I state that this is the Integrity Automotive in Humble, Texas on Atascocita Rd. This automotive shop is amazing. The owner is a wonderful person that truly cares about his customers. I have been getting my state inspections and oil changes here for years. About a week ago I sent my daughter in law and my son there because they are from out of town and don’t know any shops in the area. When she talked to the owner he said I can take your money but by looking at your mileage, you would be better off going to a dealer and checking to see if you’re still under warranty. That will save you a whole lot of money. Well, long story short she did and she was under warranty! The repairs were free minus the diagnostic test! The owner is honest and kind. She was so surprised that he helped her out but I wasn’t. He’s a God fearing man that is full of Integrity hence the name of the shop. Thank you again Integrity Automotive. 🙌👍

I havent been there yet Im going to take my car in after I have a delivery made here at the house Im going to take the car in and have see if they can fix it for me I have a coolant leak and the guy said he wanted to look at it and if they could fix it they will hold my car for two days its a two-day waiting for you which is fine I think that this integrity motors may be the one who fixes my car and he can fix it then he will I will use them as my mechanics from now on for tune-ups or whatever else I need so I wont take it back to another person that was fixing my car and keeping it for days and running it all over town I took my car to integrity automotive those folks in there are the most friendliest upfront people I have ever met if I could give them 10 Stars for the work they did on my car I would because these people are awesome they got my idea took care of my car when I called they gave me answers that are looking for I never had to worry about things I knew my car was in good hands so again I want to thank integrativ automotives for taking care of my little car thank you for the bottom of my heart honestly if I could give you 10 12 Stars I would do it because when I gave you the three stars before it was because I have never been there before

I came in late in the day with a new battery and a battery under the hood that was leaking and smoking battery acid. They took care of the battery removal and installation and also gave clear instructions on the handling of the leaking battery. I was quoted $20-$30 and they provided this service for only $20. I was expecting to be charged more (and would have understood it considering the hazardous nature of the job), but they stuck to the original quote despite having to put in more time and effort. Kind, informative, fair. Will return and recommend.

We use this shop regularly when we need work done. They have been helpful to do a quick fix when we have minor issues. The water sprayer for the windshield wasnt working. I thought it needed replacing. They cleaned it and it works great! The cigarette lighter quit. The fuse didnt need replacing. They took it completely apart and cleaned all of the tiny parts. No charge. They stand behind their name INTEGRITY!

Took my Car for an alignment and was told my upper control arm was broken and it would cost me $850 to fix. I decided to get a second opinion and the upper control arm was fine and they were able to do my alignment. This place does not live up to there name, they probably tell their customers that their Flux Capacitor is broken and try to charge them an insane amount of money. Definitely stay away from this place.

I have been coming here for years in and out great customer service that’s exactly why I return but not this time. I get here at 4pm unload my sleeping baby to only walk in and the lady tell me they can not take vehicles that they are booked. It clearly says they close at 6pm.

Integrity Automotive was recommended to me by AAA when I needed my car towed to a garage for service. I was impressed with the appearance of the facility and the owner, John was very helpful and accommodating. The car was towed on Wednesday morning, they diagnosed the problem Wednesday afternoon as needing a fuel pump, filter, and sensor, and the car was ready Thursday afternoon. The cost of the repair was more than I had originally anticipated, but was comparable to other shops. I would recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

This place does not give you an itemized receipt. Needed a starter replaced and was charged $612! The receipt said $540 labor + taxes. The owner is a smooth talker and a guy that doesn’t like to be wrong. Customer Beware!!!

I was having problems with the AC in my vehicle. I brought it to integrity anticipating that a significant repair would be needed. They found something stuck in the blower motor and noticed that my temperature sensory was dirty. They removed the blockage and cleaned the sensor at no cost to me and my AC was back to normal. They could have easily claimed that I needed a costly repair and I would have probably believed them. Instead, they were honest and extremely helpful.

I will never again go to Integrity Automotive in Atascocita. Took my truck to get inspected and they failed it due to window tinting on the front windshield. This is a factory tinting not an after market tinting! Not only that but they passed the same vehicle at last year’s inspection with the same exact window tinting!! So, I pointed this out to them and even though they can easily pull my name, address, make and model of my vehicle out of their ever so handy computer system they “had no recollection of last year’s inspection results” and refused to even look in the system to verify it. How convenient! When I told them to look it up the front desk woman even had the nerve to tell me that “they didn’t have time to do that because they were busy.” I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE! After charging me $25.50 to fail my vehicle, they asked if I wanted to see state regulations on tinting. Completely missing the point! If they had failed it last year for this that would be one thing BUT THEY DIDNT! I won’t be doing business with them ever again!

I’ve used Integrity for many years. They keep my old cars running great! They are efficient and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else.

Right after my divorce I took my car in and John took care of it. My brakes had started sounding like metal on metal. He called me and told me there had been participial on my pads and that they did not need to be replaced he just took care of it. As a woman it was great to not get ripped off. They could have very easily said they replaced the brakes. I trust them and will continue to take my automobiles there.

I love this place! If you can find an auto repair shop that is trustworthy, does great work and has fair prices, then you stick with them. This place has all of that in spades!

Integrity was recommended to me in 2006 by a friend. I used Integrity a couple of times. I got to know the Lead Mechanic and site leader named John who always treated me fair. If the problem was small, that is what I was charged for. I never felt I was getting gouged, or nickel and dimed. John left a couple of years ago and the shop did not seem to be run with the same level of high service. My confidence in Integrity dropped and I left them at that time. John has since returned and so have I and am receiving the same high level of service as before. I like dealing with people and not necessarily companies. I recommend you go see John at Integrity Automotive and you will be treated right.

Beware of this place! I was having issues with my AC in my car. Brought it to these people and they said I needed a whole new compressor and quoted me a price of 1,275. I left paying $65 for a service fee and took it to Firestone to get a second opinion because I could not afford the cost and wanted to make sure that the compressor was really the problem. It ended up needing a new relay and that was it. So beware! Especially ladies that walk in there by themselves. This guy also made a rude comment and then turned around and apologized for it. I noticed when he was talking with another customer that he has no good customer service skills. I will no longer do business with this place.

Cost and time it took exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them, with extra points for courtesy and professionalism. They were able to get to a fast and accurate diagnosis, and contact me right away with the results, and a variety of options to choose from. Very good experience over all !

Horrible service said they would update us on the status of my car and I never heard from them. I had to call them multiple times to see what was going on. Dropped my vehicle off at 10 didn’t get it back till after 2 when they were already closed. No communication and not friendly at all. This place has really gone down hill they use to be so good.

Some work is good, other work is meh.

I am the third owner of my 2005 Acura MDX which has 170,000+ miles on it and drove it all the way to Houston from Colorado to spend my summer vacation with my parents who just moved here. Not knowing anything about the area, or my car for that matter, Integrity was able to completely repair my transmission. With my car being quite old they struggled to find the parts necessary to fix it, but Integrity was able to do so and I am so thankful! They were very helpful with explaining the problems my car was having. Made it all the way back to Colorado in one piece. Thanks again John!!

Good service. Good location. Knowledgeable staff.

I told these people my belt was sqeaking bad. So they put a rebuilt power steering pump on the car after charging me for what I thought was a new one. Got the car back and it was still squeaking. I took it back two more times for continued noises and each time they claimed to have fixed it. Now just after 90 days I think the power steering pump blew out. Im pretty sure I will never go back and will tell everyone about this experience.

They are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Integrity if you want to fix problems with your car and keep it running smoothly.

Was referred here because of a check engine light. Instead of wanting to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle and take a customer, he insisted to tell me what he thought was wrong. Johns (maybe the owner) words were the engine will need to come out, this vehicle will not last long, I will not look at this vehicle after he began to refuse my money and insulting my 2015 chevy Cruze Ltz RS. I Took it to the dealer and all they replaced was a simple thing and problem fixed.

Very friendly staff. Got an inspection which took about 15 mins tops.

Took my wifes 08 Grand Cherokee Laredo to Integrity yesterday. It had a clicking noise coming from the passenger fromt wheel are that no other shop could seem to figure out. I thought it might have been a control arm bushing, but wasnt sure. Never been to Integrity before, bit didnt see any negative, and figured they couldnt be any more expensive than the rest of the overpriced shops around here. They called in a couple of hours and said they found the problem was the ball joint, and could have it back to us by noon today, with an alignment.By 11 this morning they called to tell me it was ready, and the issue fixed. Way to go! And a very reasonable price!Thanks to John and the folks at Integrity, youve got a new customer whos going to be bringing you all of his work now

John and his Crew at Integrity are the best in Automotive Repair and Knowledge, that$ the Truth! A month ago, he and his crew replaced a radiator I had them install a year ago on my 13 year old Hemi, no charge because it was under warranty! Really, who else does that without throwing in extra costs? Thank you John!This morning I noticed my Check Gauge light come on my Hemi. Trust me I baby, my Hemi and I only trust John and the Integrity Crew when it comes to Repair and Service. So after John ran a test in the morning it was determined that my 13 year old alternator was nearing death. Well of course I had them replace the alternator and at the same time replace the A/C blower that was going out as well. All work completed in 4 hours. The Repair costs was very reasonable, but what really matters is that they always do Honest work and get the Repairs done as promised, Professionally and in a timely manner! Take my advice, see John and his Crew at Integrity the next time you may need true Expert Service and Repair! Thanks John, you all give true meaning to having Integrity! Great Job as always!
