It took over a week for them just to give me an estimate, and when they did it was $3000 just to repair weather stripping. To top it off when they returned my car, it had three big scratches on the door. They charged me $175 just for looking at my car

Took them like 3hrs just to do a oil change and wash my vehicle. The was was bad. They didnt clean my windows or vaccum at all. My trk had streaks of dirt still left on it that where clearly visible on a black colored vehicle

I recently purchased a vehicle from Texan GMC . I traded in my truck to and agreed to price. I was TOLD the sale price of the new vehicle was 68,999 (Denali Ultimate 2500 Duramax) OTD. Shook hands and took the deal. Well i get my first statement in and low and behold it was 68,999 plus ttl and Added another 2900 on top of the agreed to price. I bought all my documentation showing this. the sales manager Lonnie Gibson(Crooked Car Salesman) lied through his teeth and will not honor it. So here I am telling my story so that this Scam / Terrible Business practice doesnt happen to anyone else!If it could be 0 Stars i would, unfortunately it will not let me
