Did not offer courtesy car for having to hold car overnight. Had to get my own transportation to and from dealership.
I’ve always used Nissan whenever I needed to service my Rogue, I’ve never had any problems until recently. The last time I came they were very unprofessional, not once did they tell me what was going on or let me know what was needed. I request to have them change my rear windshield wiper and they got upset cause no one told them earlier. And today I came to get an oil change and my state inspection. I made an appointment with them so that I wouldn’t have to wait so long. When I came in I was told and it was first come first serve, and the appointment I made did not count. The guy told me that he didn’t know why they even had appointments during the week. Now they want to tell me I have to wait 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I’m really disappointed with them
Dont even bother making an appointment. They literally do it first come first serve....so your appointment is meaningless. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours without warning.
Im always seen at my appointment time. My only concern is that they no longer vacuum the cars

They dont go above and beyond for their customers. Very poor service. I regret getting service for my vehicle here.
