Poor customer service and the shop didnt seem to know what they were doing. We have had multiple issues with this location.-Under filling tires even after bringing the vehicle back they said my sensors were bad. They were not the tires were just under filled. They filled the new tires to 32 psi but it was a 3/4 ton, the tires took more pressure.-Telling my wife she needed the entire front end replaced over $2,000 of work none of it was needed. The store manager apologized after confronting him and agreed it was not needed.-Replacing the wrong tire. We had one bad tire it was obvious which one was bad and it was marked on the paperwork correctly.-A leaking bead on a new tire. When I asked them to us bead sealer they didnt seem to understand what it was and I had to walk them trough using it.-Then today there was corrosion on the valve stem portion of the wheel. The shop did not even attempt to clean it. When they went to show me that the wheel needed replaced I picked up a screw driver and scraped 80% of the corrosion off. The shop had no method to clean the valve stem hole, not even sand paper, I went to my other car to get a piece of sand paper which at that point they told me I couldnt work on my own car and they were going to put it back together the way it was. They wouldnt even take the sandpaper I provided to clean it. I left with the valve stem still leaking.I am not returning to this location.Jay

My tire pressure sensor came on while driving into Humble this morning. Went in to have it looked at and they were very busy. They werent going to be able to get to it until late this afternoon so they put air in for free. Thanks for they help! I had an hour drive home and yall made sure my tire had the correct air pressure before I made the drive.
Love this store, Alfonzo also does a very good job attending my needs for my vehicle. I always get great customer service and always leave happily attended. I recommend this store to a lot of people. It’s always hard finding a store that actually knows what there doing… thank you !!
Ive been here a couple times. The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable! Ill be going back for maintenance work on my Mustang GT. They have enough space for more seating. They just need to add a few more chairs. But it was a beautiful day, so I opted to sit outside under a tree and enjoy the breeze! 😊

Real bad experience, moved my Alignment caster/cam to get bad readings for print out to offer me an alignment.I visited this shop at Humble to get an estimate for 4 new tires. As the sales associate was printing out my estimate, I noted the advertisement of a free alignment check. I figured while I was there I would see how my alignment was.After the check was complete, the sales associate brought me a sheet that showed all my readings were in red and I need an alignment. I figured I would come back on payday to correct this.As I drove away on the feeder of 59/69 freeway I immediate noticed my truck now changing lanes by itself. It pulled so much that for me to drive straight I need to hold the steering wheel a bit to the right.I returned to talk to the sales associate and when I was explaining the situation, another team member that was helping another customer jumped into the conversation and rudely stated that they didn’t do anything to the truck and all that was done was a computer check that doesn’t effect the truck. I began to tell him how it was not pulling before I went there. This person identified himself as the store manager and again said his shop didn’t do anything to my truck. His demeanor was rude and not passionate to my complaint at all, so I asked to speak to his manger or the regional managers phone number. He then told me that he was busy with a customer and I would have to wait. I waited 10 minutes and left, thinking I would find the number to corporate myself.When I got home I decided to check the pulling myself as this was change was both noticeable and a driving concern now as it pulls into the next lane.The pictures below 1 and 2 show that the Caster/Cam and the boot that holds them were recently moved as the dirt trail was plain to see. It shows the movement of the metal piece that explains why my truck is now pulling to the left as this is only on my left side. Picture 3 and 4 are from my right side of the truck with no dirt removed or no sign of tampering.Please explain this to me and why the shop will not honor their actions and why the store manger was so rude about it and did not even check out the complaint.
Great Great Great service. I had my tune up done here and my alternator replaced. They were fast and efficient. They may not be the cheapest but I am not stingy when it comes to my car. Even so they are flexible with pricing if you ask. Nick was great and always super helpful....he is a great mechanic and a great guy.

Had my alignment done on my 92 dodge ram dually. Straightest it has ever gone down the road also had front tires replaced while I was there. See alfonzo he will take good care of you and have you in and out quick.
Good tires but they took over 6 hours to put my tires on. They did not communicate with me on why it took so long. Also the labor price is outrageous.

This place is not professional at all!Its not important to them that the customer is satisfied. Brought my BMW in to get a tire replaced. The tech named Steven (or Stephen) could not find my original cap that was on the air valve. And then lied and said he put the original cap back on.. If that was so, why would I be trying to get them to find it??🤔 And on top of that, they left grease on the wheel and didnt even bother to wipe it off. Dont waste your time at this locations, THEY ARE TRASHY; NOT CLASSY!
Charged me $360 for parts cost of a $160 alternator after their 20 percent discount. I had to call NTB headquarters to get a $100 refund. The manager said oh well when I pointed out the over pricing by 125 percent. I wont be going back.
Horrible service. Sales rep mad at you threatening you. And after I pay my money my car was not done right. Never was shop again. Discount Tires is my place now.

I was told over phone that they can price match and also I can pick up 4 tires without installation. When I visited the location, they agreed to give me a price match but as soon as I told them I would be picking up just the tires, The guy told me that the person over I talked on phone says the price match product I have shown is not in stock on Walmart. Although I showed them the product in my cart on Walmart app. They should have refused me over the phone and I wouldnt have even visited their store. Ridiculous. I went to Discount Tire at their porter location and ordered the same product and they also price matched and for pick up. Everything was done in like 5-10 minutes. Wouldnt recommend NTB. AT ALL!!

The store manager and crew are amazing. Laney and Bryan discussed several options of tires with me, showed pricing and benefits also helped me get approved for a 1200 CITI Card which I was able to use for my tires at zero interest for 12 months. Amazing service by these gentlemen. During conversation it was brought up they were new at the store and there to fix it. Outstanding job gentlemen your doing great. Highly recommend you see these guys for anything you need for your vehicle!
Went to get a state inspection. I was told the machine was down without any other options. It would of been helpful to know when it is expected to be working again. This was not a pleasant experience, the staff were just standing around and didn’t appear to be customer friendly.

I walked in and asked for an alignment. The attendant tells me sorry we booked “ one customer behind me shouts out and says he can take my spot! he walks up to the attendant and receives his belongings. At the same time he whispered good luck . I didn’t think much of it until i noticed i waited for 30 minutes just to not get checked in because they were still booked. I was very disappointed for wasting my time for this poor service.
On April 28,2021 I took my 2014 Jetta for a regular oil change at this location. On May 3,2021 I saw that my vehicle was leaking oil so I contact them and let them know of the issue that clearly was there before having the oil change there. They don’t want to be responsible about this issue. I try to contact the manager Chris of the store a few times but now they just hang the phone on me. I need this issue to be fix ASAP is damaging my new home driveway

Went there reluctantly after a bad experience 10 years ago, Randy was there to help this time I noticed he seemed to be running the place alone regardless he was able to help me get the tire I needed after the one I had couldn’t be fixed and I was out the door much faster than the last time when I had to wait 3 hours just for a patch and I was 1 of 2 people there. I think I’ll go back if they keep up the work there.
The new staff is great, very knowledgeable and gave plenty of options for the tires I needed. I will return for sure.

I called the store to get a quote on a tuneup. The man asked do you have a check engine light on I said no. He said well why do you want a tune up. I’m like huh while thinking that is the business y’all in right. I told him I wanted to service my car. He said ok hold on for a second but never came back to the line. I called back after hold on for over 5 minutes. The didn’t even say hello he just placed me on hold not once but 3 three when I tried to call back. I figure I better take my business else where cause if there phone service is that poor, my car might stop running it I get it serviced there.
I always have the best experience when I go to this location! The service techs are fast and very friendly I dont ever feel unwelcome. Best place to get tires in my opinion.

Awesome service from Jenn and Scott. On a Sunday less than an hour before they close we called and they were able to fit us in and get us back on the road to Wisconsin. Jenn even helped us load our old tire in the trunk and I cant say how grateful we are for the service we received. I definitely recommend them!

Went up to this location today to get a simple tire rotation and to get a nail patched up in a tire. Not only did they not rotate the tires they did not fix the tire with the nail but instead fixing a different tire, leaving residue all over this wheel, after I had explicitly told them there was a nail in the passenger front tire. I had to wait atleast an hour for them to not fix anything.
Excellent service. I took my van in for repair to the driver side window. They were very efficient and had the job done within a couple of hours. They were also very friendly. Just a great experience overall!
These guys have become my go to guys for the last couple years. Consistently do a great job and prices are solid.What prompted my review today is a mistake that was made in April. It was a tech error and not a larger issue. It caused my tires to wear early. Manager recognized the issue and immediately resolved the issue and replaced all my tires without argument. Its refreshing to see someone do the right thing and not try to find a way around it. Great people to work with.

We were traveling from out of town and had a flat. We called the store and they said theyd help us. And they did. A great experience in a trying situation. Very professional and super nice. If we lived there they would be the only place wed go. You should be very proud of the employees as well as how clean it was. Even got us some water.
They searched through my work truck trying to steal stuff out of my console I took specific pictures of all my possessions inside before they did service on my vehicle got it back and all my stuff was moved around Inside of my console. This is the second NTB that stole possessions out of my vehicle. Never again.Update.. truck went flat on the road its 5am and I had to chang my new tire to the spare because they supposedly installed new sensors that did not work and the guy thats fixing my tires says it was a valve stem leak.. looks like they didnt even check.. epic fail NTB
Had a flat after work and needed to buy tires. It was 6:30-6:40 pm when I arrived and I saw they closed at 7. I really needed tires and even got as far as the quote. I really didn’t care how much at this point, I just needed tires. I was turned away because a truck was being unloaded. I was able to find another NTB willing to sell me tires and install them for me even though they were close to closing as well.I will not be using the Humble location for anything again.
I had a great time visiting store number 710 Jane Read was very informative about the kind of tires for my Denali, she recommended BF Goodrich, and Id say I am very pleased with the outcome of the performance. I will recommend this store to my friends and family. And I will be returning for my preventative maintenance.
Terrible experience this week as I was at the Humble store to repair a tire, While they were fixing the tire I requested a rotation and balance, once they “completed” the work I noticed the repaired tire was in the same spot as before, asked at the desk and they reassured me the rotation and balance was done. Just makes me wonder how many other customers they’ve lied to and said work was done correct, this was a free service as part of the tire purchase but if it was service you are paying for, you’d expect honesty from the employees at all times... Doubt I go back to them for tires again.
This particular NTB location has an outstanding staff that does excellent service/work. They always try to find a way to give their customers the best deal. If your vehicle needs extensive work and cost is an issue, they will help you plan out how the services could be separated into different visits. Friendly crew that checks on all customers not just the ones theyre assigned.
Great experience every visit. I’ve been going to NTB for a very long time, I’ve had several oil changes done, new tires put on, radiator replacement and much more. Every time I go the service is exceptional. The employees are very knowledgeable and explain all repairs in detail. I will continue to go to NTB for service and repairs on my vehicles.

Negative star giver here. NTB, I think you need to vet your managers better.4/8/20 at 8:30am; pulled into NTB Tire & Service center near North 1960 and hwy 59/69 parking lot, because my van was over heating on my way to my office. Open hood of van and determined I was out of coolant and there was a bad leak. There was only one vehicle being services in the garage and NO other customers, and 3 techs hanging out in the garage. Asked them if they had any coolant on hand, they said yes but go inside and discuss with manager.Went inside and no one was around. Poked my head around some of the door/windows just trying to find a body to help, and the manager just happened to come out of his office. Now Im an easy going person, but he offered no help or assistance to look at my break down, and I was pretty offend by his demeanor. Asked them if we could get a top off with coolant. He refused any type of help or offering of service, but shared that there was a AutoZone about 5 minutes up the road.Was very shocked and aggitated with the lack of service and professionalism at this store provides being this is my second visit to this store (out of necessity). The first visit I had two tires replaced, after having a flat tire on my home, and having to pull off the freeway. This NTB was about closest tire shop, after changing tire over to a temp donut. It took two full days to get my vehicle back with 2 new tires. I should have just waited for a tow truck to drop me off at a Discount Tire, and would have been able to get 4 new tires for the same price that next morning.Back to my over heating van story; Decided this manager was tool and this store will never again see my business. Waited about 20 minutes in the parking lot for my wife to drop off some coolant to me and will deal with the repair somewhere else. Thank you NTB workers for not harassing me while I waited for my wife. But if you want to see some referrals or repeat customers, I suggest some training in customer services and polite manners.

Young manager Dalton was nice. I got 4 Michelin P235/75/R15 tires for my Ford Escape, tires balanced, and all wheels aligned. I was told it would be about two hours. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. on a Saturday. I tried to book an appointment online, but I also called the store and was told it was better to just show up early. Total cost was about $832. Michelin is running several rebates and promotions but apparently I didnt qualify for any. Total time ran a little over four hours. Not sure why. There were several guys working the service bay (between 7-10?) and the shop did not seem overly busy. There was always an empty bay or two the whole time I was there. Quality of work was good, time was slllloooow

Brought my car down here to have it aligned, its been here since a little after 8 this morning, its now 1pm they brought it out to me saying the alignment was good but the tires need to be rotated....these are tires I bought (high end ones) from discount tire within the last month. I made an adjustment to my suspension yesterday and have only drove it here( tires are fine), drive off and the car is pulling...now waiting again for them to fix the alignment that Ive been here for 4.5hrs so far! Do not bring your car here, they are incredibly incompetent, no idea how they stay in business.
I had an appointment at 7am but when I arrived the doors were still locked. I called the store and no one answered. I waited untill 7:20 to try the doors again, but they were still locked. I tried calling one more time before I left, again, no answer. Huge waste of time
**Edit** Returned for some service and inspection. Once again, great service! Thanks NTB!Very impressed with this store! Probably the cleanest shop Ive ever been in. The new manager is awesome! Love seeing females in a male dominated industry. I didnt feel pressured for services I dont need like Ive felt in the past at other repair shops.
Called ahead to make sure they could work on my vehicle. Got there at 430 they close at 7. At 6 oclock they guy told me bring it back it would take too long. On the phone they said if I get there at 6:59 they would fix it.Update: When I contacted them they told me my 20 year old truck was an antique and that the technicians there were unable to align it. The training that they have is only for newer cars that are easier to align.It is Ford Twin I-Beam front suspension which was 2WD front suspension on all Ford light trucks for over 50 years. When I called my body shop to ask where I should get my truck aligned the answer was, Not NTB.

I am not from this area, but had a coupon for an oil change & tire rotation. I made an appointment and everything was done within an hour.However, I drove straight back to where I am currently living, and an hour later, noticed a huge oil spill under the car engine. I called NTB and they said bring the car back. ( I had plans to go to the movies when I noticed the oil spill).They took the car right in, and showed me an oil ring stating it was defective and had to replace the filter again. The manager apologized and offered me a free oil change for the next time, or some vouchers as I told him I travel for my job, and would not need another oil change while I am here.He left before the car was done and I was told to come back the next day and see him to get the coupon / vouchers.I called three times today to talk to the manager and never got through, nor did he make an effort to call me.The young man who waited on me in the lobby and did the paperwork was very kind & I appreciate that.I was told the tires were rotated, but I should have marked them first to be certain. Ive never had a tire rotation & oil change done within 50minutes of time, so I question this. They claim the tech who did the oil change was not there when I returned after the leak also. Not sure what to believe.I will not go back.
Place treated us bad. Told us they werent open even though it was past 7 am and alm the workers were there. Needed a brake job before work with no time to play. Appeared to be a bunch of kids with no manager.
Took my wifes SUV in a month ago for new battery. Wasnt busy at the time, should have been a quick fix but they encountered problems. Said the car wasnt idling correctly after putting battery in so they were checking that issue. Front desk guy knew car was fine when i brought it in because i left her car running while checking in. Long story short, over 2 hours later, they said car needed to be reset to learn how to idle with new battery. Nothing else they could do and didnt know how to do it there. Would have to take it to dealer but they would continue to check for solutions and call me in a couple days. No call of course.Round 2....my fault because i went back there. Daughter needed to get back to college and needed 2 new back tires. I bought 2 front ones there last summer so took it there thinking it would be quick along with alignment. Picked car up, daughter calls me after leaving NTB lot and says steering wheel has to be turned sideways to drive straight down road. Take it back in, they fix it but no real apology or asking to give me any kind of discount in the future, NOT THAT I WOULD GO BACK. Terribly run NTB store. Would NEVER RECOMMEND!

My battery died unexpectedly in my Toyota. I got it jumpstarted and went right to NTB in Humble where Jane and her technician met me and promptly diagnosed my bad battery. They very quickly replaced it and were so kind to me. I will definitely come back!
I love this place! Frank the manager was so helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty! I had a tire with a huge hole in it....not even sure what I ran over! The roadside assistance would only tow me to my dealer - they dont carry tires, and they had no loaner cars to get me thru the weekend....I called NTB and Frank put a tire in is own car and drove it up to me!! Now thats customer service!!! I will buy all of my tires and go to them for other services without any hesitation!! Thank you NTB!!!
I got a flat tire right next to this store, and the manager offered to put on my spare free of charge. They did not have the tire I needed in stock, so he recommended an alternative shop. I wanted to keep my business there since he was so helpful, so he ordered in my tire, to be delivered two days later, and promised to call when it came in.Fast forward two days, and I got no call, so I called to check the status. The gentleman on the phone was not super helpful, but thats ok; my tire was there. I show up and when he finally acknowledges my presence after 5 minutes, he tells me I didnt make an appointment so it will be three hours. Wouldve been nice if hed mentioned that when I called...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our car was in for a regular scheduled oil change, which we have taken to them several times and had some MAJOR issues. Our 2013 Honda Accord started making a rattling noise when accelerating and the oil light flashed occasionally. We took it to the dealer and the service department found the car to be 2 1/2 quarts of oil low. They went through the car looking for any problems, which no leaks nor burning oil. They said that the car was never filled with oil when we had the oil changed. They topped off the oil for us at no charge. I contacted the NTB store in Humble off 59 and the manager Jerry was always out. I sent an email to the corporate office asking for someone to contact me. Yesterday, David (I think) who was the acting DM, called me. I explained everything to him that was told to me. He pulled my records, which showed him that I have been an NTB customer for quite some time, and said that the service manager signed off on our car as the oil was full. He insinuated it was a problem with the car and took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the problem. Instead of apologizing and offering some way to make me feel more confident that this was just a one time thing. He decided to avoid the issue that it was their fault. I told him that they have lost my business for good and I will be sure to write a negative review. I didnt get into where the lug nuts were loose on the car from the tire rotation and we lost 3 lug nuts. I am very, very disappointed with how they follow up with a customer who has been loyal and spent thousands of dollars at their business. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!
Had to get tires balanced. I called and they said they can do them in 5 minutes to make sure to be there before they close at 7. Got there at 650 and the guy at the counter said okay, they can do it and pull the car around. Went to pull the car around and Jerry West stated I dont know why he said it was okay to do this. and then he walked off. Making me feel like i was not needed and they didnt want to help me. They still balanced my tires, but I had to get attitude for it. Comes out that the attitude I got was from a Manager, that is SAD.
Did not fully look at my Jeep, causing the back tire to bow out (even though I took it to them 5 time prior with alignment issues) causing my back tires to burn out after driving on them. The tires were so bad that the dealership said one pothole could have caused both tires to blow, injuring myself and anyone in the Jeep with me. Cost me 1000$ in repairs at the dealership and a 500$ rental. After all this NTB will not take the blame as I did not go to an NTB to get it fixed as I was tired of them telling me nothing is wrong as there was things clearly wrong. If you want to waste your money go here, if not the NTB in Porter has never done anything wrong to any of my vehicles and always give good tips about them.

I came here thinking I was going to spend a whole lotta money on shocks and it turns out it was an oil leak making my shocks all squeaky! These folks are honest and are looking out for the greater good, nevertheless I suggest you give them your business they will save ya money!
Went in for fleet vehicle maintenance, they were polite and on time with my appointment, the only drawback was that they didnt have the tires available I have to go back and get them on, that was my only gripe, UPDATE í went back to get the tires for my vehicle it took them 2.5 hours to do it with alignment, 2 employees got into a screaming match and the guy named Dino just couldnt keep his mouth shut and kept whining about what happened with another associate. Today it was a bad experience customers were turned away to comeback another day after waiting for over an hour, just terrible
Music way too loud and definitely not customer friendly yelling cussing,throwing and kicking stuff across the floor next to MY vehicle and other customers vehicles. Flew around the corner in my truck blaring my train horns excessively. Had to come back for them to re balance .y tires because they werent done right. Employees are too focused on their phones and chain smoking cigarettes, which now my truck smells like a bar.

I called several places around town to find somebody who could do a front and rear alignment on my truck. They said they could definitely do both so I schedule an appointment. Even though I had an appointment I still waited for almost an hour before they came to me and said they cant do a rear alignment. Thanks for wasting my time.
This location was less busy than the one in Atascocita. I had a great experience! Great people.
The store manager, Ference Barnes gave excellent customer service, very professional and made sure before I left all of my service needs were met. Highly recommend.
Humble Tx NTB provided excellent service! Had a late Sunday afternoon flat tire. Knowing that the store was closing at 5pm, I got the loose tire in the store after 4pm. I wasnt expecting to have the replacement of the tire completed by closing time but they got the job done! Way to take take care of your customers!! Being a life long customer of NTB, Ill definitely return to the Humble store.Thanks again!!
Had to take my truck back five times and spent over 2,000 on front end work. Still is not right...
