I would have rated 5 stars, except for the gentleman that first waited on me...seemed to be having a bad day...a bit edgy. Young lady in the waiting area agreed with me. The gentleman that did the State Inspection on my truck was very upbeat, polite, energetic, the way we would like everyone to be.
Went to get my ac checked all I needed was my freon levels looked at. The bald guy asked if I was going to leave me car and I said I cant, can you just look at my freon? He said no we cant. If you can do a simple freon check or filling then why do you call yourself an automotive shop? Im not going to leave my car for an hour or longer for a job that takes 3mins when you had 2 customers just so u get paid extra for time labor.
Just left this place and I must say the Customer service was atrocious. The owner...the bald guy Zain was the rudest person that ever expected me to pay him my hard earned money. Asked him a simple question which he at first ignored, then gave a smart a__ answer. I did notice the owner interact with several customers of his own race and was polite and even smiled. Im not into the color of skin game but this guy was blatant about it. As a retired law enforcement officer I dealt with all skin colors and treated people how I wanted to be treated. Zain obviously desires only a particular type customer and my income is not appreciated at Atascocita Tire. After reading the reviews and my own experience I asked for for my keys before the unappreciated work began. Zain couldnt pay me to work on my truck..
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THE BALD GUY AT THE FRONT REFERS TO CUSTOMERS/ EMPLOYEES/ DELIVERY DRIVERS AS USELESS!! WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I BELIEVE EVERYONE HAS TO MAKE A LIVING AND THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER PLACE IF HED KEEP HIS USELESS COMMENTS TO HIS SELF.
Nobody likes having to shell out money to have their vehicle worked on but these guys are straight forward (honest) and do good work which makes it a little bit easier. Ive never had to go back for the same issue. Its always fixed right the first time. I recommend these guys to everyone.
I honestly cant recommend you go here unless you deal with the manager, Jay Saldivar, and only Jay. If you think the bald guy, Zane, is rude, understand that he absolutely is. And hes also the owner. So then you say to yourself, Im not giving THAT guy a dime of my money!. Then you pause and remember that the very rude owner, who is absolutely void of customer service skills, employs hard working people who just want to earn a living and take care of the customer. Its a conundrum. THAT SAID, if Jay leaves or I ever find out Zane is a horrible boss, Im done with that place.
This place don’t want to help Black people. They have special prices for black people. I showed up there for a simple headlight replacement with my own part.He told me to replace it with my own part it would cost me over $1,000 when down the street only cost $20 dollars.
I could not ask for better service.Fast and efficient. Jay Saldivar went out of his way to help me repair a tire and do the state inspection . He also did what was necessary to prevent virus transmission. I highly recommend Atascocita Tire & Auto.
My husband and I have frequented the shop and used their services on many occasions. We have always been treated fairly by the Manager Zain and he is courteous and helpful. We have no complaints and will continue doing business with this location.
Do not come here. The front desk had an attitude and was disrespectful to me when we had questions about the price. When I came in he charged me 50 for the service total when we came back he saw us paying with car and told us the total would be 60 since it’s card and he assumed it would be cash the. When I told him something he gave me attitude and wrote the ticket for 60 when we where talking then said well I already made the ticket I can’t delete it I would NOT RECOMMEND this place it’s over priced and bad costumer service
The Bald turtle looking dude has a very condescending demeanor, I brought my car in for brake issues, and I named the cluster brake light coming on and ABS light on, he had the attitude of someone who does not have a higher education or customer service skills. Stated he didn’t want my business because I pointed out his customer service skills and flat out told me he didn’t want my business. They need corporate intervention and customer appreciation as mandatory classes if there was a star lower than what I gave, Firestone in humble, Tx would receive 5 negative on my encounter alone, save your money and go to a respectable outfit
Had a tire that was flat and would not take air, just blowing air when trying to get the hose on to the fitting on the stem. Limped the car here and asked them to take a look. I was ready for the up sale on new tires or something like that, but not only did I not get that, they filled the tire and even checked the others and filled them all to the same pressure. Sent me on my way for free. I cant speak to their repair work since this is all Ive had done here but seems to be an honest business and definitely helped me out.
Zain and his employees are usually quick and efficient with diagnosing car issues to executing repairs. If an issue is out of their wheelhouse per se, they will be upfront and tell you. Ive used them for decades now for small repairs, state inspections, and 2nd opinions on any issues Ive had with my vehicles. Are they the best, well that is relative and subjective...but they do bring consistent value (dependable work for affordable prices) . Thanks for the good work!

Zane and Jay care about us as customers and always make sure to suggest what we need, but nothing that we dont. The work is always fast and efficient. As far as Im concerned the prices are good. Ive never compared any because I wont go anywhere else. You can trust your vehicle maintenance and repair to this crew!
Jay, the manager did an excellent job of evaluating our vehicle. The price was 65% that of Cliffords and there was no wait. He let another cluster bring his own parts in and he changed them.
Our oil pressure light came on as we were leaving for a trip out of town. We called off the trip until we could have the van checked out. We were waiting for the doors to open and were the first customer. They got us taken care of quickly and we were back on the road within the hour.We appreciate the urgency they showed us. Great service always!
These people dont know what their doing they cut my temperature sensor and I was driving around like that to I checked the vehicle myself. Had all the seals changed that was very expensive and there still leaking. My truck will not start now it seems the starter was damaged by what looks like to be a screwdriver. Sucks because I really trusted this guy .
I am just leaving this place. The man up front with the bald head and pink shirt on, was very unpleasant. He talk to the gentleman who was there before me and laughed. He came back in and told him he had a nail in his tire and they were fixing it. Then he told the man it was “free of charge” I told him my problem with the air pressure light. His customer service was cold and dry as if I was bothering him. He came back and said I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it. Then he came back in and charged me $21.75. I politely asked him why was it so expensive. And he rolled his eyes at me and went down the list of things they had to do to fix my tire. So one man same problem $0Same problem female $21.75. Never will I ever come here again. Not saying it’s a male/female thing it’s just treat everyone the same and he should have told me that it would be over $20 to fix before they fixed it. It only cost $7 at the tire shop by my house but I’m not on that side of town. Bad customer service.

I held onto a coupon for a free oil change for a couple of months. When I used it, I was told 3 hours for an oil change. 6 hours later, I get a call to pick up my vehicle. Now I coincidentally have an oil leak. I took it back for them to fix and clean. They told me that it was from a sensor and $110 to fix. Is there such a thing as a free oil change? I doubt it. I dont have proof, but I dont trust this place and their deceitful ways. All mechanics in this area charge way too much out here because of the families that live out here with their success. I will continue to go in town to get my work done which is just as good (and warrantied) but only a fraction of the cost here.
Never again will i go to this one. I will always use the Champion location.. This one was so rude.. The manager needs a new job if he is this unhappy...

The experience I recieved was 1 star. I did not have a problem with any person, just their service. I bought 2 new front tires and they only gave me one correct size. The other they slipped on was smaller than what I paid for. They also put one of my rear tire (which is bigger) up front. The new incorrect/smaller size tire they put on the rear...FRONT: O oBACK: o OThey did fix the issue once I brought it back in but felt it was no excuse for these big slip up. Having these kind of slip up is a safety hazard

Great service. They installed the wrong tires but when i let them know what happened, they swapped them for the right ones with no hassle.
So listen, none of these guys are going to win any personality contests, and sure an argument can be made for how you talk to people, but....blah, blah, cry, cry.... people whine too much about stuff that doesnt really matter.What matters at a restaurant? Good food.What matters here? Do they fix my car?Yes. Every time....and Ive been working with these guys for nearly 8 years. I go in for regular maintenance as well as big-deal things. Its always the same. The work gets done right.There are some reviews here that complain about leaving your car for an oil change. If this were a quickie lube that may be a valid complaint, but thats a little bit like complaining that Salt-Grass doesnt have a drive thru.... Just my opinion.

Walked in they opened right on time a lady went in before me she was mad because they couldnt do her inspection until 8am although she claimed they could she stormed out they were trying to keep their cool they were respectful to her she was clearly out of line...so I asked them to do my tires I needed two new ones Zain was still obviously upset about the lady. He asked his guy to move my car back there and get it taken care of now!! I have to say I never deal with people who talk in this manner to me nor others also nor do I give them a chance with my business. However I could tell Zain was rebounding on that lady he also knew I had an appointment at work so my problem became his too and moved fast on changing my tires. This by the way is how they used to do old school customer service my dad is that way. The work is a million percent the mission not so much customer service...That my friends you cant put a price tag on I could have been friendlier too and put less pressure on it. ...In life you have to ask yourself sometimes do I wait for the long lines at discount and the after 8 am appointment which will make you really late for work ? Or deal with someone having a bad day like Z and get the work done quickly.Although I knew he was aggressive with his worker back there he was on a mission to complete the task and I was onboard and could not be happier he felt my pain. I think I would have it that way any day I was not at all impressed with their interaction with me actually it was poor and rude as I sat and waited ...lol but I get it they see people at their worse times needing tires etc...results were grade A+ I got to work on time and the prices were affordable. In closing I have to say you can deal with nice people that take their time or deal with a little aggressiveness and get 100 percent great results with your car needs. The work they did was very fast and great!!Hope your days get better Z I am also in customer service so I get it. I would recommend it if you can handle the grind of it all. Not the friendliest of places but the work I cant emphasize enough is superior than most places. Great results for sure! My tire issue is no more and I am glad so I am no longer driving on bald tires long distances. I would probably return back for more work if I am having a great morning but not a bad one me and Z wouldnt work out if we both had bad mornings . I would recommend it if you need the work to be done in a fast, quick trustworthy manner. Zain also suggested I get much needed work on my car alignment and that feel free to bring back the car if I get a flat etc...that is under warranty. So overall started rocky and ended up a good experience.

Ive been here for oil changes and the first time got a leak afterwards. Taking the car back and explaining, the owner took responsibility and replaced the plug. No more leak!Next time I went in to have a light socket replaced, I got to see the No-Help-For-You! Like the guys listed in the other anti customer service comments.Can I get an estimate for the labor? Answer was a simple No. And went back to his PC.Hope hes just having a bad day.

Ive never seen such carelessness and complete lack of care for the customer. The incredibly rude owner special ordered the wrong tire, and the next day when I came back to get it on; he attempted to blame ME even though he walked outside and wrote down the model # himself. Then after putting on a different tire (of the wrong size) I had to come back the next day (3 days total) to get the right tire on. The owner never apologized for his mistake (even though I asked him to), nor did he admit that I was inconvenienced in anyway. Finally after he refused to make any sort of compensation for all of their mistakes: Im left with a more expensive tire then all other retailers, and a bad experience. STAY AWAY!

Was sold on run flat tires after being told that they do not FIX flats but REPLACE run flat tires if under warranty. Less than a year later, took my under warranty flat to be REPLACED as promised but was told that it could only be fixed. If you have to do business with these people, please video tape their sales pitch.UPDATE:Regarding my run flat tire situation, we already discussed it over the phone after you told my wife you wouldnt swap out the tire. You told me that the salesman who misinformed me probably isnt working for you anymore. What else is there to discuss? How is fixing a tire better than replacing a tire? Like I stated earlier, I was told one thing during the sales pitch and another when I tried to claim what was told to me.
Giving one star is too much. I went in and a employee named Zain Baquer was rude strait from the start. I was mad because I asked for an emissions test and was given a full inspection. He called the police on me! I will NEVER do business there again.
Paid to replace shocks and struts, they left the bolts loose on front shocks. Went to pick it up saturday evening, and it was banging out in front. Manager made tech come in on sunday to fix it. Dont reccommend.

New to the area ..received the coupon in the mail, attempted to use it ... Day 1 .. 11am 2-3 hr wait ... Day 2 7am and its a 2 hour wait .. first thing he asks is if your leaving the car .. ummm no? Its just an oil change .. dont bother using the coupon unless you have someone to drop off your car and drive you home.
