I came to this beauty supply looking for a hair brush, and fell in love with this store. It is so organized and neat. I was able to find what I was looking for very quickly, and ended up picking up some other stuff. I also noticed they have some very nice affordable hair.

I’ve just moved to the humble area and I didn’t have a stylist so I was in the store for a new wig. The staff at Deerbrook Beauty Supply were so helpful and friendly. I worked with one of the best associates! She help me find the perfect wig and gave me some good recommendations for protecting my natural hair! I’ve gotten so many compliments since I’ve been wearing it! I was extremely pleased with my experience.

The young African American Lady that gave me costumer service was VERY PROFESSIONAL she guided me to everything I ask for you dont get that often some employees will tell you Oh its on Aile 15 etc but she walk me straight to what I needed at the end she was putting scanners to scan when you go to check out I saw a basket that a item was in digging in it she was very polite and funny and said Mam what are you doing in my basket I look never seen the sign saying items in basket is not for sale. We both laugh but thats the basket she was removing to put the bar codes on. I Love her personalityJob Well Done Young Lady. This was 9-10-20 around 4 or 5 pm.i rate this beauty supply at a 10

This place is a gold mine. Period!The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and not overbearing.Shopping was easy and there was plenty room to shop and safely distance yourself from other shoppers.Prices are great! And a wide selection of quality products. They even have a membership card which is worth it if your the type to spend more than $50 at the hair store like me.Thank yall for being thereso I may care for my hair. 👍🏿🙏😉

I found everything I wanted to buy today. Very nicely organized. Friendly attentive staff. Prices ranged between a little high and very low so it balanced out, for me anyway. Id definitely shop here again.

Had a great experience at this beauty supply a few weeks ago. As I walked up to the door, one of the employees opened the door for me! Wasnt expecting that! When she saw over by the wigs, she came over to me and asked me if I needed help. She helped me with trying one of the wigs on from off the foam head and even though it wasnt exactly what I went in there for as far as the brand, she helped me find an alternative that ended up being real cute.

Service was great. The lady that helped me was professional and the hair she recommended was quality and the braids looks great.

So I am a first timer buying lashes I go buy 5D lashes and glue(but the glue I grabbed it’s very strong) and is right by register so I didn’t know any better I asked her if I didn’t grabbed the correct stuff because my sister wasn’t answering to let me know which was the one to best use, if I could exchange owner said ok if it’s not open I return hour later she saying I opened the “GLUE”it’s so funny that I couldn’t exchange it smh because she swore I open, not at all ma’am I been running errands and the bag even still had a knot like I took it...so what I did Buy the right one there than and left her with the old new bottle to be RESOLD😂lord I need patience with people like her. Just be AWARE NO EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE

Clean, organized, and recent fashionable clothes. I also found some neat electronic toys and kids bedroom decorations for fair pricing.

I was looking for natural hair bangs and they had good variety of colors and styles... and they treated me good!

5-6 employees there...in the store for about 30mins...listening to every last employee chat and laugh and giggle; not one try to help or assist me. I proceeded to inform the manager how long Ive been waiting. Not only did she have an attitude but all of the employees attitude were disgusting!Ive been to many businesses such as this and have I ever been treated like I was trash!I wasnt the only one who had a problem with their service, Im the only one who decided to speak up.Fact: This store doesnt deserve one star. 🤢

I’ve had absolutely NO complaints with this location so far. they have a wide variety/selection of products. but for whatever reason, they’ve hired teenage girls who joke & play around all day. I got to the location at 6:54p when they were scheduled to close at 7p. i know it’s a stretch but I only needed to purchase one item & i know where the item is in the store so i planned on being in & out. the door was locked, ‘open’ sign off. i still had 6 mins. i called & a girl answered confirming that they don’t close until 7p. i let her know that i was outside & needed one item, as it wasn’t 7p yet. she said “well we’re closing the door, about to turn the lights off” & hung up. i wouldn’t have complained about them being closed EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT THE TIME THAT THEY ADVERTISED. but the girl hung up in my face. so i’ll be making a trip back to inform the manager bc i do not want such rude behavior happening to anyone else!! won’t shop here again sadly, & neither will my friends & family.
