Not thrilled about the place. They do have a nice selection and it’s very well organized. I don’t like how the Asian woman follows your around. It’s not even discreet either! It’s one thing to ask if I need help, but after me saying no once-leave me tf alone. I felt extremely uncomfortable to the point where I just bought what I had and left. I will not be spending my money there anymore.

Poor customer service. Unwarranted refund policy. On recent purchase, store item scanned wrong price, did not reflect labeled/advertise store price. Transaction scanning the wrong price, was blamed by me the CUSTOMER. Which I had no Control over. Checked receipt, and was Only issued a Store Credit receipt. Very unjust customer service, and hidden scam. I am being made to receive a Store Credit, because their register, or cashier improperly serviced me. Thank goodness it was a small amount.Buyer beware. As I brought to attention, what if customer, didn’t plan to return, or didn’t reside locally in area? This particular beauty supply store doesn’t care about its reputation or clientele. They make you take a store credit, when they “mistakenly” overcharge you. Not allowing you to receive money you overpaid them.

There will sale items in that place and if its not the right thing you cannot return it and they dont have a return policy I spent almost $100 in that store and picked up the wrong shampoo when I try to return it thats when he start telling me about his policy there was no signs posted anywhere. There are many African Americans that go in there and support this man by making purchases and he has the nerve to tell me I cannot return some curly shampoo and my hair is not curly . I can go on about this but I tell you one thing I have not set foot back in that store again and when I tell my story to different people they tell me the same thing how rude they are.

Decent place to shop at. They do not sell the best of the best wigs though compared to other beauty supply stores around the humble / Houston area. As far as working here, I wouldnt recommend just because of how unprofessional and very rude the store manager is towards her employees . So overall decent place to shop.

Cheap! They have braiding hair for $1.49 sometimes a $1.00. They sell contacts, razors, clippers, all types of hair and wigs, caps and more.

Wide range of hair, hair products and the store is kept neat and in stocked. Prices are compatible and friendly customer service.

Havent been to any store in awhile where the worker actually takes the time to help me choose the correct product. Not close to my home but if ever in the area and know I need something from beauty supply I still stop in

I purchased a Half Wig and was given the wrong color by the sales clerk. I contacted KMC the following day and was told they could do nothing for me due to their no return policy. The half wig was still in the original package, all tags attached and I had the receipt. I was not wanting to return it I only wanted to exchange it for what I wanted in the first place. I am very disappointed that KMC would not work with me especially since it was not my fault that I was given the incorrect product. Word to the wise be sure to verify that you have the correct item before you leave their store!

Its ok if you want unique you have to travel to other parts of town!

The wig i also was long the wig in box when got home was short.The employees are very nice and friendly.They have worst customer service right when i got home i was asked to speak with the owner and they said call next day when i called the owner dident wanna come on the phone and he is very rude to his employees.

The owner and staff have very little customer appreciation skills. Their hair care lines are scant at best. There is limited help in the wig department not like many other beauty supply stores which have dedicated staff for the wig department. AND which I find particularly irritating, where other stores charge $0.50 or nothing for wig caps theirs was $1.00. I am big on customer services and the fact that they over charge even if it is on fifty cents was enough to keep me from shopping there. I noticed that now the owner parks is vertically taking up prime customer parking.ANT TO TOP IT ALL OFF ---- Their client base is roughly 85% - 95% African American. Their staff is 0.005 percent African American. If they want my business their staff make-up will have to more closely match their client base.

This store is very clean and neat! However i will not be returning.The chinese lady is very rude,she followed me throughout the store i asked her for help and she didnt even know anything let alone NO ENGLISH! I go to pay for my items and there again is the lady at the register.How do you have a worker on the sales floor/register who cannot assist a customer? NEVER AGAIN!

Bought some braid hair. They have a large selection, and the price of the hair was reasonable.

Was in 3/11, the workers was standing around talking to eachother. Never offered help, then when I asked for help, it was like I was interrupting. I specifically asked what the price was because there were 2 different prices. Price was stated. I did a lil more shopping, I proceeded to the counter with my items. No hello, did you find everything ok, she just proceeded to ring. She charged me a higher price for a item. When I brought it to her attention she got agitated. The young lady that help me get the item told the price was wrong. But that wasnt good enough, her attitude, body language was HORRIBLE! Needless to say I decided not to buy anything out of there. And to top it off it was my birthday.

Customer service is good, especially Tina, she is the nicest worker there.

Started working there and the manager was very rude and disrespectful to all the employees. Would never work or shop there ever again. Would give zero stars if I could. I helped every customer that came into the store and knew where everything was on my first day. I was fired the next day for asking a question about why we couldnt leave on our lunch break and they were mad because I said I dont eat Chinese food after being told to oder from next.

Horrible customer service. I previously visited this location showed the worker the hairstyle I wanted she showed me the hair I needed and how much I needed. When I went to get my hair done it was the wrong type of hair they returned the hair had me to sign receipts & gave me a store credit. I go back to use the store credit but didn’t have a receipt and they tell me no receipt no store credit they don’t keep the original receipts you sign but the owner doesn’t care either. Will not be doing business here anymore.
