We went on Wednesday afternoon the store was empty but the employee that was there was super helpful and nice! She helped us match our foundation and recommend a nice concealer to go with it. I believe her name was Katie! Will definitely be coming back :)

Came here with my wife on her birthday, she got a free gift. Products are pretty expensive in Sephora but the user is pleased with them and she looks beautiful.

The ladies that work there was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed shopping that day.😃😃😃

My wife was able to find a pair of shoes it is slim Pickens as you can guess holiday and people returning stuff so... Theyre doing their best to keep it stopped so you just have to go there and check it out.

The service manager was fantastic which is why I am rating high, but the store was nearly empty. I normally purchase sephora name brand eyeliners....none of the colors I wear were available. I looked through out the store and unfortunately it was the same for most brands.

I asked for a sample when i was to pay for my fragance, she said they didnt have none and i saw like a thousands of them... when i say that to the lady she got mad so i told her i didn want the fragance... i went to macys to get my fragance there and i got a bunch of samples not just 1

Great service, staff was very friendly and eager to assist my family member with matching for a new foundation! As with most Sephora’s, there is a large variety of products (cosmetics). Overall it was a great experience and I will be back!

Never answer their phones, I even called jewellery department and they could see the manager was by the phone. The employees are not welcoming or very nice. Deerbrook has seem to have gone downhill and is taking their customer service down with them.

Had what I was looking for but had very low stock which is sad when wanting to get out and browse makeup.

I had a great customer service experience here. I asked for help finding the right shade of foundation and the girls checked my skin tone with a machine and then put the makeup on me to see how I liked it. They took their time to help me. I think they are just understaffed and yes they didn’t have my exact shade in stock unfortunately. It really looks like they need more stock.

Speaking from experience of at least 6-8 visits, the customer service here is not worth visiting. There was only one girl once who was helpful at all, and --- one guy who was wonderful. He worked there at least in June 2019-September 2019? I dont want to use his name for privacy, but the last time I saw him he had blonde hair. If he ever reads this -- Im the girl who was super needy; I got the Kat von D lipstick in Outlaw, got the Cover FX (which I tried & hated, pretty sure you didnt suggest that?), came back and got the Outlaw lipliner & white eyeliner for my water line. I miss you!!!Ive been to Ulta & Sephora plenty of times and this location has the majority not employees that really dont seem to care or want to take the time to talk about what you need or want. Ill be looking for a new location to visit from now on.

When Jeffree star was in Houston and did the one star review on a tattoo parlour and it ended badly then he said lets do a Sephora one star location, I automatically thought of this location. Every time I even thought about going here I was automatically turned off by the staff and how dirty the store was.

Sales lady was very obnoxious and rude. I ended up leaving after spending an hour there trying to find the right makeup for my sisters wedding. I probably have better luck at CVS.

Ive been here on a few separate occasions and each time I go in hoping that Ill have a better experience than the last. Nope. Same old poor customer service. Never acknowledged or greeted. I thought that maybe it was just me, but apparently not. Its really too bad because I used to work at a Sephora so Id love to give them my business, but they havent earned it.

Every time I visit this location its a BAD experience. All of the ladies there dont seem to want to help any customers, I have waited upto 25 min to get someone to help me find a foundation that best fits my skin tone. I gave the young lady my number to add my rewards, she didnt do that either. I asked to redeem my points but they never have any products in stock. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT SEPHORA HAS EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS AT THIS LOCATION. I RATHER GO TO ULTA ACROSS THE FREEWAY. Ive been a customer for years but I just dont have the time to drive to another location.

Was looking for a less oily moisturizer and the staff was knowledgeable and patient.

If I could give a negative review I would I went there for the second time ever to treat myself to some good foundation. I bought a Sephora brand foundation, I had to match my own skin type because the employees are very rude they ask if you need help but when I said yes she seemed very bothered so I did it myself. The makeup unfortunately wasnt for my skin it made it very oily so when I went to return it the manager FLORA banged the bottle so hard on the counter I had never seen something like that before she denied my return even though it was only used once she didnt offer and exchange or anything she was very rude very dry and if customer service is suppose to be here thing she should defiantly reconsider. When I called to speak with the store manager she was conveniently out so I spoke with some other lady that gave me the same treatment as the other employees I will never be returning to a Sephora ill just go to Ulta from now on and I fully see why most make up artist dont promote this place!!!

This place was absolute TRASH. Took me 20 minutes to get someone to help me and the entire time the girl was super rude and acted like we were bothering her. Not to mention that most of the employees were having around having conversations with each other rather than helping you. Id much rather take my business to the Ulta down the road where you get superb customer service! Never ever will I go to this Sephora again nor would I even recommend it to my worse enemy!

If you hate working for customer care then dont take a job like this. These women are so nasty and rude, it baffles me. If I approach you and ask politely for assistance, dont you dare roll your nasty eyes and say I guess so. I hope to god they renovate their workers soon.

The 2 times I been there, I feel like they just want you to get the product and go. There is only one girl name cynthia that knows alot about the products and has good customer service. Other then that nop. Theyre not willing to help you if you have quiestion about a product and if you want to return something that didnt work for you they get mad . Thats what happend to me with the manager shes rude its a blond girl that works in The morning...

No one available on the sales floor to help. Finally found the item I was looking for and it was open. When I asked for an unopened product, I was just told they didnt have it. No other solution was offered such as ordering online or when it would be in stock in the store.

The staff is super rude. Dont let them color match you will walk out with a orange 5 shades darker foundation.

Store was so messy and disgusting, I knew exactly what I wanted but didn’t buy anything just for this reason. Staff were also really unhelpful

Worst customer service. The girls here where doing eachothers makeup instead of helping customers. & there is this gay dude that was not helpful at all. He seemed confused about the product i was looking for.
