“General Manager” is rude and lacks customer service! I was treated unfairly because I arrived at 6:30 because the website said they closed at 7. The lights where turned off and I was told I have 5 mins. Then I was over talked when I complained and told fur to Covid I should arrive earlier. I’m so confused at what Covid as to do with YOUR PAGE SAYING U CLOSE AT 7! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

They have a huge selection of products from edge control to lashes. This is my new go to beauty supply!

This place is not the same well the owner is not hes whishy washy some times hes sweet as pie then sometimes he has an attitude. This is not the first time I understand you have bad days cause I have em but when money is spent in your business learn to with hold your feeling. Especially if the person your speaking to is not the one causing the problem. His wife excellent customer service. The workers are cool people too very helpful.

Spent the last weekend calling & visiting damn near every store in Houston looking for the Outre Perfect Hairline Julianna. Not only did they have it, but she also had it prepared & ready to go so my cousin could pick it up for me. Excellent customer service, they’re going to be my first check from now on.

This store is a joke, they are rude, and also will not allow you to touch their wigs, they say you have to buy... uhm before I purchase I will touch the hair weirdo!

Customer service is very rude and disrespectful. I purchased a few packs of crochet hair, and realized i needed to exchange for different length. (Not different style or different item.. different length!) I purchased at 8pm and came back the very next day (11am), to exchange. I showed my receipt on my phone with full transaction and date...but lady or man would not accept it. They wanted the paper receipt. So i went all the way back home and got the paper receipt and the lady inspected the hair for a good 5-7 minutes, accusing me of opening the hair! The package closure stickers were still on there!! And this is all for an EXCHANGE!!!! Yea i felt really disrespected and offended by the management. I will not be returning.

Yesterday, I purchased a hair dryer from this beauty supply store. Today, I was getting ready to blow dry my hair. I plugged the hair dryer in the outlet and it didn’t turn on, instead it began to smoke. I immediately drive to the beauty supply store to take it back for an exchange. I explained to the man that sold it it me yesterday that the hair dryer did not work and asked for him to exchange. Better yet I was willing to get a more expensive one and pay the difference. He told me he would not take it back or exchange it and that all sales were final. He went on to tell me to contact the manufacturer. This believe this is wrong and poor customer service. I’ve been a customer for about a year now and spent a lot of many at this beauty supply. It’s a shame that they won’t even exchange a product that was sold by them. I’m very disappointed in their practice. They will NEVER get my business again. Please beware of buying any type of merchandise like hair dryers, flat irons, etc. if it doesn’t work they will not refund or exchange it. You will just lose your money on a product that doesn’t work.

If you own or work at a Beauty supply, you should be knowledgeable about the products that you are selling. I asked whom I assumed was the owner by his arrogance a question about a product. He said “I don’t know “ and continued to look down. He didn’t even try to figure out what I was asking or look up to engage in the question I was asking. Will never go back here.

A manager there did not allow the employee to assist me, instead had her doing other chores. Customers dont come first at this store.

Purchase 4 bags of braiding hair yesterday .My receipt even say 4.. when I got to the braiding shop... I didn’t think anything about it... so I decided to pull all the hair out of the bag... I only have 3. It’s 730am Sunday and they are not open.. thank god the braider was able to go get me another bag near her home. And guess what it was two dollars cheaper. But I’m still out of 5.99. What happen to my other bag of hair? I need my 5.99 back!😡

They sale subpar merchandise and then refuse to accept returns.I purchased a winter hat for my two year old son one night and noticed a hole in it when we got home. The next, literally 12 hours later, I went to exchange it and the owner hardly looked up from his phoned uttering, “Final sale. Those items are final sale.” Mind you the hat was still bagged with the sales tag on it and the receipt in tack.I feel as if so many beauty supply stores setup shop catering to Afrocentrism then treat their clientele with a lack of respect knowing very well the merchandise offered is sometimes defective. It’s plain wrong to refuse service for something as simple as exchanging a defective item. As such, my family will never patronize this establishment again. Incidents such as these played a major factor in my decision to wear only my natural tresses.

Horrible experience! Wigs all looked horrible! I bought a wig that I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT LIKE from here and tried to return it.. Upopened and never even tried on WITH my receipt A DAY LATER and the manager didn’t even care to look at it ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won’t even waste my time ever coming here again ! My best advice to anyone thinking about coming here is to shop at another beauty supply for a wayyyy better experience!
