When and Roxanne were some of the rudest pharmacist technicians Ive ever spoke with in my 37 years.. the lady literally snapped at me over the most minor question about my prescription. I was simply asking about the price and how my good my insurance would affect the price . Miss this place yes maam I just want to comment on your pharmacist back.

I ordered items online for pickup and paid online. I walked in, the lady at the counter was there and I said Im here to pick up an online order. She ignored me at first. She tells me the items I ordered are out of stock because they did not pull those items for me, they sold them right underneath me. They had one of the items left so I grabbed it and the lady says I have to pay again for the item even though I already paid online!! So I put the item back and walked out. Very rude. It shows on my bank account that the money was taken from online. But my account shows no previous orders??? Legit fraud.

They didn’t really help me much when I had issues with my insurance. They need better customer service and also being professional when speaking on the phone.

I attempted to buy 4 bottles of Raw Sugar hand wash which was on sale for $3.99. It rang up at the regular price of $4.99 each. The cashier at the photo register went back and checked the price and told me that they were not on sale. I told her they were. She told me they were Not. I took a picture after I told her that I didn’t want any of them. I’ll be glad To send you a copy of the photo from my phone. Would you rather lose a customer and a sale or go take another look????

Took my son to the Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care on 59 North at around 8pm on a Monday and before I got there I was looking for a pharmacy that was opened so that way they could send his prescription right to them. Well i got out at 9:15pm from the doctor and went straight to this Walgreens and right when I got there the lady said they close at 9!! Then why in Gods name does it say here they close at 10pm! I was relying on them because my son was diagnosed with the flu and it was urgent for me. My poor little guy was doing great through out the day but right before bed i noticed he had a really high fever and i knew it was going to be a long night for both of us. Also, the walgreens looks really disgusting the doors look durty and that time it was really hot I dont even think their a/c works. In addition I ended up getting my prescription from sams the next morning and the pharmacist was super, super helpful and sweet i was there before opening hours and as soon as she opened the doors to the pharmacy she immediately serviced me without hesitation! She even managed to get my sons prescription transfered from this Walgreens to them. And she even added coupons to my sons prescription which drastically brought the price down to about 75% off! I currently dont have health insurance so paying for it would’ve been big dent to my pocket but im glad it didn’t happened thanks to this useless Walgreens!! It was a pleasure NOT doing business with them.

Amanda in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my 67 yr old dad when his prescription was too expensive she contacted the doctors office two days straight to get the problem resolved.Way to go! Keep it up Amanda and the team.

My concern is with Amanda the pharmacist . I had a recent experience with her that convinced me of her willingness to make misguided and flippant decisions that can be a detriment to the wellbeing of individuals who use this pharmacy. As a result I am no longer a patron of this store which is sad because I really like the employees in the other area of the store.I was in a car accident four years ago and have had over 20 surgeries to correct my crushed ankle so that I may walk again without severe pain.A week ago, as a last resort I finally had a complete ankle fusion.The results of its success are pending.Due to my ankle pain I am on several medications of which I have used the Walgreens pharmacy in Humble.Recently I came up short with my Lyrica, a medication i take for the severe nerve pain I experience. I explained to Amanda that I believed I had accidentally discarded them with some other meds when I was cleaning. It was the only plausible reason I could come up with as to why a weeks worth of these pills were missing. Aside from the excruciating pain I would experience without this medicine Amanda flippantly also said I could potentially experience seizures and would have to go to the ER if this occurred due to withdrawal of not having this medication. Even though this happened on a weekend she said the only way she would allow the med to be filled would be if the physician gave a whole new order for it.When I explained the situation to the on call physician, he was glad to help me out.But when he called it in, Amanda took it upon herself to dissuade his filling it.She misrepresented me to him in such a way to imply that I should not be short of the medication and inferred that I had probably been taking over the recommended dosage.When I spoke with her regarding this, she denied her inferences to him and said it was all his decision.I did get my prescription filled early with my regular doctor and with a different pharmacy but it was not until I had endured severe nerve pain and very uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms that weekend courtesy of Amanda, the so called pharmacist at Walgreens in Humble.I did speak with the managers twice regarding this situation and I asked for an apology from Amanda for not only causing me harm but for misrepresenting me to a physician which I take very seriously.I never heard back from anyone.Shame on you, Amanda. Shame on you!

The pharmacist had an attitude she might of been struggling with someone but thats wasnt our fault. I left and assure you all I wont be going back. The store itself looks beatdown not really handicap friendly. Had to hold the door for my grandfather to go in.

Very Unprofessional Floor Supervisor and Employees... Last night I was shopping i was not greeted when i came in to the store NO SMILE AT ALL from Cashier..... Even when I asked for help they basicilly ignored me and just looked at me..... When I wrote a check like millions of times at Walgreens after my check went through the Cashier said wait here Im going to ask the Manager to come look at the the check because it had Dr. they wanted to see ALL TYPES of forms of ID and everything and also what do I do do I have any type of paperwork to show that and then the manager said Im going to let you go this time and if you committing fraud youre on Camera and as i was putting my groceries in the car they were watching me and everything...... Also didnt evem bother open the door for me This is the WORST Walgreens i ever been too I felt Harrased Discriminated Hareased Threatned Umsafe and UnComfertable.... Leave your personal Issues at home and take care of your customers

We were travelling internationally and needed an ice pack for our babys food. We couldnt find the one which fits our bag. Just before driving off, Lady who worked there walked the whole parking lot to give us one. I am not sure if she was manager or assisstant manager she didnt have to do it. She saved us a lot of time. Exceptional service!!! Thank you.
