The young man who works in the afternoons is incredible!!! He made sure he ordered the right key fob for my Buick Verano. It was very difficult to program, but he did it!!!!!! I needed to replace a light bulb for an old school overhead projector. Lowes didnt have it, so I drove the 10 mins to Batteries+bulbs. My husband suggested it because thats the only place where he has found the bulb for our oven. They didnt have it on hand, but the man did everything he could to find it. Not only did he find it, but its being delivered to my home, promised in 2 days, and they paid the shipping. I couldve bought it on Amazon and saved a few bucks, but this is a local business, and he tried so hard to help me. They were all very helpful.

I don’t want to be THAT person but I think my feedback will help some people. I cracked my iPhone 11 and took it to this phone repair because Apple has a 2 week wait and I didn’t have 2 weeks. Well, after my first fix I realized my Face ID wasn’t working, so I took it back the next day and they gladly replaced the screen. After the second repair my Face ID still didn’t work and the screen was a little glitchy. I took it back and they told be I could either try a third screen repair but not get a refund if my Face ID still doesn’t work because they “will lose profit”, or they could give me a refund and put my original screen back on so I could take it to Apple. At this moment I was already frustrated because it was sort of a waste of time, so I got my refund and the original screen on my phone. I was told that the screen shouldn’t affect the Face ID by the employees at batteries + bulbs but when I took it to BestBuy (which they didn’t help because a third party messed with my phone) they told me that screens do affect performance like Face ID and other things. Anyways, since BestBuy wouldn’t touch it, I took it to The FIX in Willowbrook mall the next day and they fixed my phone in 15min and everything worked perfectly even my Face ID! They charged me half the price Batteries + Bulbs did. Overall, didn’t have a good experience here, but I give it 2 stars because the guy who did my screen repair the 2nd time was nice!

Took my truck over to have 2 key fobs programmed.. During programming I saw the cable come out of the techs laptop and an error popup on the screen.. Driving home check engine light comes on and all kinds off errors start flashing on the screen.. Service shifter, breaks, traction control.. I get home and call back to batteries plus and the same tech initially tells me oh well theres nothing he can do about it tries to blame the key fobs truck battery all kinds of random stuff wont give me any information to talk to anybody above him.. I called the corporate number and complained was told that its a franchise that they could do nothing. Seems like they called the location the tech calls me back starts asking me all kinds of questions essentially still blaming nonsense. tells me I should clear the codes out and try it again that sometimes that can happen. Then tells me if it continues to bring it back to the store and theyll reprogram the key fobs like that is the cause. Halfway to the store after the codes coming back all the displays on my truck go black power steering power brakes go out windshield wipers come on and stay on. Luckily I made it home call back and I still have yet to talk to anybody of authority now I am stuck over the holiday with a non-working truck.. still have yet to talk to anybody other than the guy from the counter getting very ridiculous that I cant even discuss this with a manager owner or anything above the counter guy. I highly recommend not ever letting this company touch your vehicle..

My iPhone 5 wasn’t charging. I did some research and had already self-diagnosed the problem before I got to Batteries Plus Bulbs…I was prepared to pay the $80 for a new charging port. When I arrived, I told the Technician I probably needed a new charging port. He looked at my phone and suggested that he try to clean the port first. He used a special set of tweezers to clean the port. He took out a bunch of lint and then tried charging the phone…It charged! He didn’t stop there…He said he could feel the left side of the port was still dirty. He went back and got even more lint out. Now the charger fits nice and snug in the port and my phone charges as well as it did the day I bought it. Best part…They didn’t charge me anything because they didn’t have to replace any parts. They could have easily replaced the port and charged me but they didn’t. If you are looking for honest people who have good customer service skills and do a good job, Batteries Plus Bulbs on FM 1960 is the place to go!

Quick and painless. I was replacing a battery for my alarm system. They knew exactly what I needed and pulled it off the shelf in less than a minute. Only hangup was their system for running credit cards was down, but they let me pay with cash despite coronavirus.

The store I buy from is always very helpful. They always have the batteries I need for my business which is to install battery operated window treatments. And for a BIG job I have coming up in a few weeks they will pre-order several boxes of batteries so they will be in stock when I am ready to go.

Service Rep was very friendly, and they were able to get me in at the last minute and out the door still within an hour for a screen replacement on a Galaxy S8+ The prices is comparable to everyone else in the area but they have a better warranty and better store hours which is why i went with them :) The screen replacement looks amazing its nice to not have a burnt in screen anymore and no more cutting my fingers on glass LOL after It took its final blow on New Years Eve. :) Thanks again!

I wanted a battery for an ATV. Stopped by 1 batteries plus and found out I would have to wait an hour for battery to charge. Called another batteries Plus and well they didn’t have the acid for battery. Finally before getting to my side of town called this store and ordered battery, the had the acid and battery was charged when I arrived. They were very helpful on the phone and service was great.

My tablet hasnt been working in over 3 years and T-Mobile recommended I take it to Batteries Plus and my tablet working like new. The young lady who fixed my tablet is the best at what she do and I thank her 1000 times.

My local store in Kingwood/Humble did not have the battery in stock but they called me immediately to inform me. They ordered my battery and gave me a date when to expect the battery in store. True to their word, they called immediately to tell me it was available. Went to pick up the battery and all went well. Cant say enough about how neat and clean the store was. I could of paid the same amount at ubreakifix and would of hard original parts.Never again will I be a customer here they were nice but did waste alot of my time.
