The so called mechanics at this location are some of the worst Mechanics I’ve came across. They’re absolutely clueless on how alinements should be done. I went in to get a alinement done on my truck and they returned my truck with parts not tighten, tie rod safety wire not installed correctly, and the steering wheel even more crooked then when I brought it in. Before I drove off I made it a habit to double check mechanics work and had them fix the tie rod safety wire issue. After driving off the parking lot I immediately noticed the steering wheel not centered. Brought it back and they said they couldn’t get it fixed that same day because they only had 1 technician left for the remainder of the day and asked if I can please bring it back first thing the next day and they’ll get it fixed as soon as I show up. Next morning the mechanic said that it’ll be a couple of hours before they get to it because they only have 1 mechanic. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else. This Firestone is the worst, seems like they are always under staffed or in my opinion just plain lazy. If you value your safety and time I would avoid this place all together. I forgot the names of the mechanic and the man at the front desk, but if I remember I’ll update my review.

Buy 4 tires with warranty 6 days ago. Drive car 14 MILES and have a flat across the street from the Humble, Tx location ( same one I bought them from) when I go in to have it fixed they tell me they have to order the tire and the total cost is more than I paid last week! Why did I pay for the warranty if youre not going to honer it! I have been a faithful customer since 2004. Not anymore. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT THIS LOCATION. and it has ruined the brand as a whole for me.

I couldnt believe thee estimate they gave me to replace the part on my car. Why is there a separate labor charge for every part that needs to be replaced. The parts and the labor cost more than the value of my 20077 vehicle. I understand it takes work to change parts on cars but almost 3k really. They are just taking advantage of people. I will not come here ever again.

Let’s just say, this the worst Firestone experience I’ve experienced in a long time. Minus having to dish out slot of money initially... I ended up leaving with the same issues I came to this location for.With no manager on site on Saturday, no lead or master technician available... I resorted in calling the Firestone Washington location (a location I frequent often) to make sure that I was being handled properly. Shortly after the call, I was refunded by the Humble location... explains why they received 2 stars...Overall I believe that the people in charge this Saturday were incompetent and definitely wasted my time.

Honest shop. They did not charge me for looking at my vehicle when I had them to check my brakes and they found nothing wrong, which surprised me. Id definitely go again. Very friendly employees as well. They went the extra mile for me.

Worst first impression - RUDE!!Upon arriving, I went inside and there wasn’t anyone there in the front. I waited a few minutes before walking into the garage area. Several people stared at me but no one said anything. Finally someone told me to wait inside. Point is - it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to say anything to me. I should have left. Then after waiting for almost an hour, someone came and told me that the manager wanted to offer me a free a/c check (valued at $10) if I came back another day. You all were very rude, wasted my valuable time, and never gave a genuine apology…keep your $10 - I will NEVER return.

Firestone is very reliable, friendly, and takes good care of my car! Their prices are affordable, and easy to pay! I highly recommend Firestone over anyone else! Firestone wont cheat you, and does what they say theyre going to do! Ill never go anywhere else! Thank you Firestone!

Do not go to this Firestone location, if you qualify for a credit line they will SCAM you! Once I was approved for a credit line magically everything became wrong with my vehicle. I would pick my car up from the shop and it would be worse off than when I left it each time with a new ailment just of course to get money. Avoid them at all cost they deliberately ensure your car is not 100% fixed so you can keep coming back for a new sale, trust me STAY AWAY!

First off, I completed 2 surveys and emailed customer service prior to typing this review, in hopes that we could resolve the issue. More than 3 times, Mariah C. told me the either regional, divisional or corporate management would contact me. They NEVER did!I called and got a quote on a complete ac job. Went in and was told to leave my car and theyd call me if there were any other issues. Shouldnt have been, because I was quoted a COMPLETE ac job. Of course, they called and said that something additional was needed that wasnt included in the original quote. $2000 later, I just knew for sure my ac was fixed. WRONG! About a month later, started blowing hot again. Brought it in and was told it was low on freon. How so?? I just left here a month ago! Left, then about a week later, blowing hot again! Brought it in, waited an hour for them to tell me it was a faulty compressor. WHAT?!?! After $2000 for everything brand new, nothing should be faulty. Stayed at the shop for about 5 hours on my Sunday to have something replaced that shouldve been done the first time. I dont think they replaced it the first time and were just price gauging to make up for the losses due to Covid. This place was horrible! Businesses never get ahead by taking advantage of customers. Sad case...

After dropping my Girlfriends PT Cruiser at Firestone we were greeted friendly and were well received by the manager Koran. He worked with us in our tight budget and was able to go above and beyond to help us get the car running again. Although their was miscommunication through his employees in regarding of pricing and what needed to be fixed, Koran was there to give us the exact details down to the number. I recommend anyone to use their services. Please ask for Koran and speak to him if you have any questions or concerns about the transactions or what needs to be done. He is the sole reason I would use them again.

Do Not go there. I will never spend one more dollar with them or Firestone even.I had new tires put on my truck. Over $800 for them. Good tires... my 2nd pair. This place needs improvement. Showed up at 3:30 to get tires rotated and alignment. Waited two hours and the alignment was off big time with the steering wheel at the wrong angle. They didn’t want to fix it, wanted me to come back in the morning.The 2nd tech tried to fix it but it was so off, my steering wheel is still at a slight angle. So I got to go to a different location for a 3rd time tomorrow. Ridiculous.

Loved the experience. Was skeptical at first because I usually do everything at the dealership. They eased my fears and concerns and took care of me.

This shop does excellent alignment work. Truck was pulling hard, they fixed my problem and aligned it perfect. Will use again for future alignments. 1995 Ford lightning

I got a call yesterday giving me a quote, I asked can they work with me, I was told that I would get a call back in 10min, i never got the call back but was hit with a 1053$ bill, never asked me did I wanna go on with the work 😡😡😡😡. Now my card is maxed out.

These guys are awesome! I had a flat tire, the lug nuts had seized from being overtightened by a different repair shop, and I couldn’t get the wheel off. Had to have my truck towed to Firestone, got there 30 minutes before closing. It was a challenge, but they were able to get the lug nuts off and replace my tire. Thank you guys!

Went to get wheel alignment done and afterwards car starts drifting to the left but before I took it there it wasnt doing that. Spoke with manger and he gives me a so called list of parts my car needs. Explain to him that my car wasnt drifting to the left before I brought it there but long story short he didnt want to correct problem. I recommend no one to come here.

Staff seems nice and they can accommodate a long wheel base vehicle for alignments and they had originally told me I was next in line. But after about 5 other vehicles going in front on me, Im just now getting my vehicle worked on after being here 3 hours. No one has said anything to me about delays or any errors in the number of cars in front of me. And one of the service techs just sat inside majority of the time Ive been here.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my work vehicle. I got told I needed 2 new tires which was not a problem the issue was they waited 2 hours before telling me they didn’t even have the tires onsite.(I watched the entire movie the expendables 2) The manager has no communication skills and when I asked him how much longer he called his “tire guy” but I never heard from him again.BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN

These guys are honest very friendly staff. I did some struts on the front of my Buick Lucerne. It was $1,200. It took them three tries to get the right struts on the car. But at least I got it fixed. They are courteous and friendly and will take care of you. I always go here to have my oil changes. If you go to the website you can always get the great coupon for cheap oil change buy Dependable trustworthy people

2 hour wait to fix a flat. Having road hazard and warranty for a flat tire less than 150 miles still costs you over $20.. so yeah.....oh yeah and still waiting. Not again.But employees are nice enough.Not enough seating in waiting area. Been standing

We dropped our truck off here for three services. Only two were completed, but no one bothered to say the third couldnt be done until it was time to pick it up - 8 HOURS LATER! The invoice also indicated that we declined the service, not that they failed to do it. I contacted customer service and was told that the manager would get in touch with me. That didnt happen. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible service. It took 2 hours start to finish to have my 4 tires put on. After I left they had closed and I noticed my car had become super wobbly. Do not recommend.

This place is great! The staff is very accomodating. Yes this place is busy but at least they check in and give you an update of the status of your vehicle. Well worth the drive.

Ive never had an issues with this place. Theyre not the fastest, but they get the job done and honor their warranties. There are a couple of places to eat nearby, and a few more down the block, so I recommend you drop your car off and get some grub while you wait.

I went to have a headlight socket replaced on my Fiat. They said they would order the part and when it got there it was the wrong part. They said they would order the correct part but that was 2 weeks ago and no follow up. Also, in the process they broke my arm rest!!! They claimed they would order me a new arm rest and its been 2 weeks and NOTHING from them.

Called ahead of time and made an appointment and they confirmed that they will take care of my car within a certain time frame. I just lost valuable time and money because they lie to bring you in. Don’t believe the appointment bull. Crooks!

I was scared to have service here, but I booked my appointment online for 10am on a Saturday morning. I showed up at 945 and had 4 new tires, mounted, balanced and out the door at 1050. The waiting area is new and CLEAN! The customer service was great. I didnt understand the pricing and got a bad attitude about it, but the guy helping me was patient and kept being nice and explained the work being done. I was in the wrong and he still had the best customer service. I rarely write reviews but this place deserves a good one. Thanks for the awesome customer service, which is hard to find these days. Ill be return customer for sure.

Where should i begin.....Last week i went to have two new tires put on my car and an alignment done. When the put my spare tire back they did not tighten it so it was it moving around the trunk of my car, when i got out to look at it i noticed they did not put the jack back in its place either which was moving around my trunk as well. if that wasnt enough to set me off, i was looking at my work order and they DID NOT DO MY ALIGNMENT THEY CHARGED ME 300$ for two rear tires and no alignment. i called the manager and his offering was to have me go back and sit and wait another 2 hrs to have the alignment done. well today i noticed i am missing a lug nut...... i will never ever go back to this place.

I went in for an oil change and was notified I needed brake pads. Brake pads were worn out for awhile so rotors got worn down. They tried to say calipers were sticking, based off of pulling wheels off and visual inspection. They don’t even troubleshoot equipment, they just quote to replace everything at an outrageous price. I have a lot more to say but this was the last time.Will not be going back!

Hourly rate is about 50% above average. Their markup on parts is astronomical: 100% markup on calipers, 100% markup on rotors, 300% markup on hoses.

Horrible. Back in March of 2014 I took my truck in to a break job. I paid over $350 for all four tires. Immediately, about two weeks, I notice my front were making this loud noise. The kind of noise brakes make when they need replacing. I took my my truck back in about June of 2014. I just couldnt take the noise anymore. They supposedly looked at them and made adjustment. I was told that this loud noise was normal because sometimes brakes get dust or water in them. So, the noise continued until this weekend (Feb. 14, 2015) I took my truck to the dealership. I found out that the front brakes were not done properly at Firestone. In addition to being the cheapest pads on the market they did not install them correctly. Needless to say I will never let them work on my vehicle again.

Arrived at 3:55 with only 3 people waiting the guy at the front stated they only do appointments and they cant take anyone else, First OFF other bays were available SECOND they close at 7:00 pm. Wait you mean to tell me a OIL CHANGE CANNOT BE DONE BY 7, I EVEN ADVISE THE GUY im willing to wait, not to mention i called around 3 to confirm and they told my husband there was a 1hr 30 min wait. Waste of TIME, INCONSIDERATE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WILL RETURN NEVER WILL RECOMMEND, IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK FIND ANOTHER JOB ...LAZY staff!!

Horrible service! The older gentleman in the front is about the laziest person I have ever met. I called ahead to see if he could align my car and let him know what kind of car it was. He said that he would be able to get it done. But after I waited 30 minutes he then came and told me that my stock height vehicle was too low and he could not do it. It was obvious that the car was not too low. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

As soon as someone opened it, the blonde girl behind the register yelled out, We close at 7. I was like its 6. She got an attitude and said they only have one tech. There was one car in the garage. She didnt try to give me any information or best times to come back. She didnt care. She was too busy kicking ppl out of the shop. Rude! I will never come back. This is bad business and judging by the reviews, they do not care.

SMHBrought in my truck to get an inspection, oil change and rotate/balance tires. They said it would be two hours wait. Okay, no problem.After 30 mins they said it need wipers (which it didnt, they had just change them 4 months prior) and a fuel injection clean. Okay cool, skip the wipers but give me the fuel injection clean and a front alignment. They said it would be and extra hour. Thats three hours Right???? Okay...4 hours later.... No inspection done and no front alignment.Ridiculous! Lazy A** mechanic! Hes been in the break room.Be honest and say come back tomorrow because Im going to need a whole day to take care of your issues! I will never again use this location. To bad employees like this one is putting Firestone name down the drain. Ive been a valued customer for over 10 years.SincerelyOne pissed off Momma that brought it in early so I can be home by the time kids come home!!!!
