We bought what we thought was a brand new 2017 vehicle from them in June of 2018. When we bought it I remember asking them these new vehicles are not flooded from Harvey are they(a question I was advised to ask by another dealership since it was form the same year as Harvey hit) the salesman assured me absolutely not they can’t and would not resale a flooded vehicle, I asked him how do you get new vehicles from dealerships? He said big dealerships like Ron Craft(where my vehicle came from) have to get rid of year end inventory and that’s when they buy them at pretty much wholesale price. NOW we are trying to trade in/sale it and found out it has a Salvage Title from being totaled during Harvey’s flood and worth less than 1/3 of what it should be! We would have NEVER BOUGHT a flooded vehicle! Now they are trying to say we were made aware of it when I know for a fact 100% we were not! I even asked specifically about Harvey and flooding! Not sure who is to blame, McFerrin for selling a flooded out vehicle or the salesman who lied! Of course now it is their word against ours but even if this review deters just ONE person from purchasing a vehicle from them or if someone from their business/the owners see this I can live with that. I have never left a google review but I’m so disgusted. You’d think they would have some conscious selling to a family and a Purple Heart veteran! Pathetic. FYI as of this review we were informed by Christian(An Employee) that “85% of our vehicles we sell are damaged/flooded”.

Absolutely hate the place ..they selling damaged cars and its hard to get insurance..then once you buy a car from them they dont care what problem u go thru after u give them your money..I do not recommend this place ..even during a pandemic they are not understanding .

Hands down the best dealership I have been too, there has been times I have been a month late but they have worked with me, I will recommend anyone to this place, yes the prices are a little high but man there vehicles are great.. I have not had a problem with my vehicle at all. Only thing was I needed a new battery it’s a 07 Yukon so of course it’s gonna need something like that. I will get my vehicles only from here..
Im on car 2 with them. They have been great to me. A little mis communication on getting my plates and signing documents (twice) but all in all people make mistakes. They were honest and nice to me and I would recommend to them. I read the other comments - if your late 1 day or dont have insurance for 1 day- dude your car is going to get towed. Get your stuff together and you wont have issues.
I read reviews before going here almost 2 years ago and havent regret my decision once. I dont have amazing credit and didnt have a lot to put down but they worked with me and were very black and white in terms of how flexible they were. Keep insurance coverage with no lapse in coverage and if you had to choose between payment and insurance, pay insurance and call to schedule a late payment. Needless to say I will trade my car in at the same lot and help them with business when I know of someone who needs a car. Dennis is always nice and makes good conversation!

Called on the phone and they told me one price the price of the vehicle the monthly payment and the down payment and I told them I have bad credit they told me they in house finance bad credit does not mean anything I went in and filled out a application test drove vehicle when I came back they told me a total different price said they cannot Finance me that vehicle for what they told me the payment at first was $325.00 then they changed it to $500.00 a month. Will not recommend them to no one. I believe they just wanted me to show up in person. They say anythingJust to get you in the door.

Horrible! Avoid this place If I could go on Television I would... They took my car away for not having insurance on it for two weeks. I was at State farm getting car insurance and the sales man Denise sent me a text we just took your car. I had just called them in the morning I was going to fax them the info. I called them because they took all my stuff in the car. I went to their office and they were asking me for two car payments which I was not behind, the repo fee all above 1,000 dollars. I had this car for almost two years with insurance and just those two weeks without insurance they took my car away. They told me I need to pay in ten days the money I told them Im not gonna have that money in ten days. I dont even make that in a week. They didnt care so I had to leave without a car. I asked them where is the policy that I signed where it says Ill take your car for no insurance in two weeks. They dont care they had no sympathy nothing. Denis said you know what you have to do to get your car back. And he acted stupid like he didnt know what was going on why they took my car he was the one I spoke to when I faxed the insurance and hes the one that texted me when I called he answered that he took the car and when I got there he said he was clueless and wouldnt show his face. You dont know what your getting into with this place. I never missed a car payment but the one time I was looking for insurance they took my car away and asked for the repo money and car payments.. it seemed like they just tried to make it hard for me to get my car back. I had to leave the car.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Shady dealers! No leniency if you are late with payments. They make threats and come for your car in the middle of the night regardless of you renegoiting your payment terms!!! Dont think you can work with these people like most dealerships. YOU CANT!
