Our salesman was rude and condescending. Tried to sell me a PREOWNED, older car model at a higher price than a brand new 2020 model with no miles. When I tried to explain to him that another Nissan dealership was offering me a brand new 2020 model for a significantly lower price he laughed and insisted that I was being naive to think they werent trying to fool me. Kept repeating that he had been in the business for over 16 years and he knew that was a lie etc. constantly cut me and my two family members off. From the get-go I was told I could not apply alone because I had no credit (? I really dont know where they got that from) Manager did not even bother to speak to us. End of the day, I went to the other dealership, got the car I wanted BRAND NEW, 2020 model for a much cheaper price AND outstanding customer service.

Just visited the dealership and it was a waste of time. The Internet sales rep kept saying on the phone their manager had not called back on our offer. They said come in and test drive, we’re willing to negotiate. So we go test drive the car. Negotiate? Not one dollar. In fact they jack up the price with some other fees..Take your business elsewhere..TOTAL.WASTE.OF.TIME!

Yesterday I visited this place with all the hopes that it was the right place to fix my Nissan car, and what a great surprise I have taken, it turns out that every check that was done to me for everything that my car has bad the cost was $ 150 ea, that is $ 600 only for diagnosis, I had to go down there, because if that is the price of pure diagnosis I do not want to imagine how much the arrangements would come out 😣😔
