Definitely 10/10, dude was super chill and was even cracking jokes which made me feel more comfortable letting him fix my phone. Once I had came back, it looked brand new… literally. I’ll highly recommend going to the shop if your screen is cracked.

I came to cellphone solution to get a new screen since mine was cracked and in bad shape, and Johnny helped me. He was very professional and had good customer service skills! He was able to fix my phone within 15 minutes so it’s back to new!

My daughter’s iPhone 7 was cracked up and cutting her fingers. We stopped at Cellphone Solutions to price getting it fixed and to my surprise, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Be careful with this company I came in to get my phone fixed because it wasnt charging. The technician told me it was my battery and he could order it and have the next day. So he i paid for it and he ordered it, the next day im called telling me wrong part was sent and the right part was ordered and would be in 2 days later. When i stated i couldnt wait that long and wanted to be refunded I was told no refund was possible when no work was done. I was told i could email owner for fast response and refund. I emailed 3 times with no response. I called the shop a week later and was told there was nothing he could that i would have to take it up with the bank! So i was chargec 80 dollars for no work done and no refund. Also found out it wasnt the battery. Please be ware of this scam of a store!

John at Deerbrook Mall is the best place to take your phone if you have a crack or if this actually broken they are fast and the price is the best you would fine. They stand behind her work with two months warranty on everything. I Walked the hole mall and went to three stores outside the mall and they have the best price.

I do not really write reviews. Although, I wanted to show my appreciation to this place. I really needed my XR fixed as it had been water damaged/other problems. With the holidays just around the corner I was so scared I was not going to have a functioning phone. This place has great customer service and gave me such a great price! Honestly I was weary since every other place I had been to was rude, scam, and super unprofessional. Yet this place definitely knows what they are doing and offers a warranty. Superb. The worse place ever, took my iPad to get the crack screen repair everything else working fine, after 3 weeks going back and forth they can’t get it to work right. All parts used from aftermarket nothing original means it’s never going to work properly I should have gone to Apple but now my warranty is void... avoid this place like your life depended on it.
