Was sold a phone which was supposed to be the same as the one that they could not fix. After I realized that the phone sold downgraded from what my daughter once had, I was told oh sorry we dont do refunds or exchanges. My daughter had a I phone 7. I was sold an I phone 6. The apps glitch and the phone has glitches. Now we are stuck with this phone. This is not in now way knocking your service but your sales. Just be upfront please.

Great customer service! Went in to fix my iPhone 7 Plus charging port and he began working on it immediately and finished within an hour. Then my screen had an issue but he replaced it free of charge along with a new screen protector. He fixed my baby 6s phone after she dropped in water and now it works great, we have to get the audio fixed but I have to leave her phone and she is not having that so we would come back. He explained why the sound wasn’t working because of the water damage but it is cheap and fixable. So I really recommend you bring any device for him to fix it!!!
