Always great customer service. Pablo is the best. I was having issues paying with my phone and it took us about 20 min to get it right but he never gave up, never got frustrated. Just got it done. All the other staff was also very helpful in finding the right sizes and styles for everyone. Will be back to the location for sure.

Went in yesterday after work to buy 3 pairs of Jordan lows (limit is 3) I also have 3 girls. The lady at the register was already in a bad mood so when it was my turn I expected her to be rude & she was but I didnt pay no mind to it payed for the shoes and left here we are the very next day 8/13/2020 at around 11:15 am and Im rushing during my lunch hour to go and get the Jordan mids same color different style once again I wasnt greeted by any one I had to find someone to help me & when I did The girl behind the register Im assuming recognized me from yesterday and decided she wasnt gonna allow me to buy the shoes not even 1 pair because as she stated that I bought 3 off the different style yesterday & she could refuse to sell them to me I was a bit confused because I didnt realize they could pick and choose who they sell shoes to. I understand when it comes to limited shoes theres a little but I wasnt getting a limited shoe nor was I getting the same pair of shoe that I had purchased yesterday . I tried to understand and kept asking questions on why I wasnt allowed to buy that pair of shoes . I asked for the manager she stated she was the manager and if I didnt have anymore questions I needed to leave .Not one time was I rude to this lady or gave her a reason not to sell me shoes . Taylor I really hope those shoes were that important because little do you know I am a secret shopper ...

Poor customer service.

Lots to choose from do not carry K-Swiss. My search was for Pastel Pink Reeboks. Did not find. I purchased another style walked around for a bit and had to return. Made for narrow feet people. They do not carry Wide ..Loved tge music and staff ready to assist you as you walk in..

Customer Service wasn’t all that great. Seem to cater to “certain “ people. (Just referring to my experience) I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in, nor was I asked if I needed assistance. They were just standing around congregating to their counterparts. However, the products I do love. Prices are quite reasonable.

They have all shoes of any kind and some good deals and if you cant find any size, you can order It in store with free shipping!!
