Horrible service and a poor communication between patient and office, I was scheduled for an appointment at 5 after running around the mall for 5 minutes looking for the location I called to make them aware that I was lost and needed a reference point to find the store after I spoke with the person on the phone and was told where to locate their office I was rudely greeted by a lady at the front desk and told I would need to reschedule, this information certainly could have been provided to me when I called and made the facility aware that I was unable to find their location ... I certainly will not give them the chance to waste my time again

They take care of you and have great deals.Update: we returned to receive the redone glasses as they needed to be thinner, and they had done a poorly job. Worse than before. What turned us off was the attitude of the employee saying constantly: we can’t do we can’t do it - the number on prescription is high. We get it but your attitude and your horrible job made us return them. Another thing. We were told to come back on March 5 to pick them up. I called them February 27 to check and they were ready. Did they really fix them??

This is a wonderful place to come for eye care. I spoke with Ida on the phone; she answered my questions and directed me to the close optometrist Dr. Pham and I was seen same day. The process was smooth and simple. I went directly to Visionworks after the exam and spoke with Ida. Then, Veronica was able to help with frame selection and payment. I had a very pleasant experience shopping for eye glasses and contacts. I was greeted with the biggest smile within 10 seconds of entering the store by Ms.Veronica. I was recommend to see her by my aunt who had purchased from Vision Works Humble for the past 3 years. She said if I asked for Ms.Veronica, Id be taken care of and helped with all the details of eye protection while working on the computer. The transaction was very smooth and now ill be coming back with my 3 kids, to get them glasses for school as well.

I recently visited the Deerbrook Mall location and I must say I had an awesome experience. I was helped by Ms.Veronica and she provided superb customer service. She was very helpful and courteous. For me personally the service has not been positive. I’m treated as if I don’t know any better. But when I go in with my parents who are also customers it’s a different story. I’m 24 and I’m treated like a teenager, and I get scolded. I went in a couple months ago for an issue with the coating on my glasses coming off on the lens. I wanted it fixed. These glasses are fairly new btw and I’ve never had this issue before. I’m told I would have to pay $30 I believe it was and after Feb 11 it would be $50 to do it. On top of that they were going to need to take my glasses away from me for 2 weeks. I’m blind as a bat I need to drive and go to University everyday. There is no way that could go out without my glasses. And then the lady tells me to use my old pair of glasses for the meantime and I’ll probably get a headache and be uncomfortable but it’ll just be for the meantime. Even though that was appealing I declined. Fast forward to recently I came back with a friend and guess what? I only had to pay $30, and they did not need to take my glasses. Before getting to that conclusion I was told that they don’t have an “in lab” anymore but she would try to find one. I had no idea what that meant but ultimately she did it. It was a different lady this time btw. But overall I’m happy with the outcome but getting there was pretty... unnecessary. Keep in mind the woman I dealt with also had poor attitudes while dealing with me making the interaction super unpleasant. Idk why I was told one thing and then told another. it does not make sense to me and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
