They need to removed the plastic cover shied walmart is loud and the cashier in phmarcy they talk so low with there mask and covershield you cant even hear them especially they short girl with curly her i try to hear her but she got mad like wdf good thing went with my parents if and theygot a problem with they hearing .
Horrible customer service. Went to drop of my prescription and was told it had to be ordered which I was fine with. Now a month later, and I come to find out they have no record of my name and prescription on file. That is just ridiculous. I should have know that was going to happen because the young man that helped me was noticeably lazy, telling me that I should go to Walgreens instead. His customer service was awful.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. Even when medications are sent over by the Dr. hours even day in advance they do not begin until you show up. I had surgery today and called at 9:30AM and was told it would be ready in one hour came up pick it up at 3PM to be told they are still working on it. Then told that they needed my diagnosis REALLY the request came from hospital.
After leaving the doctor terribly sick I dropped my prescription off. They told me one hr... I came back to pick up my prescription paid and went home. As I get home I open my bag and realise I only got one of my medicines and was missing the one I really needed. I called them an was on hold for 25 mins. Before hanging up and calling back. To be told they didnt have that medicine in stock and it would be there tomorrow. Well someone could have called and told me before I came up there or they could have told me when I picked up my other prescription. I had time to take to another pharmacy. Well now I wont be able to pick that prescription up bc I work tomorrow. Huge inconvenience.
To the pharmacists that refused to fill my mothers prescription for whatever made up policy you created in your head...your service was horrible. We have been going to this walmart for years and never had such an issue and to be spoke down to was even worse. This was purely one person having no respect for the other and failing to do their job once they realized they were wrong.When you have a FSA card and a doctor writes a prescription for a OTC medication your job is to fill the script with the OTC medication via the pharmacy so it can be covered under the FSA account. You missed this in training and it shows. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Thank you CVS for filling the prescription less that 20 minutes after this experience.
It so sad to write my bad experience today (02/23/15) around 6pm. I was there to pick up my prescribed medication but I didnt provide my insurance. Once I get in touch with my insurance I have tried to provide to the pharmacy tech. but for some reason the tech could not help me. Then I let my insurance agent to call the pharmacy, I saw the tech. who was working by the pharmacist picked up the phone and put them on hold. after more than two hours wait I asked for my prescription paper and left. All these time the pharmacist never provided to assist. What a messed up place, I am glad we have too many chooses.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. The staff will answer and place you on hold only to forget about you. I have literally been on hold so long I drove up there and when I arrived they were just sitting around talking. Just called again today and was on hold for 25 mins only to call from another phone and have them take my call then. They get attitudes when you tell them theyre wrong for leaving you on hold to do absolutely nothing. They also dont seem to know how to properly communicate with any dr office because I have had to call my dr everyday for a week about an authorization Walmart wanted only to find out they have sent it over each time I have asked. Spoke with the pharmacist today and he completely disregarded the fact that his staff does not act professionally when they are dealing with peoples health concerns. Some peoples medical needs are life threatening and we leave our lives in the hands of these Neanderthals.
In my experience they don’t even deserve 1 star. Their service is so poor I chose to leave the store and do business somewhere else. A young lady with a bad attitude told me there was no one to accept drop offs. There was 1 line for drop off and pick up. 5 people behind the counter 1 person for drop off and pick up and a line to the isle.
Everyone I talked to was friendly.
Humble Wal-Mart Total incompetence waiting 2.5 hrs for a prescription to be transferred to another Wal-Mart. Staff at the Conroe Wal-Mart have been working diligently to help and cannot get help from there own intercorporate associates. How can there be so much difference between stores Sam Waltons got to be turning over. Humble pull your head out.

Horrible experience in customer service from cashier Diana who refuse to cash me out and I had less than 10 items but she insists that she needed to take care of other customers when I am a customer that was waiting for my prescription to be filled very unprofessional and very rude
