Terrible place. My wife went in and bought a heating element for our dryer. She was mansplained on why it broke. Then we realized they didnt include the thermostat with it. Total cost was $79.42. Amazon has the heating element with the thermostat for $39.00. This is why people dont shop local. So $80 spent locally was wasted. $40 to big business.

Great group of real people. Always been super reliable & helpful to me. Always my first call when I have a question, even if the owner is a little rude when you call, his employees more than make up for it when they show up to your house.

I had their repairman to my house this week to look at a double wall over that was over heating. He walked into the kitchen and said”this will not be able to be repaired as we can no longer get the parts” He then spent a fair amount of time talking politics and the way of the world. He turned the ovens on and off. I got a bill for diagnostic services. I called and talked to Gary (owner) and tried to explain my concern. He kept interrupting me and finally said, “just disregard the bill” I tried again to tell him my concern and he told me “don’t tell me how to run my business” and hung up. I called back and he would not listen to anything I had to say and again hung up. Very rude! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used this business in the past but will never again.

I called and was scheduled an appointment right away! Shawn came to my home, was friendly and knew the exact issues. He ordered the parts needed and came back two days later to make the repairs and collect payment.I recommend this company and Shawn and appreciated his help to fix, not one but three of my appliances.

Was weary of the prices But 10 year warranty as great service, delivery and set up! Answered all my questions.

Did you know beside selling appliances they fix them too? We got some advice that saved us from buying new! Thanks for the advice which was spot on! They also sell essential oils too!

The owner provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The only positive experience of AA appliance is that their customer service was so bad it forced me to find another appliance store named Crupper’s corner where I received great Customer Service and an excellent washer set! If Great Customer Service is a must avoid AA appliance.

Horrible customer service. I went into there with no knowledge of dryer parts looking for answers and he basically told me he wouldnt talk to me or help me at all unless I paid him $70 up front to come to my house. He was very rude. When I tried to ask when he would be able to come to my house he just walked out of the room and the lady at the other desk had to talk to me for him. If you dont buy from them they dont care. I will NEVER give them any of my money.

The owner was absolutely unprofessional and used the profane language. We will continue to buy local but not here.

Was asking about a part for My dishwasher and got decent service, but when I asked if he could help me find the model number, he got rude and said he wouldnt give it to me or help. Normally it wouldnt bother me, but his tone was just downright rude and was uncalleed for.

My dryer broke down. I call the folks at A&A and asked for some help. I told them the symptoms of the dryer, and they gave me their best guess as to what the problem was. I bought the recommended part and installed it the way they told me and it worked perfectly. They never tried to up sell me. Never pushed me for a service call. $23 and my dryer was fixed. If that is not good honest service then I dont know what is. Thank you.

Very rude on the phone. Not helpful or polite at all. I called for a part and he acted like it was inconvenient to hell me.

Today I called about a couple parts for my Maytag washer & the gentleman that I spoke with was very rude. I was trying to figure out where their store was located so that I could go in & see what I needed to buy. The gentleman was very short & condescending on the phone with me while I was trying to figure that out. Also, when I arrived at the store one of the first things he tells me is that he will not be able to answer any questions about my washer. If you are a Maytag dealer, that sells washers & dryers, you should be able to answer questions. He was extremely rude, & curt with me while we talked, & I felt as if I was a burden or imposing on his time. He had absolutely no people skills whatsoever. While I was in there, the other gentleman that was working was very nice & tried to be helpful, he had white hair & glasses. The rude gentleman had sort of curly grey hair & glasses. I walked out of there without buying anything or getting anything accomplished towards what I needed. I would not advise anyone to go to A&A Appliance Inc, for anything unless you get to talk to the white haired gentleman.

Horrible service company. Have wasted two+ weeks now “serving” my washer and can’t seem to keep track of records either.

First dealing with store and now I know why I buy from Wichita. Long story short dishwasher stopped working try to locate tech. lady behind desk gave me card and number of tech.lost it and called store get his # Spoke to a very RUDE male who refused to give me his name. Unbelievable again only in Hutch like I stated above then they wonder why customers like me make that short trip to Wichita.

Beware! I had a warranty service scheduled for the afternoon waited around all day. At 4:53 I received a phone call but missed it. I was never told that I would have to answer the phone before they would come. We called the main office multiple times. We were told he is still in town, dont give up on us yet. We have your ticket. We called back at 5:05 and we were told by another person, Sometimes he works until 6 or 7. Never a word about needing to receive phone call. NEVER!My advice, stay far, far away. But if you must use them then make sure that they have multiple phone numbers and make absolutely sure that you dont do anything that could possibly cause you to miss one phone call.

I have always had a great experience at AA Appliance. Yesterday my dryer went out and they had the part. The 3 people I have dealt with are all great.

I’d give a zero star if it were possible, our fridge was out for a week and called and asked “hat in hand” for an estimate of when A&A would be back out to fix it; the tech called me back shouting that he had 15 other calls and didn’t appreciate having to talk to me to explain when he’d be ready to do our repair. He hung up on me. I have never had an adult conversation less perplexing or insulting. Horrible experience, horrible.

They accidentally over charged me on a fuse for my dryer, and I wouldve been none the wiser but they still mailed me a hand written apology and a check. True customer service.

Disappointed in the cost of repairing my washer. We even brought the washer into them and they still charged $75 to look at it. The actual fix was an additional $40. They were nice enough and were able to repair it by the next day, but when there was a phone call he took while checking us out he was rude to the customer.

Little disappointed in how my dad and step mother were treated recently. They have a Maytag refrig that wasnt working properly. The man came to look at it, and with just a minute or so look at it he gave a completely wrong diagnoses telling them that he would sell them a new refrig. Ended up charging $75 for the wrong diagnoses. Took the frig to Bills appliances where they plugged it in and found nothing wrong with the frig other than it needed to be moved out from the wall some to allow air to move better. The thing had simply froze up and needed to thaw out, and charged a very minimal and fair fee. Im very disappointed in A&A a long standing Hutchinson business being very shady and driven to only give service that ended in a sell not giving good customer service and honesty. I give 2 stars for the long standing in Hutchinson and the fact that it wasnt I who dealt with A&A and maybe something was misunderstood.

Called about a part for my washer and if there was a gasket that might have failed on the pump on the reason its leaking from the back side and dude said he couldnt answer any of my questions cause he wasnt going to help me diagnose my issue, Id have to have them come out and diagnose the issue, not paying a fee for someone to come tell me what the issue is and Im fixing the washer not them when I just told the guy what issue I was having all that needed to be said was what needs to be replaced, if you ask me thats poor service
