Walked in and was greeted with a smile. Kim helped me and was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She went above and beyond in helping me with the drop-off of my old machine as well as getting a new one loaded up to take home. I will definitely be returning for future appliance needs!

Very helpful and knowledgeable saleswoman without any pressure to buy. Answered all our questions and we ended up with three new appliances. A great thing about this store is that they have their own repairman.

Don’t buy at Home Source in Hutchinson or Litchfield. Bad experience when they were in stalled and they tried to blame it on others. I also was discouraged on buying the electronic stove because more things could go wrong, how can anything be worse than a grandson turning on the stove and almost starting a fire because the lock control doesn’t cover the knobs only electronic knobs.

Always helpful. Great to answer questions, give options, and dont try to oversell. Love their delivery service and recycling of old appliances that they haul away. One less headache and thing to do!

Dont waste time ordering repair parts here. I found what I needed online then ordered through them over the phone to support local business. Wife picked it up but it was the wrong part. Took 4 more days to get the right one and then the owner blamed me for the mistake. Pretty much called me a liar in front of other customers in the store. I wont be making that mistake again. It was cheaper online too.

We’ve been loyal customers for all our major appliances for two decades. Recent afternoon, we purchased an electric range and over the range microwave oven. Following morning at store open, contacted Adrian stating we’d like to return the microwave oven. Our plan was to purchase a higher end model. Was told there would be a 25% restocking fee because the box was opened. My mistake for not requesting to see their return policy. The store owner told us their return policy is no different from the box stores, so I checked: Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards and Sears, however I found this to be false. Tried to keep business local but, because of the extremely poor way this matter was handled, in addition to rudely being hung up on by the store owner, we’ll no longer be able to neither purchase from nor recommend others to Home Source Store of Hutchinson. Bad Experience to say the least!!

Have terrible customer service. They do not know what they are doing, cannot do a simple repair. Typical bs of saying they will be there by this time, you lose pay waiting for them, two hours late.
