Awesomely fast! We found out our tenants fridge died at 8 a.m. We had a new one delivered set-up and running by 3 p.m. It is important to us that our tenants are treated well and given prompt service. as Bartco Rentals grows we will have Sears Hometown as our main vendor. We have to have it done right the first time. Thats how you run a business. Best of all when we called we didnt have to talk to a call center in North Carolina or Ohio like a Big Blue Box made us. Just got our new fridge, that we ordered on Monday, delivered and installed today, Wednesday! Thet two gentlemen that came and installed it were extremely professional and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They put back everything that they took out took apart, and even moved the old fridge to the garage! Highly recommend!

Have bought appliances from the store before and was satisfied. Went in to look at the limited fitness machines at the store. The sales person would not even plug in the machines to try them out. I had reviewed the machines offered by Sears on line prior and when we had questions the sales person could not even give us simple answers to basic questions. He even had me sit down at a lap top to try to find the answers to basic questions regarding. I know Sears is more of an appliance store, but if Sears offers Fitness Equipment it would be nice if the sales people could plug in the machines they have in stock to be able to try the limited ones you have in stock.

I traveled out there to Hutchinson Mn to pick up a hex socket set! The gentleman who assisted me was awesome! He gathered my merchandise and had me sign and I was out the door! Thank you Sears for having exactly what I need so I can perform my own maintenance on my vehicle!

Was expecting a bigger Sears store. That being said, I wasnt disappointed. Was looking for a washer and dryer and they had plenty to choose from -- plenty of different brands, too. Kenmore, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool and a couple of others.... ended up getting another Kenmore.

They were out of the item we were looking for but contacted other area Sears stores to help find it. Very helpful.

Just bought a Kenmore washer and dryer. I saw the items online and called the store around noon to see if they had them in stock. Turns out they did and Bret was awesome and got them ready for me to pick them up that same evening! Great customer service, good price, and they even helped me load them into my vehicle!

I do like Brett the manager, but had a bad experience when trying to return an item I purchased online. It was a motorcycle lift that wouldnt fit under my or any of my friends motorcycles. It just didnt retract low enough to fit under the frame. Even though he had the same lift in the store, he refused to take it in return. It is a Sears Hometown store, so technically they dont have to take the return. He could however had told me he would repackage and have UPS pick it up there for me, but he didnt. I called Sears online support number, they in turn called him and made that arrangement for me. It would have been much easier if he would have given me that option himself. Sears needs to make returns easier for their customers.

A nice man named Eric helped me find a washer and dryer stacking bracket. They didn’t have the exact part number for my set but knew what part would fit exactly.

Must have had a dozen different lawn tractors at this store --- nice assortment of Craftsman and Husqvarna. Ended up going with the orange one cuz it was a hundred bucks less than the place down the street. Will shop at Sears again.

Scam Artists that represent a dying company. They run a scam selling worthless warranties. Sears repair services has many negative reviews online, and what good is the warranty when the company folds under that imbecile Eddie Lampert? I dont think Sears will survive another year. And I wont buy Crapsman tools now that they are Chinese made. So much BS flying out of their salespeoples mouth. Only sheep shop at Sears only to get fleeced without knowing it. Sears died a long time ago thanks to Eddie Lampert the amatuer hedge fund manager.......

I recently visited this store, like I do on multiple occasions, to purchase a snow blower. Not only did the sales guy Eric show me the right snow blower for my needs, it happened to be on clearance for much lower than retail price. They have clearance items all the time, but luckily for me, it was the right time. I also got a mattress too! Have yet to have a bad experience there and will continue to go there.
