Has been closed for Covid Cleaning for over a week now. Still cant get my UPS package from them. Apparently even UPS cant get in contact with them, because they left their notes saying they dropped off packages elsewhere all over the door. Dont be a UPS access point if you wont let me pick up my package.*Edit*My question is precautions for what? Sure, Covid, whatever, but Ive been back to the store to check every day. The lights in the store have been on day and night, and based on the amount of UPS and FedEx notes on the door, I would guess that not a single employee has stepped foot in the store since last Wednesday.
I only needed a relatively cheap part that wasnt on stock. They ordered it and called the next morning. Cheaper than O Reillys. Only complaint was seeing their sign but having to walk around the block to find the entrance which was up a few steep steps. But I did read they would be moving.
Continued to be placed on hold for 10 minutes and gave up.Youd think with this being a brand new store, theyd have better help/staff in place. Sad this is the new standard for customer service.
They close randomly during the day for cleaning. Ups dropped my packages off here and I cant get in to pick it up. Im leaving town and I needed this package before I leave. The people inside are ignoring me and they wont answer the phone. Dont be a package pick up location if you arent going to keep your stated business hours. Worst service ever.

It was great. Didnt even know they were there. I used there order online pick up in store option. Everything I ordered was there and ready to go. Both gentleman behind the counter were very nice and personable. Will be utilizing there store again.
I talked with Steve about a relay on my car and he treated me like I was dumb because I am a female. I will never go back there.

These guys are better than OReillys. They seem to know there stuff, whereas OReillys almost always gets you the wrong parts.
I cannot praise these guys enough!!! They are STILL looking for the right $3 interior accent light bulb for my vehicle, a week in.They are definitely NOT going to make a profit in this order, but they ARE going to make a repeat customer.-thanks to Willy for all your hard efforts!!!!

I looked all over town for an auto part. No parts store had what I needed until I got to Advanced. They worked very hard to get the part I needed. They will be my first stop from now on!

We went looking for a water pump seal. The were out of the packaged ones but had one with a pump. The guy took one from the box and sold it to us and ordered one to replace it. That saved us lots of time. Thats awesome customer service.

I called on the phone before I made the trip over because I needed a very specific fuel pump. They assured me that they had it and it was in stock. When I showed up they did not. The person that helped me did do her best to rectify it and looked for an alternate but she couldnt find one. I gave the store two stars just because the location is neat. I may upgrade my rating later as this is the one and only experience Ive had with this store. I ended up going to Napa on the Lewisville highway (which is a store I use often) and found out my pump had been discontinued and that there was a replacement available and they had it in stock. Then, when the color codes on the electrical diagram was incorrect they helped me figure out the correct wiring and it worked. Needless to say I find that Napa store to have a much more knowledgeable staff on a consistent basis.
Ive always used Oreillys or Napa for all my parts until I got a discount from work to Advanced Auto. Ive gone three times in the last week or so and wont be going anywhere else again, discount or not. Landen and Beau both took care of my orders, returns, questions etc and were open and honest. Landen even stayed well after closing to help me out and didnt make me feel bad for keeping him from leaving. Great first impression. They just won over a permanent customer and will receive all my business.
