I came here when I was having issues with my car battery. Terrence and Tim went above and beyond to help me get a new battery hooked up. Plus my old battery was under warranty. Auto zone has such great service. This location was no exception. Thank you!

AutoZone team was fantastic! Took a family road trip across the country and had a brake pad wear out. They were helpful with rental tools and latex gloves and caring. I fixed the brakes in less than an hour and we were on our 12+ hr drive again.

I went in an bought a battery and I didnt have the tools on me to change it so an employee wish I would of got is name but he helped me change the battery right there super helpful and would 100% recommend this autozone

The old man there working was a complete jerk. I had called in and requested a set of wiper blades for my Cadillac so my daughter could just walk in and pay. 10 minutes later when I got there she went in and was told that NOBODY HAD CALLED. I then went in and he dismisses me saying oh we are busy. We cant do that. Then I asked him why he lied to my daughter about the phone call and he refused to answer. Customer Service STINKS and The Old Man LIES

We were traveling from North Dakota to Oregon, a few weeks ago, when our alternator went out in our Dodge Diesel. We stopped by this location and Daniel help us verify that it was our alternator that was dead. Since we were on a tight schedule he tried to find us a shop that would help install a new alternator. Since it was late at night no shops could fit us in. Daniel took a look at our truck again, told us to park by the street light and replaced our alternator. We are so greatful 🙏 that Daniel had the knowledge and know how to get us back on the road. Because of him we were able to complete our trip that night!!! By far the most helpful and best Parts store we have been to.

We were traveling cross-country when a check engine light came on. We pulled in to Auto Zone to take advantage of the free code checker service, and we received 5- star service from Jermaine! He helped us replace a part in the intake manifold, and when that didnt work, he diagnosed the potential issue and directed us to the local pick-and-pull, where we found the part we needed for a fraction of the cost. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received and how much better our experience was than at OReilly Auto Parts!

I am pretty smart about cars so I was impressed that they didnt just try to sell me super expensive parts, but rather gave me exactly what I needed and even offered other less expensive suggestions that would lead to possible repair of my friends car. This Autozone is where Ill be sending everyone who needs car repair or maintenance.

I came in with a dieing battery. They checked it and helped me replace it. When I went to drive away I couldnt. Something else went wrong. The nice young man said it was probably this. Fixed it and told me how to deal with it in the future until I could fix it more permenantly. Awesome experience.

Clean friendly but busy

The people helping me knew less about car parts than I do, and the last few parts Ive tried to get were at least a day out. I drove 5 minutes further and got the part from another parts store.

Employees smoke right out the front door. I pulled up with a fuel leak. Pulled the leaky hose off and take it inside and they dont even have 1/8 fuel line. I trimmed the fuel line to fix the leak while the employees continue to smoke... drive over to OReilly Auto and actually find what I need. Needless to say.... Im not at all impressed with Autozone.

Very friendly people purchased two batteries and they hauled them out to the car and brought the old ones in.

Ive gotten car parts here a couple times. One time I wasnt sure on what I needed and closing time was approaching. They were willing to wait a few minutes after if I didnt have the right part (which it ended up being). Still, their willingness to work with me made a stressful situation a little better. They are now my go-to place when I need car parts.

At least they took back my windshield wipers without the receipt... For being informed people that youre supposed to trust...they bled me too and sold me windshield wipers that do not work on my year of car

Had to order item not available. Given 3 different dates for arrival. Even with the latest date given item was still late. Employees continued to give contridactory info depending on who you talked to. Lack of customer skills.

Our car had some problems so I went and got a new battery. That didnt work... So I went to AutoZone Mike R. was the man! He not only helped me the four times I was there in two days, but he went above and beyond to search out the problem I was having. He shared a previous experiance that he had with another customer, which was just what I needed to fix my car. Needless to say I will continue to go back to AutoZone for all my car needs. I broke down close to this autozone and not only did they give me accurate info but even loaned me tools and also came out and helped! The staff here is completely incompetent. Called right when they opened to see if they had a part, they said oh we carry all batteries in stock all the time. Run there on my lunch hour, employee took a phone call, took an order, pulled an order all while supposedly trying to help me.... Said they had 3 in stock then said I needed to drive across town to another store. Couldnt be bothered to find the ones they had in store and wasted over 20 minutes if my time to be of no help. Even the manager wasnt helpful, didnt offer any solutions, just too bad go to the other store. If I could do zero stars I would.

Need to have a cashier on duty other than the guys looking up parts.

Normally when i go to autozone i get good service but i went to a different autozone this time and it was slow i was there for about 30 mins and they couldnt find the small part i needed when it was right behind them on the shelf.

After asking the clerk to diagnose my check engine light, he said that his scanner did not do cars that old.I tried also at OReilly and got the same reply.The autorepair shop a short way west, Western Transmission, coud do it and said it was the throttle position sensor (TPS) and wanted $52.00 for the part and nearly another $100 to install it.I purchased a new lifetime TPS for $25.00.Also, I called my mechanic friend and he told me that it is not too hard to install.AutoZone is the place for us old guys.

I love going to auto part stores its like my toys r us but ill never go to this store again. My tire was about to fall off and i stopped to ask for help. They were rude said they had nothing that could help me didnt lift a finger and basically said get out. U left and went down the road to OReillys and in five minutes they had me fixed and on my way. AutoZone abd there workers are no beuno on broadway.
