Really clean. Nice selection of products. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Being Caucasian I felt very unwelcome entering this business. I attempted to speak with 2 associates and was ignored the Asian associate in the back of the store was the only one to acknowledge my questions only to tell me I would be happier going online to purchase the extensions I was looking for. I was asking if they didnt have what I was looking for if they would be able to special order for me (even offered to pay first) I just felt like if I wasnt African American I wasnt welcome.Will never enter again and will tell anyone about my experience

I love this place! It is so girly! Everything you can think of and then there is the hair. Extensions,clip-ins, weaves and wiggs every single style. I do find it strange how standoffish some of the staff is and the weirdness of not being able to see and hold product your paying good money for and I think they could be more friendly and advice given but oh well. Anyhow highly recommend

Customer service failed!! 1st time wig buyer. My first was great and I was very trusting, even though I was asked to buy products blindly. However, to dont expect them to keep to their word. After I was told I could return a second wig that I thought would be fun for a friend, they became rude and helpfulness was a thing of the past. With a very nasty have a blessed day as you walk out the door. As if to say, thank you for the money sucker.

You can never get your money back! Make sure you never open the product or you cannot return or exchange it, even if you have a receipt! If you have a receipt you still cant get your money back Point Blank. Sad case bad business their business.

When you walk through the door they automatically acknowledge you with a hello. Very helpful employees, love that they have their prices visible where you can see them and a huge Variety while still growing. All too often while shopping at other hair places they have no pricing visible and make you feel like they are throwing out prices. This will definitely be my new go to hair place.

Best hair store Ive ever been to in my entire life!!!!! Very impressed. Great customer service, great owner. And the variety, and great low prices. Good quality everything. Shopping carts, baskets. I thought I was in hair heaven when I first went. Lol The store is extremely clean, and everything is set up just right. All your needs under one roof.

The staff there are very polite and willing to help. The only small complaint I have is how they have wigs set up. But I still recommend coming here.

First let me say the young African American girl was very sweet and greeted me as I came and left.... BUT.. as Im looking through all the isles confused looking for a particular product I noticed an Asian man starring at me .... He moved from isle to isle as I look. After I made my purchase he just walked away... Im like really... 99%of your clientele is black.. respect the people that are keeping you in business... Because as you know we will go broke to look good but lets see if u get a penny out of me ever again

Went in for the wig sale, spent 10-15 minutes in the wig section waiting for someone to help to assist me, no one came. Finally I start picking up wigs and looking at them, a lady finally comes over to tell me “You can’t try on wigs without assistance.” I told her “Well I was waiting for assistance but no one was here to help me.” And then doesn’t even help me and just walks off. Very understaffed and not very friendly.

I absolutely love love love the staff in this store they are very friendly they do not follow your around make you feel uncomfortable they all try to pitch in and help its one guy I know hes a manager and he means well that kind of stalks the girls at the register lol and will take over for them in a heart beat I know he means well but it is just a little rude but from what I hear its just his nature lol but if you are reading this sir lighten up in them trust them they are wonderful for business because if it was not for them I would not shop there your store is clean your prices are the bomb and your staff is amazing you are winning take a break and relax!!! And to the wonderful ladies please keep up the good work because even though u guys wig selection isnt as big as the one in the city you always make me feel great spending nothing less than 60 bucks every week sometimes twice a week lol

I was displeased, because they didnt have the Glance Brazillian crochet hair. Every store I go to has this hair, but I had a client that lived by this store, so this is where we went. All the hair they have, brazillian curl is a common hair
