What the heck is the point of scheduling an appointment ahead at this location. On-site 50 minutes and although I know the rep saw me, not once did he acknowledged me, ask me what I needed, even asked who I was. Granted he had a customer but this isn’t a new rodeo for me - I speak from a whole heck of a lot of experience as I operated wireless retail stores in 3 States for 16 years. CX 101 - greet every customer. The customer you are waiting on will understand. Establish proper expectation if you can’t adhere to a schedule.This is a 3rd party retailer operated by Victra. Save yourself the hassle and simply go to the Corporate Retail Store on Mall Road.Edit: Update - Appointment scheduled for 1:30P and someone at that location cleared the appointment which triggered a text notification to me at 2:46P. I would have had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Absolutely poor customer service, but nothing will come of it. The best thing that can happen likely is others will read this and take their business elsewhere where they are appreciated as a customer, or, at the very least acknowledged.

Great customer service. Will wait in you with patience. They do not try to talk you into something that you dont want but are very informative about all that you ask for. Usually one person runs the store so you may have to wait a little bit for your turn but they will extend to you the same personal patient service.

This place is always a good place to get help with new phones, accessories, or update your plan. Them not being an official version store means they arent pushy to make more money through bigger sales. Downside is they cant remove lines or anything like that. But I have been in here several times and always great customer service and always friendly.

We attempted to switch to Verizon using the chat forum, but there were some hiccups with the order. We went into the store and they were extremely helpful and we out of their way to take care of us. Shane, the representative we worked with, was fantastic. He was extremely helpful every step of the way. We’re happy first-time Verizon customers!

I had to go in and purchase new air pods because one of them wasn’t working on my older pair. He tried to fix it but was unable to. He told me about all the others but I wanted ones like I had before. He was so understanding of that and didn’t pressure me. I asked about other things, phones, gadgets, etc. He didn’t try to hurry me to get things done. He was awesome

Brent Hensley was the associate who helped me after visiting another Verizon store. The other store incorrectly ordered me the wrong phone and gave me the run around about cancelling the order. After going to Brent, he was able to order the right phone and get the order cancelled from the other store after they claimed it wasn’t delivered...even though the tracking number showed it was. He did exactly what he promised me, he called me to follow up after he personally called to get the wrong order cancelled and ended up getting me the phone I wanted within just a few hours. He went above and beyond to help me and I’d go back to this store every time I have an issue or a need. Highly recommend this location and Brent in specific. Before meeting with Brent I was so frustrated I was prepared to pull all of my Verizon accounts and go somewhere else.

Been a customer for about 6 years having 6 devices and then upgrading service to 11 devices. Never late on payments until now when I have been mislead. This is fraudulent. I was convinced to open a business account. Original rep stated it would save me up to about 40%, and save on future purchases. Manager later stated it was false. However, he said it would allow me to add more lines, as my current account was full at 10. I could let the other add-ons go on thier own account,, however he did say i would be eligible for discounts with the account. So, we applied and added 2 more lines and they convinced us to add iPad during the promo for just 20 bucks more. Weeks later wife opens bill and calls Verizon and is told we were not approved and had to pay outright on devices. I inquired with the manager who said he was confused and eventually gave me his business managers name and number. Crystan spoke a few minutes on the phone said she is trying to figure things out. Had to take another call. She never called back or answered my subsequent calls. She never responded to multiple emails. I have tried to talk with someone else. Online the chat service takes you so far then it cant transfer me stating I need to be in Chrome out of incognito mode. Never was in it. Rebooted and same issue.I told Crystan and Shane that I would never purchased anything more on my account if it would cost me anymore money upfront. My other sons could get them on their own. If I would not have gotten qualified I would not have done it. Telling me afterwards that I didnt and have to pay. I said I will bring all devices back. They said they would check into it and get it resolved, however they have not even replied to any of the texts. That goes straight to the persons phone. As a manager you dont look at? Cant respond to it? Makes me feel like I dont matter. BTW I spent about $600 and recently about close to $900 per month with them. I am of no value to them.

Words cant Express how amazing Brent at Indpendence Ky version is. With Corona 19 going on. The world seems a little crazy. Brent so went above and beyond to help me. I had to stop and apologize due to I started to cry. Happy tears. This yound man never stopped. He truly went above and beyond for me. Then just the minute I thought perfection was made Shane came into the store. You will never get better service. Please take the time to drive to Independence if you need cell phone help. My wife and I went in on 05/06/2017 to see if we can upgrade our Galaxy S6s to the new S8s. As soon as we opened the door we were greeted by Derek N. He was very polite and listened to what we had to say and then he found us the perfect deal. Derek took his time to explain everything to us and made sure we left with all the accessories we needed. We even had our 3yr old son and newborn with us (which can be hectic) he was very understanding about our attention drifting off to tend to our children. We love our new phones and will recommend this location for its outstanding service.

DONT GO HERE. This store is a joke along with the store manager SHANE and the employee ASHLEY. They will not help in anyway and incompetent to do their jobs correctly. The store manager yelled @ me from across the store. Yelling rudely go to the SPRINT store as he pointed to the other phone store (when he was not involved @ all or in any conversation me and the other employee were having). Good way to treat your customers but the best advice he gave.Being a woman I was on the defense. Dont let them get the satisfaction of throwing your money away at this store and for their commission/wallets. Take his advice and go to SPRINT store.

Do not go to this store go to the one in Florence instead. They charged me $20 per phone for hitting the power button. $80 that they never told me about. So I called Verizon and the said this was not a main hub thats why they had those charges, he told me to call the store and talk to the manager to get the charges taken off.So I called the store and Shane manager pretty much told me tuff luck he wasnt doing anything about it and hung up on me. I will never go back here for anything.

Horrible experience. This particular store has a manager that is proud of his five plus years of experience, yet in all that time hasnt learned an ounce of candor. Nor has he learned that he can use that experience for more gainful employment than what is available at a Verizon store. My advice, if you wish to do business with Verizon, do it online or over the phone. Youll get better treatment for sure.
