Super sweet staff, clean facility, and I could get lost for days with all their options and product! We (my toddler and I) got in, got what we needed, we received awesome help when we asked, and when we went to check out everyone else did too. It backed up but quickly it went from only one register open to 3 and the line went down quickly. Awesome experience, thanks!

The store itself is fine. There were 2 workers up front but only 1 register open & a line 15 customers deep. Then I was overcharged because it was assumed 2 of my items were the same price. There was a $3 difference. To remedy the issue they had me cut back into line where I was spoken unkindly to by someone waiting, instead of the now 3rd worker up front, manager looking lady, help.

When looking at a magnifying OttLite for my Mother, the box showed no strength for either magnifier. Upon asking a store employee (apparently, I misunderstood the purpose of their employees was to assist customers with the end result being a sale) if she knew the strength of each magnify? Her response was, it doesnt say on the box? I dont know. One would think the employee would make a sincere attempt to find the answer to a customers question to help make the sale.That did not happen sadly. I continued looking at the OttLite magnifier and discovered a toll free phone number, so I resolved this no thanks to the employee. However the manager found this of great interest and plans to have a meeting.In the stores interest, an employee is hired to do a job and this was sadly missed. Now it is a learning lesson. I hope to never have another experience like this at this store. Always good services before

A great place serving many invigorating hobbies. Hobbies also brings so many together and so on and so on..endless possibilities.

Store is nice & clean, the one cashier was so sweet & friendly but I will not be going back. The gray haired manager followed me EVERY WHERE! The old gray haired manager was very unpleasant, it was obvious sure wasnt around every corner to be helpful.

Good selection of scrapbooking items. However the sales staff I encountered were less then friendly and most just ignored you. Biggest issue I had was with a $2 item signs indicated the item was 50% off. I read the sign and verified before purchasing. Cashier was rude said it wasnt on sale wouldnt even check! Did not know what product actually was, called it something else. I wont be going back. I will go to Michaels where the staff are friendly and actually know how and will check signs if something doesnt ring right. Hiring a bunch of elderly people who obviously dont care how customers are treated is a real disappointment.

When I couldnt find what I needed at other stores one of the associates helped me figure out what exactly I needed for my project and explained the difference in the paints so I didnt get the wrong one. You dont find many people these days that would go that extra mile!

Im not much of an arts and crafts guy. I like Hobby Lobby because they have a variety of crafts and hobbies available. I only gave 4 stars because, again, arts and crafts arent my thing. Great store for those who love painting, sewing, or decorating.

I havent been to Hobby Lobby since before covid, and honestly I probably wont come back. The store was well stocked and I love the deals, but this last time I went the woman working in the fabric section was pretty rude. I picked up some fleece from a bin marked $3 clearance and waited to have it cut. She had a poor attitude with the woman in front of me about the trim she was having cut, she wanted to make sure it was the right width before purchasing and the employee just had a very short tone and attitude about the customer looking at the trim to check the width after she had unrolled some of it. When it came my turn, I asked if I could get 6 yards of the fleece. I said $3 is such a good deal! and she said this isnt on sale. I pointed to the bin less than 4 feet away from me and said I had just picked up the fleece from there, the sign says $3. She said no, its 30% off but not $3. We just didnt have room on the other side so it had to go somewhere.Im sorry, what? You dont have room where the regular priced items are so you just throw them with clearance all together? I didnt want to be a Karen about it so I said I didnt want any and offered to put it back. She declined. Its not a huge deal, but customers shouldnt have to double check and guess at whats actually on sale and whats not. If she had been more kind about explaining it, I would have understood if it had been misplaced or something of that sort. But to say it was placed there intentionally because there wasnt room? 🙄Ill give another location a try if Im out of town but until then its Joanns for me.

Hobby Lobby sucks. The closest similar store is more than 30 miles away. If my grandma didnt deserve fabulous flowers on her grave, Id never cross their threshold

Not a single employee asked me if I needed help finding anything. As I looked at the items I needed an employee stood there with a pallet of boxes just staring at me and my dog until I left the aisle, feeling uncomfortable and rushed. She literally just stood there staring istead of even asking if I needed any assistance. Its the first time Ive been in HL in a long time due to their political views, but I certainly wont go back now.

Went for Charm Packs (quilting supplies). Left with nothing. All they had in stock were 2 packs of solid white. Nobody answered the bell at the cutting table either.

I got followed around in this store.I didn’t noticed until after a friend told me. I guess they thought I was going to steal but when I got to the register and pulled out a wad of cash, the manager told the cashier “I guess I was wrong”. Discrimination at its finest! I will not be returning.

I was looking for stencils of spiders/webs to paint onto pumpkins. But that didnt matter because they have everything else & I decided I would just make my own stencils. So excited about my purchases! I cant wait to get started!

They were playing music that you would ordinarily hear at a funeral home to start. When I was heading into the store I was blocked off by an employee who was very slowly moving carts. She looked straight at me then continued to slowly push the carts. Didnt even bother to apologize while leaving me standing awkwardly in the doorway and blocking other people. Then when I headed for where I needed to go, I had another employee block what I needed. I waited for her to acknowledge me and she wouldnt, said excuse me and she pretended like she didnt hear me. All she was doing was staring at items with a blank clip board pretending to work. So I moved off to go browse and give her time to move. When I came back she was still there and didnt leave until she was apparently called to the front, which she heaved this huge, annoyed sigh before she left. While waiting in line when I was finally done, I was met with deadpan stares and zero personality which made me very uncomfortable. I just wanted to pay and get out. I definitely wont be back. This was a horrible experience.

Its a crafters paradise. So many crafting ideas for whatever you may be into. They even carried some great decor for my husbands garage. I picked up some great Fall and Christmas decorations at a great price.

I was looking for coin collector books. They had exactly what I was wanting. Plus there was only one checkout lane and sales clerk was trying to find customer something thereby backing up people in line. Finally a salesmen saw me and asked if I was ready to check out. He took care of me at another register. I thanked him for noticing me.

Loved this location! Their shelves are fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Will definitely make the drive to this location going forward.

I usually spend much more time here than I plan. They have great selection of food coloring in their baking selection, and always a lot of holiday things. They do not have oracle vinyl in there cricut section.
