I was getting a script refilled that my insurance wouldnt pay on. I contacted Sheridan at our local store and suggested help, with the use of a coupon she could apply. I was very grateful - it did allow assistance to the cost! I really appreciate this young lady for her concern/suggestion! She was able to save me part of the expense with Good RX.

Instead of making an appropriate schedule where employees can cover each others lunches like any other business they close for an HOUR in the afternoon. Because you know people dont need to pick up meds during regular hours or anything. Not to mention its not listed on their Google listing, it just says theyre open.

Made me wait 15+ min just to pick up a prescription when at most there was only 1 other person in line. I even called in to make sure it was ready, so there was really no excuse. Wasnt like they were understaffed either, just incompetent and rude.
