What an awesome experience for kids! I surprised my son with a trip. He loved the customization process. So many choices and plenty of accessories! We loved the ability to customize the sound with my voice.

Love this place took my 2 year old to get his birthday bear

Had to buy a replacement voice box for my daughters stuffed bear she got 8 years ago. The staff was super friendly and quickly retrieved the part we needed. Fast and courteous service with a smile.

I took my son to this location today for his 15th birthday. Every person on staff was so kind, helpful, respectful & understanding to my sons Autism 🥰 Im definitely going back soon

Everything is great about this place but what doesnt seem to make any sense is the capacity limitations, I mean only so many people can enter the store but they can crowd each other and removed their masks? Quite odd

People who are waiting in line and are forced to wait to be put on the list should not have to wait for people who have decided to go to a different store and then come back a random time later. It’s called a line- that is the same as cutting period.Don’t make people who think there is no wait have to wait even longer because a family couldn’t wait- if it’s a bathroom run whatever but this is not fair to those waitingCommunication from the staff about this prior to being upset over it was non existent. I wasn’t told there was a 30 minute wait I was just asked my information and told that I couldn’t go in because they had a wait list, even though 2 people who walked up right before I did were allowed in.Not to mention the front staff said that they were at capacity- the capacity is listed by the door as 15, there were 9 people in the store!!!Don’t lie to the people who want to spend money in your store

Was alot of fun, they let in a small amount so it was nice. Kids had a blast picking out their new stuffed animals.

Why 3? Cost is realky high. Now ...there is tuns of differant things to stuff. Horses, bears, dogs,cats, dinosaurs and more. If you have the money, it is realky nice. They have a tun of outfits to make it your own. Anyone cane find something to personalize there character.

My daughter had a blast, my wallet did not. Lol

My daughter was celebrating her birthday and her first trip to build a bear, the lady working had her hands full with multiple tasks and still went out of her way to make sure my daughter had the best experience even while she had so much extra work to do. I couldnt say enough about how well she was handling the system having issues (early morning, slow computers, it happens) and her help not showing up. She did so spectacular at making sure all the kids there were happy, her customer service was awesome and Im very glad she was there to give my daughter such an amazing experience, it would be 5 stars, but the no call no show was super rude and I hope the girl that helped us today gets the recognition she deserves for how great she did today

Not a big selection to choose from. And the noise we chose stopped working within 5 mins of the time we bought it. $50 seems expensive for a stuffed bear....

Disappointing lack of bear choices.

I waited in line with my daughter, two granddaughters 22 months and 10 years and her friend with another 22 months for about 11 hours. And I would do it again ‼️ The families in line around us were great‼️ No major meltdowns, made new friends and helped each other out with all the kids‼️👏👏👏👏👏 When we got into the store the staff had to of been tired but you could not tell it from them! Very helpfu, nice and kind‼️ The stores was immaculate ‼️ And plenty of stock‼️ Corporate should do something special for the great staff at Independence Center for such a rough day and a great promotion ‼️

The young girl working there was very polite and helpful and made up 2 Royals bears for my 2 new grandkids 1st birthdays - she did a very good job making the bears while i did my evening walk at the mall - when i tried to give her a tip for her work she said company rules did not allow it - what a shame such a good worker they should keep her - have bought bears before and will go back in the future

Staff is awesome!!! I know that us teens can he annoying at times but i appreciate the patience. We had a great time.

Love how they let the kids and help with the making of the stuffed animal but the prices are outrageous LOL seriously

They were having a two for $35 sale and our total bill was over 100 bucks because Build a bear does NOT put all their clearance together. We paid full price for 2 bears because the chewbacca bear was in a clearence spot and not in clearence. Ive been in retail for 7 years and you always label your clearance correctly!!
