I dont usually shop here and now I know why! I ran in for just a couple quick things. Their prices were higher than Im used to, but thats not what turned me off! Its the rude people... other customers and staff included! I was looking at products on the shelf and a customer reached in front of me!! I got up to the front and waiting in line for the self checkout, and another customer cut in front of me!!! There was a store staff member standing at the end of the registers and did NOTHING!!!! Im standing there holding 2 items in my left arm and a CANE in my right!!!! Im 60 years old and I didnt make a scene... but I guess I should have!!! When I was done, and walked by the staff member...he didnt even say Thank you, have a good day! I will definitely go back to my regular store even if I only need 1 item!!! 😡

My go to store! I can get almost anything I need here. Everything prepared there is always fresh. The fresh fruit and vegetables are great! The employees are all very nice and helpful! Prices are average, however they have great sales every week! I love my local Price Chopper!

Need to start having ALL the name brand sodas in 1 liters for $1 each like most of the stores. Especially Dr. Pepper. They NEVER have it and I generally buy those in quantity when I have the funds so, they are losing good money with customers who WOULD purchase many of them. Also like other Price Choppers in the city and have an aisle with $1 items daily.

I dont go much. Ran in for something quick. It was clean? Nothing stood out because i dont really remember going. Ill go a few more times and give an updated review.

This is where I do my weekly grocery shopping. Great store! Friendly employees, and pretty consistent/low turnover. Store is kept clean, and they observe Covid precautions. Prices are always good!

If any place is looking for a five out of five on the rating they can forget it from me. The best rating youre going to get is a four I dont give five because theres always room for improvement.

We really love going to Price chopper after church for lunch on Sunday afternoons theyre build your own salads and their buffalo wing bar is a break from the norm from all the fast food restaurants

Shelves were not stocked, shelves didnt have what was suppose to be there. Had other silmiar items spread across the empty spots so the shelve wouldnt look empty. Bathroom doors dont lock or close properly.

Store always seems dirty and drab looking,meat department dont have anyone watching for customers standing in front of counter,when one employee came out ten mins later he had to find another to help cause he said he was new and couldnt help then another customer shows up the other guy comes out and helps second person instead of asking who was first,second person didnt obviously care,so I walked away and left several items in cart, on the way out i could see two employees well having a fling in seats by bakery but yeah I wont be back,my neighbor says this store is notorious for management not caring about nothing and alot of employees gave quit

High prices must be competing with Quick trip and McDonalds..on a positive note they do have self checkout now and the employees are always helpful and polite..

Had some food from the deli today that stuff was amazing definitely suggest it

5 star to John L and the cashier that checked me out during my last visit to Price Chopper of 291/23rd. 0-1 star for the manager on duty on the floor and the one over the cashiers. PC is good for sales. I made a large purchase and needed a box to carry items out, 1st person I asked said they couldnt help b/c I wasnt his area, 2nd person John L looked around for a box, asked the manager, the manager said they didnt have one and proceeded to do what he was doing-stocking shelves,, John L took the time to unbox what he was sticking to allow me to utilize a box to put items in. THANK YOU. 5 stars to the cashier that took the time to check prices on several items that rang up a different price that was advertised on the shelves in several different areas, that asked manager if she could honor the price since stock was placed incorrectly, but was told No, b/c it was already priced at enough discount, even though it was stocked incorrectly. There was a time when that was honored. Not the store I will be giving my $$. I had a similar stocking issue at Hyvee- of which the price advertised was honored. Thank you Hyvee off 23rd who has provided excellent customer service since I have switched.

I have never been more humiliated in my entire life, and then when it was all said and done it was proven that I was 1000% correct in my scanning and what my total was and that I did not, nor have I ever stole or not scan every thing that I have in my cart/bags I didnt get any type of apology.

I like how this store is usually pretty clean and the items are fairly organized. The fresh produce section is quite large too.

Clean, neat and affordable store. Was a little hard to find someone to help me, first time visiting since moving here from Atlanta.

More expensive than Hy-Vee or Walmart market. I go there just for red cream soda in value shop area and stick to just buying ad sale items.

The reason why I gave them a three out of five stars is Im not saying that theyre a bad start they are a good store thats in my area and walking distance thats where I go to the pharmacy is there they do have some good prices when stuffs on sale and and they do have a dollar aisle even that some of the stuff it has went up a few cents they do have a good select of meats some of it is pretty pricey but when they do have a meat sale they do have a good sale on meats. They do have good prices on crawfish tails and catfish nuggets but what you need to do is is compare the prices with the package meat and the fresh meat that you get up at the counter sometimes the package meat can be more pricey then the fresh meet up at the counter same vice versa. This store is good for stuff thats on sale or if you need something quick and you cant get to the other stores that you normally shop at but if youre on a budget or a fixed income and you have to budget your money for the month to be able to eat then youre better off going to places like Aldis, Save-A-Lot and Walmart those are the three cheapest stores that are great for somebody thats on a fixed income that has to budget their money. I am not saying Price chopper is a bad store to go to Im just saying if youre on a fixed income and you need to extremely budget your money so that you would be able to eat for the month unless the steps on sale its not a very budget-friendly store to go to.

You’d think this grocery store is in a third world country as often they are out of stock on items. It’s weird too because you can go to a competitor and find those same products that they are missing.

The lady working at the deli today was soooo rude!!! She was immediately rude to me asking me what I wanted after I had JUST told her. She looked very put out to be helping me and my son out. Like how dare we inconvenience her w our presence. Then I asked if she could thinly slice my turkey and she rolled her eyes!! If you don’t like your job lady don’t work in customer service!! Wow I’ll never be returning they need to train and hire better people there!!

I love the fruit selection! The 10.99 for a already processed fruit, pineapple, grapes, honey melon, cantaloupe, strawberries. Mostly are freash. I buy 1 every trip.

Food was high priced compared to consentinos price chopper. Very dirty in store. Bathrooms need cleaned all over. Every brand of milk had dirt on them. We went on Feb 14 2021. Owner needs to visit OFTEN!

Jennifer out here needing to get fired.Rude as hell. Never going to another Price Chopper again. Which, since theres literally 3 walmarts and 4 hyvees within 10 miles of every Price Chopper, which, btw, has WAAAYYY over inflated prices compared to hyvee; it should be no problem.

I go to this one often because they have a nice big store and I can always find what I need.

This store is closer to us and it is HUGE. They have a lot of gluten free stuff. Yet their “diet” soda and sugar free juices are slim pickens always empty no matter what day I shop. Prefer to not shop here because of this hate stopping multiple places when something is not even on sale!

Great store and great employees. Sweet guy named Kyle came up to me while I was having trouble finding Rotel and showed me where it was and asked me how my day was going. Definitely my go-to grocery store.

They do not care if you purchase stale bulk english toffee chocolates for 13.50. Nothing they can do for you. Basically, its your own fault for expecting fresh product, how dare you!

Usually a great place to go shopping and the customer service is good.Today, the manager failed. Two people who were together were walking around the store without masks and were coughing on the produce, the refrigerator doors, and items in aisles. We told the cashier who looked shocked, and she told her manager. The manager just shrugged.Given the mask ordinance, one would think that they would require masks, particularly of people coughing on their goods

I just left Price Chopper and they are really relaxing there Covid protocol. Enter and exit through the same door, they no longer sanitize the carts and I noticed a couple of people without masks.I’m just as tired of this as the next person. There is no reason to relax now so I hope P C steps up their game

Sadly they have posted that masks are recommended even though they are required.Cashiers wearing masks below their nose. Its a clean store but not talking the virus serious enough for me.

Good hours, good access to liquor during all hours, and a lovely cheap section I have never seen in other grocery stores. A literal corner of the store dedicated to providing cheap options for when times are hard.

Overall a nice slace to shop but the customer service leaves something to be desired. It just takes one person to destroy the reputation of a place. That being said, if you like to be judged by what youre purchasing or if you like being judged because you choose not to donate to a certain charity, then this is the grocery store for you. Fortunately we are the same distance from several different grocery stores so we will not be going to this Price Chopper at 23rd and 291 highway any more.

They NEVER change the food in the deli and it always looks like its been sitting out for days. The salad bar is absolutely disgusting....the soup never changes and when we asked the girl working on the salad bar if they were ever going to change she said no...pretty sad that you cant find any good food in a grocery store!!!!
