We came in on a random Thursday evening and got really lucky that they had a queen sized mattress ready for purchase! We even got a box spring. The older gentleman helping us was so nice and said he is even retired and helps out the store some times! How sweet!

I went to help my mom get a bed, she is very slow and handicapped so it takes time for her to do anything. Trevor was very helpful and didnt make us feel rushed. I have purchased several beds from mattress firm, and will continue to do so in the future since we felt valued and appreciated here. Good job to this company for treating people respectfully!

My experience with this store was excellent. A month ago, I purchased a new mattress and was helped by Cathy. From the start she took her time to answer and address all of my questions and concerns. I was on the fence between two beds. Cathy assured me that if I had any questions, to contact her and she would make sure to help me rectify my issues. I decided I did not like the bed and wanted to exchange it for a new one. Cathy made the exchange process easy and pleasant. She even called to follow up and make sure that I was happy with my choice and that the delivery was smooth.Normally, I am an online shopper, but I would recommend anyone pay a visit to the store, it was a top notch experience.

Both pilloywtoped... foam batting on both retains heat...:( guaranteed sweat bags smh... definitely worth buying a better grade non heat retaining foam... If not look forward to waking up in a pool of sweat every night and morning 😒

Worked with Kathy. She was very sweet and helpful. However, I only chose to finance because she assured me that it would be an installment loan and not a revolving account on my credit. This was not the case. My credit score dropped and now I have to deal with this open line of credit I didn’t want. She also neglected to inform me that I could save some money by giving up the 120 day return option they offer (I would have).However, we really like our mattress and adjustable base. I would recommend doing your fair share of research on the subject and do not finance your purchase.

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm on Presidents Day to simply get a feel for mattresses. Knowing it was the day to buy a mattress we really werent thinking of purchasing. Came in and Jonton set us up with a beautiful king sized bed. They answered all of our questions and gave us room to breathe while we explored which models worked. Unfortunately we were told the adjustable base on sale was a certain model and a more basic one was delivered. They were slightly misleading.
