I got my eye examed i highly recommend them Great stuff very friendly and helpful,my experience was beyond excellent

I called about four eye places around the Indianapolis area and Nora Eye Care was the only one able to fit me in the same week. I was surprised that they were able to fit me in so quickly not to mention the service was excellent. Every safe member was polite and patient as I picked my frames. I would definitely be returning. Best eye place I have visited in Indy.

Highly recommended. Ive been going there for decades. Even through a change in ownership & doctors they have always all been great people, efficient but friendly, excellent care and excellent service.

I cannot thank Nora Eye Care enough! Everyone from the front desk, doctors and technicians are beyond polite and accommodating . Over the years, they have been flexible with my random school scheduling and travels. They have always fit me in for emergencies and last minute appointments if I’m ever back in town. They are always timely and create such a calm atmosphere. If you are looking for an eye doctor look no further!

Wow. Okay so I hadnt used my vision insurance up until this point so when I called to make an appointment I had no idea what I was doing. Michelle answered the phone and was extremely patient and so sweet and guided me through finding out what I had. I called back and made the appointment as soon as i found what insurance I had. Best decision. I have really had the best experiences in this state with the kindness of people.The outside of the facility looks like your standard stale brick building but as soon as you walk in its like a day spa! Its beautiful. Everyone greets you and is smiling and just incredibly sweet natured. Its really weird to say that I had the best time at the eye doctors,but I totally did.Customer service is as high as it gets. Professionalism is top notch.I saw Dr. Cooper. She was wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgeable with great patient doctor communication skills.I had read every review before calling for an appointment and Im truly taken back by anyone that had anything short of a beautiful experience here. Especially with Michelle. Ive never felt so at home, while being so far away from home. Im facing everyone I know that has a need for eye check ups that now they have to go here instead. Theres no other option or reason why anyone should go anywhere else. This place is far above all of your expectations. I am a very happy, satisfied and grateful customer. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience and for the kindness you all show to everyone. This world is a pretty beautiful place knowing that people like that still are around you.

Excluding Michelle, my experience was a positive one. The rest of the staff, including Dr. Cooper, were professional and courteous. However, I evidently was not the type of clientele that Michelle wanted, and she went out of her way to make sure that I knew it.. My glasses, which took two weeks to make and not the five days originally promised, still need to be adjusted, but I will never go back. Dr. Cooper was thorough. She explained the procedures and reasons for them as she performed them. That was appreciated. The prices are a little higher than average.

Ive been here twice now to see Dr. Cooper for my annual eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to and answer all your questions/concerns. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating. They helped me pick out flattering frames too and were honest about the way they looked - I got a great pair and know that I look good. Thanks! Ill be back next year.

I have Google Glass, and wanted to get prescription frames. I was the first customer they had with Google Glass!!I was really excited to hear that Dr. Cristina is certified to handle Google Glass. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the frames.The frames were sent out on a Monday, and I received them the next Monday. I was surprised how quick the process was. Thanks!!
