The salesman, Ryan, was great to work with and not pushy like other companies. He said it would take 10-12 weeks for windows to come in, but they were in in about 4. The installers, Zach and Hank, were great and very nice. They cleaned up all their mess when done. We love our new windows! Thanks Window Man!

Our old house has 3 large floor to ceiling windows that, over the past 60 years, failed and were so cloudy we couldnt see our backyard. Ben came out, looked at our situation and gave us a very affordable price. Donald and Jake did the installation and were very quick, professional and pleased to answer all our questions. The results are stunning, almost as if theres no glass there at all! We also ordered 2 exterior doors with storm doors, and were excited to get those installed when theyre ready. Aside from being able to enjoy the view, were looking forward to the energy savings from the windows and doors. Thanks Window Man. Youre our replacement window hero!

We love our new front door. Hank and Jake did a fantastic job with installation. They were courteous and efficient. The door was installed in about two hours. Please ignore the deadbolt we have a new one being installed.

Wow! I didnt realize how great having the flashing put around our Windows and door would look! Donald and Jake rocked it! Despite it being cold and rainy they stuck it out and did an amazing job. They were super nice and professional. I highly recommend!

Window man does not use contractors for installation which makes the process so much faster and the quality of work superior. I found a cheaper place but chose window man because they could get the job done much quicker for just a lil more. It only took 4 weeks from the first phone call to get a quote until windows were installed. Thank you sooo much guys and gals at window man, you are the best.

We were originally advised a 14-16 week wait for the windows; however they arrived in about 4 weeks. The installers Zachary and Donald were great. Hard-working, knowledgeable, and considerate. Update on previous Review- We had windows and gutters installed in the spring (see review below) We loved the experience so much that we ordered a new back door and had another window wrapped. Mike, our rep, had made some suggestions when I was picking out door features. Thanks Mike, we LOVE it! Zack came and installed the door today and to wrap the window. I dont want to leave the girls in the office out, they are on the ball and keep things rolling smoothly. Again, A++ across the board. Wish you guys did skylights!The quality of customer service in all aspects was outstanding. Very happy with the quality of the product as well. The hardest part was waiting on the windows to arrive. We ordered in April and they were installed in around first of July. Probably pretty common, I dont know, first time to buy windows. The installers both for the gutters and the windows were very impressive. Hard working and did not take breaks! Not even a lunch break! A few things I pointed out were fixed immediately on the spot and without question. I felt like the jobs were done in a timely manner, without being rushed and with attention to detail. Seriously, Im pretty picky and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations across the board. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this company!

Our home needed all new windows when we moved in. Window Man had reasonable prices and the installers were efficient and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

They have had my deposit since Feb and have made zero attempts to inform me about what is going on with my windows despite numerous promises of follow up phone calls that haven’t happened. It’s now June and still not one call to update me on what is going on. So if you want a responsive company who cares about all their customers I’m going to have to suggest you go elsewhere. I will update this if and when I ever get my windows. So to update my review and to clarify. I wasn’t upset about how long they were taking I was upset about the lack of communication around it. My sales person left which I think triggered a less than stellar start for me. I will say they did sincerely apologize for that and have worked to make it right. Which is honestly more than I expected so I do truly believe they will treat their customers well I just had a wonky experience. That said the windows have arrive and were installed. The installers were extremely professional and have done a great job, and my windows look amazing!!! I would recommend this company not because it was a perfect experience but because they owned the mistake, apologized and have gone out of their way to show what I believe is their normally high level of customer service.

I am on a tight budget but needed a window replaced because of leakage and decided to replace all 3 of my front windows so they matched. After several very high estimates I called Window Man and was pleasantly surprised with their price. I accepted the estimate and I was told that my windows would take 10 weeks but after 3 weeks they came in and are now installed and I am so very pleased with them and the great service from the main office to the installer. Today we had Window Man come out. My wife was home and let the installer in. Zach the installer did an amazing job replacing our old basement windows. We are very happy with the install. It did take a while for them to come out to do the install, but it makes since because they do such a great job!!!Update, I missed the installer cause I was working, but he even called me in the evening to make sure I did not have any questions...This company is on the next level with customer service. My Dining room was dark and felt cave like. I had a new window installed. Though it was a bit scary to see a hole in my wall, the end result was perfect. Love the new window. Everyone did a great job, from sales, office support and installers.

Rance and his team did a great job from the start of the very first phone call to the completion of the egress window they installed. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had them remove an existing window in our basement and install a code-compliant egress window/window well. They arrived on time and worked diligently until they completed the installation. I appreciated how they respected my property by rolling out wrestling mats to try and minimize the damage to the yard from the heavy machinery. They also took their shoes off every time they came in the house and needed to go into the basement. All in all, they completed the project in less than a day of work, were very professional in the process, and the project turned out great! I had trouble with windows not locking. They just looked at windows and complained about the quality and said I must replace all 5. $3000 quote. Had another company come the next day and the guy just pushed up on the sash and got them to close fine, was quoted simple replacement of window balance.

Perfection! The salesman Steve, great guy, knowable, and worked with me on picking out the style and colors of my windows . Then the OWNER came to my house and measured all 16 windows 2 side doors and 2 French doors . A few weeks later the best crew came and did an 2 day install . A great job was done by all. So this all took place last July . My house was so warm this winter and bills were low, so far this summer has been a cool retreat . The outside of the house is fresh and updated. If you want something done right, get the pros. Window Man came in way lower than the other guys . Thanks to the Window Man Team I am a warm bug in the winter and a cool cat in the summer.

I called after-hours and the owner answered the phone personally on a Friday evening and set an appointment with me to install new windows in my home. He was able to come out the next day. I work nights so it was wonderful to have my call answered by the head honcho who took care of business without me having to leave message for a call back.

To begin with, I have two large picture windows one is 16ft. the other is 8ft. I knew the size of the windows would not be easy and would provide a bit of a challenge. I contacted a total of six companies to come to my home and provide a visual inspection. Some of the companies insisted that I myself and my wife must both be present, Or they will not come out to perform the visual inspection. I called Window Man and spoke with Holly and Brandy. I was amazed at how easy they Made setting the appointment, they provided a date and an arrival time of between 8am -10am On The date of the appointment at 8am. I received a call from Steve; he informed he would arrive at 9am. I am very impressed with Steve he was punctual arrived at 9am as promised. He got straight to the point. No Propagandas. No long sales speech. He took measurements, Spent time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. I received my estimate in a timely fashion within 48 hours. It was emailed to me for consideration and review. It was fast and easy and the price was within the budget that I had set. I decide to hire Window Man. They told me it would be 4-5 weeks before windows would be ready. Just prior to Christmas I received the call the windows are ready. We set up a date for insulation with crew to arrive between 8am -9.30 am. Insulation day, the crew arrived promptly at 9.30am. I was greeted by a crew of five and introduced to each individual member. Ellis, Dakota, Robert, Josh, Ellis Jr. They immediately got to work. We offered them coffee but they would not touch it until they had completed 4 hours of work. The crew was dressed professional, well mannered, well-spoken and truly hard working. We felt very comfortable with the crew and the decision we made to hire the company. I would highly Window Man if you are looking for a competitive price, quality product and top notch professional from the office staff to the estimator to installers.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that the quality of work that was done deserves a review.I contacted Window Man to have some windows installed. When I called the office the person on the phone made me feel that she cared about what she was doing, and she felt strongly about the company she worked for. After scheduling an appointment I met the salesman and again I felt that he cared. We started with a couple windows and soon they had installed new windows and doors throughout the house. Now it was time to address the siding and again we called Window Man. We wanted to do the house two sides at a time, and they were more than helpful in accommodating our wishes. Now that it is completed, I am very happy with the work and the people who were in evolved with the entire jobs.Wonder who I will call when the roof needs done.

The end result was great. The windows were installed correctly in 1 day, they all look and work perfect. We are very satisfied with the actual windows themselves.Although everyone we spoke to was extremely nice, we always had a feeling that we didnt exactly know what was going on. And spent most of our time crossing our fingers and hoping that everything worked out. Our questions and concerns were typically dealt with in a timely and professional manner, and yet it always felt slightly off. Until the windows were actually in we were a little nervous about the end result. Fortunately, they turned out wonderful.There is a bit of lead time for them to make the windows, and they are upfront with that time, so expect 5-7 weeks till installation. What they neglected to tell us was that it takes an additional 2 to 3 weeks if we have tempered glass windows. We were disappointed to hear of the additional wait time when we called to check in at 7 weeks, especially since we didnt even know some of our windows would be tempered glass. But once the windows were in, they were scheduled to install that week which was nice.Overall, it wasnt a bad experience. We wouldnt be opposed to recommending Window Man to others, but we would mention that we felt like we were never 100% on what was going on. This is our 1st time hiring to install new windows, so we do not have anything to compare them to. We would give them a solid 8/10.

Ive dealt with Joe Daniels for several times and referred him to many of my customers. Window Man has provided exclent customer service and advice to my customers and myself that has been honest. I feel integrity is their top priority! Give them a chance they wont disappoint!

The owner, Rance, could care less about customer complaints and issues with a job. If the salesman didnt write something down then it was never discussed apparently. He also doesnt stand by an estimate given by his sales people...They gave me 2 estimates, 1 of which I agreed to (and was already fully financed for) and the owner would not honor it. He came to measure for the job and disagreed with the estimate, instead of honoring it like any business would, he refused to do 1/2 the quoted job. Terrible way to do business!!!

Just call American window and door. These guys just order through them and up charge. They also forget to order things and blame it on the manufacturer. Then make you call the manufacturer to arrange install. They are a step above window world.. thats about their best attribute

I called Windowman to have only 2 windows replaced in our family room. We had previously called another company that wanted to charge around 1500 a window!! I was already over budget on my remodel, so I was concerned I couldnt get the windows replaced. An estimator came out to quote me and I was surprised that the two windows could be done for such a fair price, that was way less expensive than the previous quote! I did have to wait about 4 weeks for the new windows, as each window is made to order. The guys came out, ripped out the old ones, installed the new windows and cleaned up all the mess! Such a great experience. The only reason I know they were there is the fact I have two brand new, high quality windows, that look amazing in my newly remodeled room!

Salesman was great

These are very unprofessional and hard to work with people. They gave me estimates for a couple of my rentals that were vacant at the time and had lockboxes. Then we signed the contracts and they were paid 1/2 of the total price. A few days later they surprised me by saying that they needed to do the final measurements for they didnt do that when they came to do the estimates. At that time the properties were already rented and the lockboxes removed so I provided the company with contact numbers for the tenants. After that I hadnt heard from them for three weeks so I assumed that they were just waiting on the manufacturer. Finally, I called them and all of a sudden I was told that they decided to cancel the order some weeks ago without even letting me know. To really make clowns of themselves they wanted to blame me for having my voicemail full (not the case). Somehow it didnt appear to them that they couldve sent me an email or a text as they did before. They didnt even bother to refund the downpayment money right away. Needless to say that I wont be dealing with this company in the future nor would I recommend it to anyone.
