Ordered online, picked up in store. Worked pretty well overall.Staff was courteous and got to me quickly.
Service was poor. The ladies on duty was more interested in the Pizza that they ordered than servicing the customer. Attitudes were not good and language was offensive. No known knowledge of products needed.
Dominique and Ally (if thats even her real name) were beyond rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Maybe if she spent more time learning how to use the computer system instead of worrying about her fake eyelashes shed have better customer service skills. I asked for 2 receipts- one for me and one for my customer. Ally ignored my request, only bringing me one receipt, and then tells me they dont have a printer- then Dominique not only followed me out of the store berating me, but also had the nerve to call my commercial number and make threats. This store needs new management and a new weekend crew. Ill never step foot in this store again and will happily drive 100 extra feet to oreilys.
I spent the better part of a day trying to get an ac system fixed. I went to OReilly and autozone, and they put minimal effort into finding the proper high side ac service port. After buying a universal kit from OReilly that ended up not fitting because the threads were too small, i finally went to advance. The man behind the counter kept asking questions, and checking inventory in the back until he found the correct parts for the specific vehicle I was working on. Bravo, sir. Everyone else sent me away, saying this is all we have, but advance persisted until they found the right part, that fixed the problem. I highly recommend this advance auto!
Meh. Just an AutoZone in a button-down and khakis.

This store does not honor online pricing and is more than happy to give you a runaround for simple items. With an OReilly right next door, you would think this location would really have its act together. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service! I came for a new battery installation and the staff was very helpful and efficient, even though it was an unusually difficult installation due to excessively high amounts of corrosion on my battery terminal.
When you must have a part immediately this is the place, otherwise you can get a lower price and larger selection on the internet

So the employees here are very helpful and personable, but the same cannot be said for management. In particular, this is directed towards someone in management from this store who drives a white truck, has darker hair and is on the older side. Me and my brother went to Advanced Auto Parts recycling oil (aka making you a profit) when this person intentionally backs his truck unreasonably close to our car blocking the driver from getting in. He walks out nonchalantly and would have walked right passed me until I address why he is so close. He addresses me with an attitude that I should park upfront and when I inform that we are dropping off oil he responds very much irritated that he has nothing better to do. Which I agree with if he takes the time to be so petty as to block off someone from their car and throw a fit. Quite frankly I dont care if you have had a bad day be a manager that this establishment can be proud of not one that brings its name down.

I like it here. Close to home. Could have saved me a trip if the sales person would have listen to me. Overall though nice people. Understand that customers drive their car everyday they know what they are talking about, listen to them. With or without the computers they look at they have to listen to the customer with an issue or just making a purchase. Thanks for being there for my needs, questions, dumb moments, time and my deepest concerns. 😁 Josh I think his name is is very helpful. You can tell he been working a while, he knows most things. Thats who gets called on when the sales associate needs assistance. Conversation is great here. One guy D is pretty easy to talk to. Down to Earth he is. We all are human. Sometimes we need a little help. Help is what I get and I appreciate it very much so. The location is right off st Andrews. Pretty convenient and easy to get in and out. Dont even spend much time in there. Expect pricey it is an auto parts store. Stop by and have a chat. You never know what you can learn. Everyday is a learning experience. Thanks guys

Friendly staff. Courteous and helpful. Installed my battery . Battery was under the hood. It may be against policy to install inside the passenger compartment. The battery I purchased was the same as I had removed. A 2 year battery lasted nearly 7 years. Missed it by one month.
Ive never had a bad experience at an advance. The guys here are all so nice and so helpful. Today, one of them spent some of his personal time to help me fix my car, the best customer service ever.

Been doing business with them for 30 years. Spent $230 on an Optima battery, Clerk refused to install it. Seemed like he just did not want to. Store was empty otherwise. I went to OReillys down the street where they were happy to help.

I bought a battery with a three year warranty and is very weak so went to have it looked at. I was told that the warranty is not valid until it totally crashes. I asked what I’m to do if I’m out of town and it will not work and I received shrug of the shoulders. So she took the battery inside to see if it would take a charge and the charge would take 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I went in the store to see how it was charging and was told it was hooked up incorrectly and it would take another 30 minutes to check out. By now I’m not very happy and let them know that, they could care less. I would never go back in that store, all employees had an attitude of they don’t give a damn..

I took my battery by tolet them to tell me which one i needed. I went back home and ordered it online to save 25%. Ordered the battery that they wrote down for me. Exact one. I picked it up got it home to find it was too large. I returned it to the store I spok witj Rick. He diff not seem happy. I then explained and showed him picture of another battery, he went and got that one and said see this is bigger . Which the one i had was already too big. Anyway bottom line he told me he would refund me to get me out of store. I left in tears. I will no longer do any business with Advance.

Sunday hours do not match the Advance website, and they close early anyway. Buy online/pickup in store is always a crapshoot because they dont get it ready or notify you if they do.
