Went today around 2:30PM to have a hydraulic hose made. After waiting 20 minutes for the guy that waited on me to finish his salad and crossword puzzle, I left!! He could have told me he was on lunch break and I could have come back later. He was definitely more interested in finishing the crossword puzzle as he was in no hurry to help me!

The absolute best parts store in the area. Second to none in knowledge and service.

So thankful to Tony Rodgers @ Irmo Carquest for helping me get a battery for my car. The took am amp reading of my current battery and let me know what my options were. He was honest and did not talk down to me or try to sell me what I didnt need. I got a new battery and jumper cable for less than the cost of a battery elsewhere.

This place is awesome. Needed a stupid little part I never even knew existed until it broke, and caused my brake lights to remain on and drain my battery. So, searched online chain stores. Shows in stock on the computer. Call the chain store, Yeah, it says we have it in, but I cant find it. Called three different stores. All showed in stock on the computer, all said they had it in stock, no one could find it.So, I found this place. Walked in the store, guy greets me as soon I walk in. Asks what I need. I give him the part number and he says, Yup. I just got this in and stocked it on Saturday. Hold on. Walks over, grabs the part, and bam! Done.Dont mess with other places where people dont know what they are selling. Just go here. Dude knows whats up. 5 Stars.
