FUEL PUMP! AMAZING TOP NOTCH HONEST SHOP! My 8yr old daughter and I were stranded while driving back to Florida from SC last week with our car stalling out repeatedly in dangerous situations. These guys looked at my car ALL day attempting to figure it out but we’re unable to 100% say for sure it was the fuel pump. They didn’t want me to throw away almost $2,000... They charged me NOTHING for that! I called the next day from hotel and told them to just do the fuel pump. They traveled to GA to pick it up 3hrs away each way and still we’re able to have it ready to go before 4pm!! If it wasn’t for this shop and these honest guys, my daughter and I would not have made it back home. I am SO grateful to have stumbled upon them in our time of need. They didn’t take advantage of us and truly wanted to help. Yes it cost me a lot to put the pump in but the car has been great since!! Thank JS so much guys

This is an amazing place to go no matter what you need done to your vehicle. I had quite a few things wrong, and the team was able to explain what was going on and what they could do to fix it. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - and they had my car good to go within an hour. Would recommend to anyone.

Pulled up 5 minutes till close with a dead cell phone and a serious vehicle issue, really leaving me in a bad spot. Guys at the shop went out of their way to help me get my truck fixed and get me back on the road. The guys that work here are awesome and I would strongly recommend their services.

Been here a few times over the past couple of years for oil change service. Always do a good job. They have never tried to upsell me on anything I didnt need. My air filter was dirty which they showed me and replaced it. Service is friendly and consistent. The office and shop area are clean, neat, and organized. The oil change and check are done in a timely manner. Through my experiences here I would suggest using their services.

They referred me to Walter at the Broad River store for some additional service and he was the best. If you want to know the truth about your vehicle and no patch work go to these guys. Precision Tune destroyed most of my lug nut caps during a wheel balance job. Will not honor their advertised $14.99 oil change, they tried to charge me $35 because I have a special oil filter. Thats amazing considering my GM vehicle has been in production since the 70s. I offered to bring in my own filter, they say that will save me $3. Please change your bright flashing roadside sign to: Dont Come Here, We Are Liars and Will Destroy Your Car For A Fee! There Is No $14.99 Oil Change Here. Wish I could leave zero stars.

These guys are pretty good for a chain store. Quick service times and reasonable prices for small stuff. The staff are friendly, and theyve never tried to oversell me.

The guys here at precision tune auto care on Lake Murray Boulevard do a great job, they keep the shop clean and organized, get you in and out quick while still maintaining quality work, the whole staff was very helpful answering any questions I had but Nate went the extra mile and came in to ask if I wanted the rubber drain plug gasket that was on there or if I wanted a metal crush washer which in my opinion is much better when it comes to sealing the drain hole, thanks again for the great service!

Poor Workmanship & Lack of Attention to Detail:I took my Chevy Malibu in to to get a headlight fixed that had gone bad. My car is an older model & requires the bumper to be removed (really annoying) so I understand that it requires more work/labor time for the shop to fix it. HOWEVER, they only replaced one of the headlights, so the other went out shortly afterwards, leaving me in the same situation. When they removed the bumper they threw away a lot of the bumper screws instead of putting them back on my car.I assume they didn’t know that my dad is an engineer & would notice.Don’t take your car here especially if you are a college aged-girl like myself, you may get taken advantage of.

Took my car on a Saturday .Asked to check for sound that I heard.See guy putting oil in .Which I had just had oil changed a week ago.Never check for sound .Later told me price of oil change wen I asked about sound was told it was wheel bearings .WENT back to get car fixed by appt.two days later to be told part wasnt in after changing entire day.Went to another place only to find out I needed 2 tires.NO WHEEL BEARING WAS VERY UPSET AND THINK I WAS GETTING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF...SADDDDDDD

Manager is incompetent. I didnt just walk in off of the farm. He tries to rip you off. Save yourself time and money and go to precision care in Lexington and see Daryl. Super nice guy, and genuine. Will also work with you on price.

Awesome customer service. Was in from out of town and using my sisiters car. Check tire pressure light was on and i couldnt find air machine with gauge. Got me right in checked and aired tires up. No charge! Thank you sir!

They did a transmission fluid change on my 2013 Challenger, took 3.5 hours, left the fill plate lying on my engine, and tools left in engine compartment. I saw my hood wasnt fitting right when I got home. Good thing I looked!

So I never usually leave reviews, but from now on I will only go to these guys. The amount of work they performed on my vehicle under a tight time crunch was amazing. I was leaving to go on a 2000+ mile trip for Christmas and realized I needed all new suspension; rack and pinion, tie rods, control arms, struts, spark plugs, ball joints, you name it. Power steering fluid destroyed every bushing on the front end of my Lexus. Other shops wanted to charge me outrageous amounts of labor due to my time crunch and the fact that it was a Lexus, but this great group of guys at Precision in Irmo were MORE than fair and had parts ordered, in stock, and installed on my car in time to make my trip. Well, Ive managed to put almost 3000 miles already on the new front end, through the mountains, over the ridiculous pot holes in Indiana and Chicago, then back again, everything is still holding up Great. Very impressed with these guys. I would not listen to any previous reviews about this place. They may have had a rough start a few years ago, but I assure you they now operate as a well oiled machine. If you need work done on your car I would HIGHLY recommend Precision in Irmo off Lake Murray.

CLUELESS PEOPLE!!!!!! they over tighten my lugs and now they cant get them off!!! now what!! they told me sorry... what a joke and to boot they forgot to take my lug cover off F150 and put the socket on the plastic cover and tore if to pieces on two lug covers...DONT EVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE... its full of idiots.... im not kidding!

They gave me excellent customer service explained and showed me what they were fixing.Took the old part off and compared it to the new part in front of me.Id recommend them
