I cannot say enough good things about the way Omar treated me at Fashion Interiors! I had purchased a large Hunter Douglas honeycomb shade from a homeowner who was renovating, and it just recently had a failure in the lifting mechanism. Omar set me up with Hunter Douglas factory parts shipped directly to my house for no charge, and my shade is now back working like new. Check this place out for all your window covering needs!

She also asked the right questions & made an appointment for the the designer consultant to come to our home. Ruth was very nice & professional. I’m so happy I went with Fashion Interiors to get my window shades. Ruth was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond whenever I had any questions. And they have a beautiful show room with so many window covering options. It took about a month after I ordered the shades, to get them made and installed. But it’s totally worth the wait. The Installation process was super quick. And the installation guy was super friendly and funny. I’m in love with the new shades I’m very satisfied with my experience with them.

I was referred to fashion interiors by a neighbor that recently had some shades installed. I spoke briefly with one of their project managers, Omar outside my neighbors following their install and he had the office call me within minutes to set up an appointment. They were very quick to come out to meet with us, Anthony was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I will be referring this company to my friends and family and using them again in the spring for the rest of our home.

Just recently had Sliding Door Plantation Shutters. They did an exceptional job and absolutely love the shutters. A little pricey but they are high quality shutters. The two guys that came out were fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.

Dont waste your time here. Do not keep their promises. Owner is as bad. They do not return your calls. I had to drive in and collect my material! I would give a Zero star if I could. Plenty of other reliable and trustworthy such businesses in the neighborhood to provide better services.

Love the shades, little bit pricey but happy overall

Bought a Hunter Douglas Pirouette shade for the window in our Master Bedroom. Including installation the price was over $1,600 ... A $1,600+ disaster !!! First, the person who came over to measure played “so safe” that the headrail is over half-an-inch too short. Therefore, this “room darkening” shade fails to live up to its claim, leaving big gaps letting in a lot of light. Secondly, the Installer put the headrail so close to window that the shade bumped against the “lip” where the locks are located every time I raised or lowered the shade. Yes, he came back and reinstalled .... made no difference in keeping more light out since the window was not measured correctly.A waste of a beautiful AND Very Expensive product with incompetent people handling!!!Updated posting 10/14/2019 ... our experience with this outfit was like watching a Fiasco performed by the following Cast, in Order of Appearance:1. The Showroom Manager, aka the Blond B———— (refer to their photo posted). Later we learned from her coworker Anthony that she had only “one year of experience in the industry.”2. Anthony who must have brought with him the Tape Measure he obtained during his visit to the Land of the Lilliputians ... he came up short by 5/8 of an inch in the width measurement of our window.3. The Installer who forgot to put his eyeglasses on before doing his job. (Refer to above how the shade was installed too close to the window ....)4. Omar, in charge of Customer Service, was the only one who played his role “professionally.”5. VP “Pass the Buck” Marjan was kind enough 😮 to contact Hunter Douglas on our behalf 😴 regarding the problem of the “shade and its gaps.” HD came back with their answer that the shade was made correctly to the measurements given them ... No Surprise there. We wanted FI NOT HD to give us partial refund (to apply toward the drapery panels we discussed as a solution to the “gaps.”)We have bought other HD products over the past 20 years for 3 previous homes ... Luminette, Silhouette and Vertical Blinds. Everyone of them had Headrails that went from TOP edge to TOP edge of the window casing. Yet, three of FI staff wasted my time explaining how HD always make adjustments/deductions to measurements given them to ensure correct fit. This is only common sense.The measurement Anthony submitted to HD was the width of the window at the BOTTOM = right above the window sill ... and of course, HD made their adjustment which resulted in a headrail shorter by over 5/8 of an inch.Anthony must have expected the headrail to be installed at BOTTOM of the window casing, right on top of the window sill !!!
