A bit on the pricy side but it is a convenience fee for people who live nearby and need to run and grab fresh produce or something for their meal without having to go to the grocery store.Their lunch stuff is great and nearly everything we tried was delicious.Parking is challenging sometimes during lunch rush in the week, so beware if that. Parking nearly impossible in general at the village or the park, unless you live there and pay the price for their spots…More of a place to go to for those working in the area who can walk here but want to change it up from the spectrum options.Bathroom available for paying customers.

Never get the Reuben. Way over priced and it’s just one thin slice of dried meat drowning in mustard and thousand island on white bread. Not a true Ruben. Sadly disappointed since I really enjoy going here.

Just had one of the best kebabs I have ever eaten in my life! They did a great job cooking both chicken and salmon! They were juicy and tender! I will definitely go back again! Based on what I heard they only have Kebabs on Thursday and Friday and have Taco on Tuesday!

WOW!!! I went to the Village Market wanting a roast beef sandwich completely different than what I got. If I got what I wanted it would have been good but not as excellent as what I was given. I wish I would have gotten the cooks name but when I told him what I wanted he had this look like “Got it”. He asked me if I wanted everything on it and I’m not going to lie I didn’t know what came on it but I was like yes. I have read the reviews on how amazing the food was. That being said I had to just follow the chefs lead. I would have just asked for the sandwich but when he said “fries?” thank God I said yes. Probably the best freaking fries I have had in a while. Everyone were so nice and you just got a vibe from the place that I feel like a lot of places are missing these days. Perfection at its best.P.S: I have to give the cook a shout out because he handled my order and several others and I was in and out the door in 5 mins. I go to Ralph’s deli or any other sandwich place and I’m waiting over 5 mins. If you see a negative review, ignore it and experience it for yourselves.

I really love Irvine valley ranch market and its cool where its located right there in the corner shopping center off of University and Irvine avenue right near John Wayne airport however their prices are a little on the high side for most things you can find a few hidden gems here in there and alcohol prices are decent. overall recommended but not great if youre on a budget.

Great grocery and fresh food market with many International foods. This is not a bargain store, but rather, a high-end Whole Foods/Trader Joes carefully curated for the well to do professional workers who live around the Village, Park etc. apartments. Pizza is fresh, and fresh dinner w 2 sides around 5pm is the best deal around. Super liquor store as well. Kebabs Thurs and Fri night. Great community.

A perfect market in the middle of Village Apartment Homes across Irvine Spectrum. Dont miss their Kabob nights (Tuesdays and Fridays I think). Also, they serve hot and cold lunch and dinner for less than $10 and the market has both American as well as ethnic produce and food. You dont need to live there to take advantage of what this market has to offer...

It serves its purpose of being a hyper convenient one-stop shop for nearby residents, including having a stocked deli of prepared food to bring home. All eclipsed by the insane prices.

Regardless that their prices are twice the price in other stores, they also manipulate the prices of the products, as they put a price on the shelf that is completely different from the price you will pay at the cashier. This thing happened more than once

Great food, a little pricey, but the great food makes up for it. They do specials almost every night. Kabob night is my favorite. They grill the salmon, chicken, and beef on a open fire BBQ right outside in front of the store. Great portion size and fresh food. They also started serving fresh sushi made in house daily. Perfect for a quick stop to grab a few things or a bite to eat. They carry a little bit of everything.

Love the convenience of this market, super helpful when we have forgotten something at the market for a recipe or for a quick snack. Prices can be higher for some items and it would be nice to have them stay open later on the weekend, hence 4 stars. Definitely check out the kebabs on Friday nights!

The staff is pretty great. Of course everything is over priced but they have amazing options and I’m happy to pay for the convenience. Since the population in this area is diverse they have a lot of international products. Their deli is ok. I love their veggie pizza, it’s piled with veggies, and their breakfast burritos. It’s really nice to have right here. I do wish the smokers outside wouldn’t camp there and smoke all night but honestly that really has nothing to do with this market.

This place is a thief. They are thieves, they take the money and don’t give you the product.STAY AWAY AND DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIEVES LIKE THIS STORE AND ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE!I placed an order on DoorDash and 45 minutes later I get a call that when I placed my order their kitchen was closed, so they cancelled my order and I will need to contact door dash to get my money back.So the workers couldn’t call me when the order was placed, instead they waited until the doordash driver got there to call me to say that they will not be getting my order.Terrible business practice, I hope your doors close soon as people start to realize what a thief this store is.

Friendly staff, delicious deli food (premade meals are decent, made to order meals are bomb), nice wine selection, decent but limited beer selection, pretty solid liquor selection, stocked with basic necessities (ie; first aid products such as: qtips, cotton balls, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, gauze, neosporin, bandaids, etc.; household cleaning supplies such as: spray and liquid glass/all purpose/stovetop/bathroom/floor/ect. cleaners + paper towels, sponges, brillo pads, swiffer refills, microfiber towels, etc.; personal hygiene products such as: toothpastes, toothbrushes, mouthwashes, bodywash, hand and body soaps, hair brushes and ties, bobbypins, a few different kinds of shampoos and conditioners, hairspray, razors, shaving cream, nail clippers and emery boards, polosh remover, feminine care, etc.; paper/plastic plates, cups and cutlery, napkins; pet food: wet/dry for both dogs and cats -- though admittedly poor and very limited selection; food storage & bakeware items such as: single use cooking/grilling pans, charcoal, lighter fluid, handheld or bbq lighters, tinfoil/parchment/wax paper/clingwrap/etc.; basic household use items like: scissors, screwdrivers, rubber bands, etc.); pretty solid candy selection, solid cheese selection, ample fresh fruits, fair yet small selection of groceries varying from snack items to various cultural staples.. all in all, a pretty great little market with an impressive selection in relation to its size. again: deli made to order meals are FANTASTIC-- oh, and THEY DELIVER TO RESIDENTS FOR FREE YALL. THATS WHATS UP.ps: i do have a life, im just avoiding my responsibilities by writing such a ridiculously long description of a place im not even employed by.cheers!

This market is amazing, they are always welcoming. Great for a quick, healthy & home cooked meal. Always accommodating to any specific needs you may have. As an Aussie, its nice to have a fantastic selection of treats from home too (Cadbury Crunchies are my favourite), I love that they import some of their items to provide a wider selection of products than the average market. If theres something you need for a recipe, theyre always willing to help you out too. The head chef once gave me a cup of Chipotle Chillis for free when I asked if they stocked it, because they didnt have it on the shelves but he had some out back. Super nice, youre an instant member of the family when you walk in the door.

The staff of the Village Market act rude in general, and that makes customers feel bad. Their behavior towards the customers is disrespectful and even arrogant. Thus there is a lot to do with improving the service. The grocery takes advantage of its position as the only market in the neighborhood by keeping its prices high, the shelves empty and selection poor.
