Selection is fare, be careful with expectation codes some maybe short. Most produce very short on freshness and not always a bargain. The best advice, check your codes.Good helpful staff, good variety of frozen food. Store always clean and orderly.

Its a good add to whatever your primary grocery store might be, particularly for snacks, drinks and frozen stuff. Id not roll the dice on short dated dairy, produce, etc personally and the other offerings are kinda random, but generally follow what youd find in a weird Vons.

Although a lot of the frozen fruit I buy at great prices is from Mexico it is sound. For example a 48 oz bag of organic blueberries or a huge bag of frozen mango pieces for mothers a.m. drinks, runs from 8.99 to 9.99 and if i were to get that at a name grocery store elsewhere I would only get a third of that amount for the same price. I got a bag of tomatoes on the vine for under 4.00 and a huge amount ( 3 lbs) sealed in a clear plastic container. Yes they were from Mexico but very clean on the outside, healthy appearance and very delicious. I got two of those. Pre-made salads at a great price and fresh. Good size bags. Pretty tupperware at low prices. 14 pieces variety of sizes for 9.99. Sugar free variety of ice creams and non dairy sugar free at low....prices. Last of all I keep getting dish gloves which are a great bargain and their scrubbing items for dish washing. Youve got to check it out. No customer service but same people all the time. Not crowded.

This forsure is pbly the best grocery outlet I have been to . Clean and definitely much more of a selection in literally almost everything 🙌 thats a big plus. Definitely stop by if your in the area.

Great place to pickup birthday cards for $0.99. Usually the packaged foods are great deals but check the expiration dates. The snacks and candy items are a great deal especially before going to the movies or to put on yogurt from Yogurt Land.

Great selection pf produce with half price cost

Great prices but buyer BEWARE: a lot of the items sold here are cheap for a reason. They sell brand names at prices that often rival and or beat Walmart.However a lot of what they sell here is already EXPIRED. That extends past food: Ive seen 3 month old soaps and detergents sitting on their counters. As long as you check the date on what youre buying you shouldnt have too much trouble finding a deal.To their credit they also sell a good number of miscellaneous items like magnifying glasses, kids toys, light bulbs, and other knick knacks. Come here to explore, just dont be disappointed if what you wanted to buy turns out to be past its time.

11/9/20- I bought 2 packs of Kodak battery last month and none of them worked more than 2-3 hours, I tried to return these junk battery, but they dont have a return policy because of Covid19 and at this moment many stores accepting return, but I stock with this junks. They should be responsible for their items quality and shouldnt sell defect or junk item if they dont have return policy.

This place has the best prices by far. Its worth going to before your normal market trip. Their prices helped me keep food on the table when I was struggling and for that they have a loyal customer.

Went to shop two months ago, fruits & other items price were fair.asked to use the bathroom were told closed. All other places keep theirbathrooms opened through out. Bathroom should be avail for customersduring business hrs.

Getting better every day!When they opened, they started with an awesome hoopla. (Employees tumbling over each other, feather duster in hand…) That enthusiasm faded quickly and was replaced by a profound lack of merchandise.Then the management changed and slowly but very steadily the shelves filled up again.The staff replaced the “overworked and underpaid” look with smiles on their faces, and things seem to be “on the up”.Conclusion:Although it makes me sad that I may not be able to get what I want, when I want it, (Don’t expect to find the same brand of yogurt tomorrow, just because you bought it today.)To expect this kind of consistency would be unreasonable, this is no VONS.But once I adjust my expectations accordingly and view my excursions to my Grocery Outlet as an adventure and a hunt, I find this to be a “Staple” for my grocery shopping.I start shopping at Grocery outlet and “fill in” the things that I can’t get here, at TJ’s.Most of the staff is great, some are fantastic.(Thank you Arielle for your wine recommendations)

This is my favorite grocery store!!! They always have many great deals, I feel like having fun of finding hidden treasures or something. Sorry I forgot to bring my phone, I can’t post photos. Many variety of choices, especially organic foods. I’ll definitely post some pictures anytime soon!

Great place great items Ive been here since it has opened. Really nice cashiers. All the prices are all really low but all good things. You can get 42 ounces of arizona iced tea for a dollar. Overall great place and i go here like 2 times a week with my friends.

Two employees wearing mask well below their nose. Could not find a manager to let them know. This is a big problem. They are not enforcing masks for their employees.

This place is great l. Though selection is limited, the prices are good. They have a good selection of organic and gluten free items. Good place for groceries shopping.

It has some nice good quality items such as premium dark chocolate, organic sprouted seeds, coconut butter, and energy bars at low prices. These items are not stocked regularly (similar in concept to TJ Maxx). The regular produce and many items are about same price or higher price than Sprouts and Wholesome (both in Irvine). Grocery Outlet store is clean and staff is helpful. I visit it about once a month.

This is a nice little store. They have a friendly staff. The store is clean and pretty well organized. The inventory at this location isnt as diverse as other locations. For the basics it works.

Cheap food

Very unhappy.. Woman owner was extremely rude to me. The complaint i have is that the prices are not accurately set. This has happened more than once to me in this store. The owner ARGUED with me that because they are a discount store product isnt in a set place on the shelves...So i have had to be careful when picking things out. Because the price maybe what it says on the shelf...You go to ring it up and it comes up a higher price..I spend a LOT of money at this location.. I guess I wont be returning... No stars for this place..Ill have to find a better place to go with a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff and owners. PS Out of curiosity if you are an upstart business shouldnt the customer be treated with a little more care?

I shop here from time to time & would go back more often if the employees had better customer service skills. Also the shopping carts are always left in the parking lot & not at the front door. On a semi positive note, the inside of the store is kept very clean & the prices are right for what they do have on hand. All in all its the lack of skills sets the employees obtain.

Great place to get pretty good deals on certain items such as wine and frozen food. They have a good selection and prices are generally much cheaper than local markets such as Ralphs and Albertsons. Very easy to navigate. I enjoy not having to look for sales because everything is priced the same every day. They might have occasional bogo from time to time. Good place.

Wow!! I’m a mother of four children, so I need to feed six people every day, three times a day!! On top of that, four are meat-eaters, one is vegetarian and one is a gluten-free vegetarian.I went to Grocery Outlet today for the first time and was shocked and surprised at the array of healthy items and great prices!! Beside the great hours and good food, the customer service and the way they treat there employee is terrible. I went here one morning to find the owner Kevin talk to his wife like a child in front of me and other customers. They as a couple and business owner begin to ague in front of me. I would NEVER bring my wife and children to the store agin.

Bargains tend to happen less often now than when the store first opened, but there’s still good to be found. I can almost always find a decent selection of vegan ice creams or sorbets.

Pretty nice store. The isles were clean and stocked, but we noticed items without prices. Kind of annoying. We had to ask the price for several items and some we just walked away from because they were not marked.

Found what I wanted and honestly they have a diverse range of snacks and protein bars/cookies/other on the go protein snacks. But the expected great prices did not dissapoint!

Prices are low on food products and detergent. One brand of wine is nearly half price. Not all food and beverage brands are constant. Different brands every few weeks, allows me to try something new at a discounted price, al Not a great selection of ice cream.

The cashier (presumably the owner as he was the only worker I saw) didnt greet me but thats no big deal to me. Every items price in this store has a listed comparison price of other store rates, some of which are blatant lies, so dont let them emotionally win you over. Some of the items here are total ripoffs and others are bargains, like todays $1.99/10 lb of potatoes and 39¢/lb of bananas. Stay aware of actual prices and youll walk away with a steal.

There was barely anything to shop. It had been wiped out.

I was there to purchase wine and fruit, in the checkout cashier told me the price of the wine is wrong, I showed her the place and lable with 8 more wines there, she asked help from another lady, and she told me it is a wrong lable, when I asked about store policy because that was not a customer fault she said we dont havd any policy. I left my fruits there too. That was wasting time and bad customer experience.
