Couldnt fix my phone so they didnt charge me. But when I called back to get a receipt for insurance just saying it wasnt fixable they tried to charge me $25 or $30 (he wasnt even sure). I didnt mind paying to even get it looked at but now you wanna charge for a piece of paper?

Very rude people here. My Touch ID was messed up when i got my phone back. I told Arman about it and he started shouting at me saying that i had messed it up before. They didn’t even ask me before fixing the phone just slapped me with a bill. Will never come back here.Update: Got a call from owner to make things right. He put me in call with the technician who worked on the phone, and I finally found out what they did on the phone. He even offered me a credit for the repair to get a new phone from the store. I would give them the chance again.

The computer person here works extremely hard. He is very level-headed and knows his stuff. I took my laptop for keyboard replacement and power issue. He had it fixed very fast at nominal cost. Above everything else they are nice people who are there to help people than ripping them off (which is very rare for a Computer repair shop). Highly recommend it.

Called to ask advice on my Macbook Air and MacBook Pro, which had water damages. Mamoon gave honest suggestions that I can try on my own and also was open about 50/50 chances of motherboard repair. Though I could not use their services, I liked their honesty.

Experienced a cracked iPhone XR screen yesterday and had to work with a bum phone. I found All Computers and Cellular Repair online while at work in Irving and set up a time frame to have my device repaired. Friendly staff, upfront pricing and great customer service. The wait time was minimal and I was in and out without being inconvenienced due to not having a phone. I am pleased with the service I paid for and plan on bringing other devices to this location for repair.

I was looking for a new cellular service and have been eyeing the Ultra Mobile company online. One day I was walking by and saw they have Ultra Mobile services, but never stopped in to inquire. Well my provider decided to adjust my service date to keep me from unlocking my phone and I said it was not worth it. Today I went in to inquire services for my unlocked Moto One Zoom phone and got the services for 6 months at $60.00 for 1GB of data, unlimited talk, and unlimited text. Glad I stopped by, because I do not have to worry about a bill on that phone for 6 months. Now since my primary phone IPhone 6s Plus was locked I decided to go ahead and purchase an IPhone 8 Plus and use Ultra Mobile but to do a monthly plan because I will be able to adjust my plans as I see fit on a month to month basis which is what I enjoy. I love having the freedom to pick any plan I want each month. Overall, the customer service was great and I walked away a happy camper. I came back because I had a brain fart with my international unlocked Moto One Zoom phone and he was polite with helping me with that. Also, make sure to have cash on hand when you go and shop with them.

Muhamad sold me a cheap LG phone that is unlocked, and very good with the service ultramobile that had promotion price. I got very good deal.Then he help me to make google account and download my new apps.

10/10 would recommend to anyone I know.

Very nice store. Mohammad was so wonderful to just speak with. I found myself talking with him for over an hour just for fun and I just went in to fix my phone. He was very honest with me. I thought my phone needed the charging port replaced and he looked at it in front of me, just cleaned it out in like 5 seconds then that was it. It’s been like a week and zero issues charging. He could have easily charged me like $60 for a replacement. Which I called around and this was a fair deal compared to everyone else. But it didn’t even need that! I went to Apple first and they told me it needed to be replaced and it was going to be almost $100. Other places were also close to $100 since my phone is so new I guess. But Mohammad is an honest man. You can trust him.You can just hear it in his voice and his smile that he genuinely cares about the customer service in his store.

Very honest guys. i thought i needed to replace my glass on my iphone but mohamed showed me that it was just a screen protector that i didnt even know was on my phone. it really looked like it was cracked and i was quoted $80 over that phone but then i came in and he just took off the protector and gave me a new one. Saved me 80 bucks! he could have easily just charged me $80 and i would have never known

All Cellular has the friendliest and best cellphone repair service in Irving. I had two old Motorola phones I wanted to pass on to my kids and they fixed the screen and provided a new battery.

I called this store, and Mohamad Was so nice and gave me different ideas and I really appreciate it... After me Dealing with about 10 other stores trying to figure out a price And on top of that they were being kind of rude... They did a great job with unlocking my phone. It was an old phone, but the service is great.

So i came into this store with my phone when it just randomly died. I could not get it to come back on, i left it on charge and it just did not show anything. I was lost and could not get directions home. I just so happened to be around this store, and the guys were very polite and understood my situation. They literally had my phone for like 5 minutes, and got it back on and i was able to get home with no problems. I tried asking how much i owed them, and i think they just felt bad for me, but they told me i didnt even have to pay. Anyone else would have taken advantage of the situation, but they were just as happy as i was that the phone was able to come back on with no serious repairs needed. I ended up tipping them $20 anyways, and promised a good review on google. Amazing store, thank you guys so much! i will be referring more business.

I came here to get the WiFi card replaced on my laptop since I was having trouble removing one of the screws on the back. Mohammed was able to get the job done. Although there is now noticeable damage to the area around that particular screw on the back of the laptop, I still appreciate Mohammeds great customer service.

Great guys. Called at 5:30 to see if they could repair my screen, told me to come in, had it done in 30-40 minutes. Friendly and fast. There is a fee for using a card though so I suggest bringing cash!

So glad i ran into these guys. I was having an issue with my phone, i got a new one but the old one had all my information and i never backed it up. The screen was so busted you couldnt even see anything. Within like 30 minutes these guys managed to put a new screen on my iphone just so i could retrieve my data. I didnt have to pay for a full screen replacement, they just charged me their labor fee and took off the charge for the screen cost because i had no need to actually fix it, and i got all my information back. Scam please stay away.I got my iphone 6 fixed last week, when i walked in the guy who was the owner i guess by his attitude he told me $55 to fix it and we agreed on it.When i came to pick it up, there was a different guy who told me $65 so he was over charging me.When i told him that i was quoted $55 why are you charging me $65, then he matched the price.After one week the screen stopped typing, i went to the store and they are asking me that i need to pay $55 again as the screen is bad.Very bad business, i would give them 0 start but i cannot.Please save your time and money from these people.

The most helpful repair shop I have ever been to . I went there and we started talking about my broken laptop and in the end we figured out whats wrong with it but he didnt charge me for it . Another person came in to get his phone fixed and instead of just taking the job he explains the risk of doing that to the customer . Very honest and very experienced . And this is a new phone I only got it 7 months ago.. and my baby broke my screen ... so now even when i get on call i have to be on speaker coz whoever who call me can’t hear me. Y’ll Removed some stuff in my phone . You are blocking your blessings by stealing people who trust your shop stuff from their phone!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP PLEASE GUYS!!
